Penelitian ini didasari oleh masalah kurangnya kemampuan mahasiswa dalammenulis. Hal itu disebabkan oleh materi pembelajaran menulis kreatif belum adapada materi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Di samping itu, rendahnya minatbaca mahasiswa juga menjadi pemicunya. Sehubungan dengan kondisi itu, dalamÂ penelitian ini dibahas masalah pembelajaran menulis kreatif berbasis metode quantumÂ writing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaranÂ menulis kreatif berbasis metode quantum writing terhadap kemampuan menulisÂ mahasiswa. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian, dilakukan tiga kegiatan. KegiatanÂ tersebut meliputi prates, pemberian materi pembelajaran menulis kreatif berbasisÂ metode quantum writing, dan postes. Prates dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemampuanÂ menulis mahasiswa sebelum diberikan materi pembelajaran menulis kreatif berbasisÂ metode quantum writing, sedangkan postes diberikan untuk mengetahui kemampuanÂ mahasiswa setelah diberikan materi pembelajaran menulis kreatif berbasis metodeÂ quantum writing. Hasil prates dan postes menunjukkan bahwa pemberian materiÂ pembelajaran menulis kreatif berbasis metode quantum writing dapat meningkatkanÂ kemampuan menulis mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, materi pembelajaran menulisÂ kreatif berbasis metode quantum writing akan ditambahkan pada buku ajar BahasaÂ Indonesia pada Program Studi D-4 (S-1 Terapan) Manajemen Bisnis Pariwisata.

Purpose: This research aims to determine the contribution of reservations through reservation sources to increase room sales at Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate & Spa. To find out the gift of each reservation most dominant on the room sales rate.Methods: Data sources are reservation data from online travel agents, offline travel agents, and direct booking, as well as data related to room sales rates from January 2019 to December 2020. Methods of data collection are done through interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses simple descriptive statistical analysis techniques.Implication: The strategy that stimulates the success of several online and offline travel agents is through efforts to provide commission rewards and benefits such as FOC (Free of Charge) promo packages.

This study aims to determine the influence of work skills and work disciplines both partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate & Spa and to find out the most dominant variables between work skills and work disciplines in affecting employee performance at Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate & Spa.Methods: The population of this study is the employees of Kayumanis Jimbaran Private Estate & Spa, which amounts to 83 people. Data collection techniques in this study are through interviews, observations, questionnaires, and literature studies—data analysis using quantitative primary data analysis processed using multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 25.0 program.Results and discussion: The results of this study show that there is a partial and simultaneous influence of variable work skills and work disciplines on employee performance. The coefficient of determination shows a value of 0.754, which means that Work Skills and Disciplines contributed to influencing Employee Performance by 75.4%, and the remaining 24.6% was influenced by other factors not studied.Implication: The effective contribution shows that the variable Work Skills has a more significant influence on Employee Performance than Work Discipline at 45.44%.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to describe the form, function (of language) and meaning of Satua (Folklore) I Siap Selem from a Cultural Linguistic perspective. Research methods: This research is descriptive qualitative in nature using primary data collected using the observation method with the help of note-taking techniques. Data were analyzed using the matching method and the agih method and the results were presented using formal and informal techniques. Results and discussion: The form of Satua I Siap Selem is a discourse in the form of fictional prose. The general function of Satua I Siap Selem is as a means of entertainment, while based on the communicative function of language its functions are informational, expressive, directive, aesthetic and phatic. The implied meaning of Satua I Siap Selem states mutual love and togetherness, mutual respect and mutual help, evil or cunning, ingenuity and responsibility, as well as stupidity. Implications: Satua I Siap Selem contains a good life philosophy and moral messages so it is very good to serve as bedtime entertainment and character education for children.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai campur kode penggunaan bahasa Indonesia di media sosial TikTok.Media sosial TikTok adalah salah satu aplikasi media sosial yang populer di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia.Beragam keunikan pada media sosial ini juga membawa pada keunikan penggunaan bahasanya. Beberapakonten kreator atau dalam penyebutannya “orang yang membuat konten” menggunakan bahasa yangberagam. Hal ini tentu sangat baik untuk dikaji mengenai penggunaan bahasa Indonesia pada media sosialTikTok. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan datasimak dan catat dengan beberapa akun konten kreator TikTok. Hasil yang diperoleh campur kode dibedakanberdasarkan dua jenis: unsur serapan dan tingkat perangkat kebahasaan. Berdasarkan unsur serapannyaterdapat tiga jenis yaitu: campur kode ke dalam (bahasa Indonesia dicampur bahasa daerah seperti Sunda,Bali, Jawa, dan Padang). Campur kode ke luar (bahasa Indonesia dicampur bahasa asing. Seperti bahasaJepang dan bahasa Inggris). Campur kode campuran (penggunaan lebih dari dua bahasa seperti bahasaIndonesia, Jepang, dan Inggris, atau bahasa Indonesia, Bali, dan Inggris). Sedangkan pada perangkatkebahasaan ditemukan hanya pada tataran frasa dan tataran kata. Adapun beberapa faktor penyebabterjadinya campur kode yaitu faktor penutur dan faktor bahasa.

This study aims to identify and analyze the obstacles in ecotourism practices in Waturaka Village, Kelimutu District, Ende Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Waturaka Village is a buffer village for Kelimutu National Park which has great potential in developing community-based ecotourism. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that ecotourism practices in Waturaka Village face various obstacles, including limited infrastructure, lack of equitable community participation, minimal training and technical knowledge, and management that still requires intensive assistance. In addition, the development and promotion model that has not been maximized also hinders the advancement of ecotourism in this village. These obstacles have an impact on the sustainability of ecotourism based on conservation and empowerment of local communities. Therefore, synergy between stakeholders, increasing human resource capacity, and sustainable management strategies are needed to support the success of ecotourism in Waturaka Village.

This research aims to determine the effect of the implementation of the marketing mix consisting of product strategy are, price strategy promotion strategy, place strategy, process strategy, person strategy, and physical evidence strategy for increasing the room sales at a 4-star hotel in Kuta, Badung. To answer the existing problems needed supporting statistics obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the result of the implementation of marketing mix strategies, it was obtained significantly an increase in the room sales. The marketing mix factors are; product strategy, by the product strategy hotel management able to increase the room sales in accordance with occurring the guest needed; Price strategy, it’s about strategy to establish the right prices in market segmentation; Promotion strategy, this strategy is consolidating the technical of marketing through promotion by social media, electronics promotions, and any publics publishing; Place strategy consist with classify the distribution channels. People’s strategy, this strategy advise some strategies for developing training that can improve work performance; physical evidence strategy, advise the strategy of revamping the hotel facilities and infrastructure of the hotel.

Indonesian Language for foreign speaker (BIPA) students are very interested in cultural values, the provision of cultural values is very important for BIPA students to enrich their language skills. Even cultural errors can be more serious than language errors. Trihita Karana is a philosophical value of living in harmony with God, nature, and fellow human beings. To teach BIPA students, it is necessary to have a genuine learning method so that BIPA students can absorb the culture significantly. The twenty BIPA learners in the State Polytechnic of Bali were conducted in this research. Questionnaire and observation methods were used in data collection. The data obtained were then analysed using a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of BIPA students' responses to several methods being tested, it can be concluded that 96.7% of respondents argued that the Trihita Karana cultural learning method was very feasible to support the BIPA learning process. There were several methods appreciated by BIPA students, including guessing pictures, running while dictation, observing, video documentation, immersion, and debate. Among these methods, the immersion method was the most favoured by BIPA students because they directly experienced it in daily life.

In the lens of technology used in classroom instruction, the 360-video virtual reality begins to use in the education field. This study aimed to identify the Indonesian language students in the higher education level perceptions of the use of SVVR (Spherical Virtual-based Video Reality) which was operated through the smartphone. The performance expectancy (PE) and effort expectancy (EE) in the UTAUT theory was employed to assess the data. There were 131 sophomores who learn the Indonesian language in the tourism department in the State Polytechnic of Bali involved to provide specific arguments through the questionnaire. The result of the study explained that learners in the Polytechnic education system were keen to engage SVVR (Spherical Virtual-Video Based Reality) during the teaching and learning process. Additionally, this learning medium elevated students’ urge significantly in learning the Indonesian language. Subsequently, the SVVR will be a promising tool employed by the lecturer who teaches the learners in the applied education system. These learning materials ought to be explored and developed more systematically by lecturers in underpinning students’ demand for knowledge and materials understanding in vocational education.
