Abstract

Kebijakan pemerintah tentang regulated agent di Indonesia menyebabkan timbulnya kesan monopoli dalam penentuan tarif pemeriksaan kargo serta kurang maksi-malnya pelayanan dalam penanganan dan pemeriksaan kargo udara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemauan pengguna jasa kargo untuk membayar tarif pelayanan pemeriksaan keamanan kargo udara di bandar udara, dan mengetahui tingkat pelayanan regulated agent. Metode penelitian menggunakan customer seroice indeks (CSI) dan willingness to pay (WTP). Penelitian menggunakan 18 indikator pelayanan dan 62 responden (shipper). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 7 (tujuh) indikator di kuadran I (satu), 4 (empat) indikator di kuadran II (dua), 4 (empat) indikator di kuadran III (tiga) dan 3 (tiga) indikator di kuadran N. Model kecenderungan WTP shipper yaitu y = -56,12ln(x) + 346,21 dan R2 = 0,9677 berarti 60% shipper bersedia membayar apabila tarif tidak lebih besar dari Rp120,- per kg (belum termasuk ppn) .

Abstract

PT Indonesia Air Asia merupakan salah satu maskapai penerbangan Low Cost Carrier (LCC) di Indonesia yang saat ini banyak diminati oleh penumpang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi Jeningkatan pangsa pasar penerbangan PT. Indonesia Air Asia di Bandara Husein Sastranegara -Bandung. reknik pengambilan sampel melalui purposive sampling, jenis penelitian deskriptif dan pengolahan data nenggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dapat dilakukan adalah nenambah rute penerbangan, pengembangan sistem pemasaran yang dapat menjangkau masyarakat uas sampai ke daerah-daerah, dan pengembangan product service sehingga pelanggan dapat memesan Ian membayar via online yang mudah dan cepat.

Abstract

Semakin tingginya frekuensi penerbangan yang melintasi ataupun mendarat di bandara saat ini, maka tugas dan tanggung jawab pelayanan operasi lalu lintas penerbangan menjadi semakin berat. Oleh karena itu, kualitas dan kehandalan perangkat kerja dan SDM yang ada dibelakangnya harus benar-benar prima untuk mencapai keselamatan penerbangan. Berdasarkan hal ini maka perlu dilakukan suatu penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung motivasi, kecerdasan emosional, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja petugas pemandu lalu lintas penerbangan (air traffic controller) di Bandara Sentani - Jayapura dan berapa besar pengaruhnya. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kecerdasan emosional, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi berpengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap kinerja petugas pemandu lalu lintas penerbangan di Bandara Sentani - Jayapura. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi mempunyai pengaruh langsung dengan koefisien jalur sebesar 0,307 dan pengaruh tidak langsung melalui variabel komitmen organisasi sebesar 0,305. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja petugas pemandu lalu lintas penerbangan di Bandara Sentani-Jayapura sebesar 0,384. Nilai koefisien jalur komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,332.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi petugas operasional terhadap pelaksanaan sistem pelayanan bagasi dengan teknologi Baggage Handling System (BHS) di Bandara Kualanamu – Medan. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskripsi/survey dan metode analisis menggunakan analisis persepsi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan baggage handling system (BHS) telah dapat mempercepat proses pelayanan dengan skor rataan sebesar 4,39 (sangat setuju), gangguan dalam proses penanganan bagasi telah dapat diatasi dengan menggunakan baggage handling system (BHS) dengan skor rataan sebesar 3,68 (setuju/sanggup), gangguan carouse atau konveyor dapat diatasi oleh petugas bagian penanganan bagasi (maskapai penerbangan/groundhandling) skor rataan sebesar 3,01 (cukup setuju), dan kebijakan terhadap penerapan baggage handling system (BHS) perlu dilakukan di bandara lain terutama bandara yang saat ini sedang dalam proses pembangunan dengan skor rataan sebesar 4,40 (sangat setuju).

Abstract

The development of air transport industry in Indonesill will have impact on the national (llJUltionbusiness. The air transport is really needed to mave passengers and goods. At some airports cargoservices have been subjected to cargo service charge (CSC) to improve service and security. Theresearch used WfP (willingness to pmj) method through questionnaires and interoiews to 16 forwarderat Ngurah Rai Airport. The results of the study showed that the fonvarder willing (wi1lingnessto pmj) to pay cargo seruice charge with a range of value of Rp240, - to Rp395, - and 54.55% ofservice users to judge the level of service (level of service) provided biJ the management of cargo hasthe good criterill. It is recommended that the establishment of CSC refers to the futuring poliaJ tomake it enforceable and CSC's revenue at Ngurah Rai Airport can be used to imprave cargo services.Keywords: willingness to pay, Cargo Service Charge, forwarder

Abstract

The Research aims to identify the factors that affects the pioneering flight routes change to route commercial. This research use sample purpose to get the sample to observed. Factor analysis is used to obtain neuJ factors as the criteria to change non-commercial route (pioneer) to commercial route. The results of this study obtained four factors from the highest to the lawest of importance level that is potential routes (22.04%), air transport companies that operated (21.43%), air fare and airtransportation networks (19.43%), then air transport demand (15%).Keywords: pioneer route changes, commercial route, factor analysis Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memperngaruhi perubahan rute penerbangan perintis menjadi rute komersial. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purpose sample. Analisis Faktor digunakan untuk memperoleh faktor baru sebagai kriteria perubahan rute non komersial (perintis) menjadi rute komersial. Hasil penelitian diperoleh empat faktor dari yang tertinggi sampai yang terendah tingkat pentingnya yaitu potensi rute penerbangan (22,04 % ), perusahaan angkutan udara yang beroperasi (21,43%), tarif penerbangan dan jaringan angkutan udara (19,43%), dan demand angkuta:n udara (15%).Kata kunci: perubahan rute perintis, rute komersial, analisis faktor

Abstract

Impravement of passenger service at PT.Lion Air must be considered in order to meet desires and expectations of airlines services users. Research of Satisfaction Service User of Lion Air had taken sampling at the Djalaluddin - Airport Gorontalo. The number of sampling was 200 pasangers. The objective of the study is to determine the level of air transport services by PT. Lion Mentari Air during pre flight, in flight and post flight. Analysis method used the quadrant analysis by comparing the satisfaction value and expectations of the airline passenger. The study results showed that the attributes should be further enhanced its performance in order to satisfy the passengers is on time departure service, speed of baggage claim, and complaint handling goods I luggage (In the event of loss I damage).Keywords: services, satisfaction, airlines, passenger.

Abstract

Research about Flight Approval for Extra Flight Domestic Route in the Ngurah Rai Airport Bali has been done. The aim of research is to kncnv the difference of the perception behveen the airlines for the mechanism of the implementation flight approval to extra flight in the Ngurah Rai Airport - Bali by the Director General of Aviation Transportation by using the Kruskal Wallis Test method. The results of the research show that there are significant difference perception bet-ween the airlines, but in the principle perception of airline was together positive tawards the process of flight approval in hard copy (physical) was compared through the short message service, the facsimile or the electronics letter (the e-mail/g-mail). As long as period in September 2010 up to March 2011 (7 months), total flight approval to extra flight was 685 and it was increased on the day or the holiday season like at the time of the New Year holiday (in December - in January) and the school child's holiday (in May - in June) on 2010.
