Abstract

Career calling plays a crucial role in shaping an individual’s career journey. It provides essential direction for students in their learning process and helps establish clear career goals. related to learning and a clear direction for career goals. This study aims to explore the whole and the predictor variables that can affect students' career calling. This study uses a systematic literature review combined with bibliometric analysis method by searching reputable journals through databases: ScienceDirect, Springer, SAGE Journals, Frontiers, MDPI, Wiley Online Library, and Taylor & Francis. Based on a series of systematic literature review methods in reputable journals, 11 relevant articles were obtained. The study results show that 13 factors can affect students' career calling. In conclusion, these factors are categorized into three parts: individual attributes, psychological factors, and environmental factors.

Abstract

In a dynamic organizational environment, employee behavior and attitudes are essential for superior performance, with workplace justice being a crucial aspect. Distributive justice, as a main pillar of organizational justice, focuses on employees' perceptions of the fairness of outcomes such as compensation, promotions, and workload, influencing prosocial behaviors like Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study aims to examine the relationship between distributive justice and OCB among permanent production operator employees at PT.X. Employing a quantitative approach with a correlational explanatory survey design, data were collected from 100 respondents using Likert scale questionnaires. The data analysis results show a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.836 with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.01), indicating a strong and significant positive relationship between distributive justice and OCB. These findings are consistent with Social Exchange Theory and Equity Theory, affirming that perceptions of distributive justice encourage voluntary employee behaviors beyond formal job requirements. This research offers theoretical contributions to the antecedents of OCB and provides practical implications for human resource management in Indonesia to foster a fair work environment that encourages OCB.

Abstract

Mahasiswa yang berwirausaha akan dihadapkan pada berbagai pilihan yang mengharuskan untuk mengambil suatu keputusan dengan cepat dan efektif. Mahasiswa wirausaha perlu memiliki keterampilan untuk pengambilan keputusan. Pelatihan keterampilan pengambilan keputusan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa mengenai pengambilan keputusan. Metode yang digunakan pada pelatihan keterampilan pengambilan keputusan ini meliputi brainstorming, permainan, diskusi, dan roleplay. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan pengambilan keputusan ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan keterampilan pengambilan keputusan mahasiswa antara sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan keterampilan pengambilan keputusan. Keterampilan pengambilan keputusan mahasiswa wirausaha meningkat setelah mengikuti pelatihan keterampilan pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

In today's increasingly competitive job market, employability has become a vital competency for students. This study examined the relationship between career calling and student employability, with a particular focus on the mediating role of academic self-efficacy. Utilizing a quantitative correlational design, the research involved 703 student participants. Data were collected through validated Likert-type instruments measuring career calling, academic self-efficacy, and employability. Path analysis conducted using JASP software revealed significant positive associations among the three variables. Mediation analysis demonstrated that career calling had a direct effect on employability (direct effect = 0.112, p = 0.002), as well as a stronger indirect effect through academic self-efficacy (indirect effect = 0.549, p < 0.001). These findings underscore the pivotal role of academic self-efficacy as a mediator, suggesting that its influence on employability is more substantial than the direct effect of career calling alone.

Abstract

General elections are vital to democracy in Indonesia, yet the occupational health and safety (K3) of Voting Organizer Group (KPPS or election officers) officers is often overlooked. This study evaluates the impact of workload on the physiological health of election officers during the 2024 General Election using an ergonomics-based approach. Data were collected from seven KPPS members at TPS 07 Cerme Kidul, Gresik, East Java, measuring blood pressure and oxygen saturation before and after election day. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test revealed significant increases in blood pressure (p = 0.046) and decreases in oxygen saturation (p = 0.047) post-election. Key risk factors identified include long working hours, insufficient rest, and static positions. The study recommends interventions such as work shift rotations, extended rest periods, enhanced health screenings, and ergonomic improvements at polling stations. These measures aim to improve the health and safety of election officers, contributing to safer and more sustainable elections.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya keterlibatan kerja pegawai di instansi pemerintahan dengan beragam tugas dan fungsi. Ketidakjelasan peran dapat mendorong pegawai bekerja di luar tupoksi, yang menurunkan kinerja dan keterlibatan kerja. Keterlibatan kerja merupakan hubungan psikologis individu terhadap pekerjaannya, yang mana menjadi kunci pencapaian target instansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap hubungan antara iklim organisasi dan keterlibatan kerja pada 74 ASN Dinas X yang bekerja minimal satu tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Variabel diukur menggunakan instrumen keterlibatan kerja mengacu pada aspek keterlibatan kerja oleh Kanungo (1982) dan instrumen iklim organisasi mengacu pada dimensi iklim organisasi oleh Lussier (2017). Analisis data mencakup uji normalitas menggunakan Shapiro-Wilk, uji linearitas dengan deviation from linearity, dan uji korelasi dengan analisis Pearson Product Moment. Hasil menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,656 dengan signifikansi 0,001 (p < 0,05) yang dimaknai adanya hubungan positif dan kuat antara iklim organisasi dengan keterlibatan kerja. Hal ini menandakan semakin tinggi iklim organisasi yang dirasakan pegawai maka semakin tinggi pula keterlibatan kerja pegawai. Abstract This research underscores the importance of job involvement in government agencies. Role ambiguity is a factor that can reduce employee performance and involvement. Job involvement is an individual's psychological connection to their work, and it is crucial for achieving institutional targets. This study investigated the relationship between organizational climate and job involvement among 74 civil servants at Agency X who had worked for at least one year. A correlational quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique was used. Job involvement variables were measured using aspects identified by Kanungo (1982), while the organizational climate instrument was based on dimensions proposed by Lussier (2017). Data analysis included the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, a linearity test via deviation from linearity, and a Pearson Product Moment correlation. Results showed a positive and strong correlation (r=0.656, p<0.05) between organizational climate and job involvement. This suggests that a more positive perceived organizational climate correlates with higher employee job involvement.

Abstract

Karyawan bidang operasi berperan penting dalam menjaga kontinuitas proyek di lingkungan kerja berisiko tinggi. Tuntutan kompetensi, sistem kerja shift, serta tekanan fisik dan mental yang tinggi menjadikan pemberdayaan psikologis mereka perlu mendapat perhatian khusus. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif korelasional. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Pearson’s correlation melalui program JASP 0.17.1. Nilai koefisien (r) sebesar 0.785 dengan signifikansi (p = 0.001 < 0.05), yang mengindikasikan hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja dan pemberdayaan psikologis. Semakin tinggi kualitas kehidupan kerja maka semakin tinggi pemberdayaan psikologis karyawan, demikian sebaliknya semakin rendah kualitas kehidupan kerja maka semakin rendah pemberdayaan psikologis karyawan. High competency demands, shift-based schedules, and elevated physical and mental pressure highlight the need for greater attention to their psychological empowerment. This study employed a quantitative correlational method. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Pearson’s correlation through the JASP 0.17.1 software. The correlation coefficient (r) was 0.785 with a significance value (p = 0.001 < 0.05), indicating a positive and significant relationship between quality of work life and psychological empowerment. The higher the quality of work life, the higher the psychological empowerment of employees, and vice versa, the lower the quality of work life, the lower the psychological empowerment of employees.

Abstract

Karyawan yang menghadapi berbagai tugas dan tuntutan perlu memiliki semangat, dedikasi, dan keterikatan penuh agar dapat bekerja optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan keterikatan kerja pada karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 108 karyawan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.001 (p < 0.05). Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.753 (r = 0.753) menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan keterikatan kerja bersifat kuat dan searah, yang berarti semakin tinggi persepsi dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan karyawan, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat keterikatan kerja yang dimilikinya. Abstract Employees facing various tasks and demands need to have enthusiasm, dedication, and full commitment in order to work optimally. This study aims to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and work engagement among employees. The sample in this study consisted of 108 employees selected using saturated sampling techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment correlation tests. The analysis results show a significance value of 0.001 (p < 0.05). The value of the correlation coefficient of 0.753 (r = 0.753) shows that the relationship between the two variables is strong and in the same direction, meaning that the higher the perceived organizational support score, the higher the work engagement owned by employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena pentingnya flourishing pada guru SMK dengan tugas yang kompleks. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kebermaknaan kerja dan flourishing pada guru. Subjek penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh menggunakan 40 orang guru di SMK X sebagai subjek penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Kedua variabel diukur menggunakan skala flourishing dan kebermaknaan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kedua variabel memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi 0.714 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.001 (p < 0.05). Hal ini menyatakan bahwa  terdapat hubungan positif dalam kategori kuat antara variabel kebermaknaan kerja dan flourishing pada guru SMK X. Abstract This research is motivated by the importance of flourishing among vocational school teachers with complex tasks. This study investigates the relationship between meaningful work and teacher flourishing. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with research subjects totaling 40 teachers. Both variables are measured using flourishing and meaningful work scales. The results of this study show that both variables have a correlation coefficient of 0.714 with a significance value of 0.001 (p < 0.05). This indicates a strong positive relationship between meaningful work and vocational school teachers flourishing.

Abstract

Adaptabilitas karier bisa dilakukan pada siswa prakerin karena siswa melakukan transisi antara dunia sekolah dengan dunia kerja.  Dalam menghadapi tantangan di lingkungan kerja baru, siswa perlu beradaptasi dan berperan aktif, di mana kepribadian proaktif dan adaptabilitas karier sangat membantu dalam proses ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dengan adaptabilitas karier siswa SMK X. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan subjek sebanyak 428 siswa. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala adaptabilitas karier dan skala kepribadian proaktif. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis korelasi. Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (p < 0.05) dan nilai taraf korelasi (r) sebesar 0.714 Sehingga hipotesis yang berbunyi terdapat hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dengan adaptabilitas karier siswa SMK X dinyatakan diterima. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan yang positif, maka semakin tinggi kepribadian proaktif pada siswa maka semakin tinggi pula adaptabilitas karier pada siswa. Abstract Career adaptability is possible for internship students because students make the transition between the school world and the world of work. In facing challenges in the new work environment, students need to adapt and play an active role, where proactive personality and career adaptability are very helpful in this process. This study aims to determine the relationship between proactive personality and career adaptability of SMK X students. The method used in this research is quantitative with 428 students as subjects. The instruments in this study used a career adaptability scale and a proactive personality scale. Data analysis techniques in this study are correlation analysis techniques. Based on data analysis, the significance value is 0.000 (p <0.05) and the correlation level value (r) is 0.714 so that the hypothesis that there is a relationship between proactive personality and career adaptability of SMK X students is accepted. The result of this study is that there is a positive relationship, so the higher the proactive personality in students, the higher the career adaptability in students.
