Abstract

Kemampuan dasar yang dimiliki peserta didik pra-sekolah untuk mempersiapkan dirinya masuk ke jenjang pendidikan dasar adalah menulis dan berhitung. Stimulasi kemampuan dasar berhitung pada diri anak usia dini sangat penting agar anak mampu  berkembang dan bersaing dalam mempersiapkan masuk ke jenjang pendidikan dasar. Agar kemampuan berhitung anak dapat berkembang dengan baik, maka diperlukan media pembelajaran yang interaktif sebagai sarana untuk mempermudah anak dalam memahami tentang konsep berhitung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas media roda pintar limbah jagung dalam menstimulasi kemampuan berhitung anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak dengan usia 5-6 tahun di TK Muslimat NU Siti Fatimah Socah dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 34 anak yang kemudian diambil seluruhnya sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi berupa kegiatan pretest, treatment dan posttest. Uji validitas yang digunakan adalah validitas isi yang diperoleh hasil sebesar 85%. Uji reliabilitas menggunakan perhitungan Chronbach’s Alpha yang diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,890. Uji normalitas pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji Shapiro Wilk dengan hasil data yang diperoleh yaitu pretest sebesar 0,068 dan posttest sebesar 0,275 kedua data tersebut berdistribusi normal. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai sig.2 – tailed yakni 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat dikatakan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Berdasarkan pernyataan tersebut maka dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat efektivitas media roda pintar limbah jagung dalam menstimulasi kemampuan berhitung anak usia 5-6 tahun.

Abstract

Early childhood autonomy is a condition where children are ready to do everything without the help of other people, including being able to be left by their parents for a while, choosing their activities, being able to use the toilet but still being helped or reminded, eating and drinking by themselves. Autonomy can be formed from two factors: 1) Internal factors, including physiological and psychological conditions, and 2) External factors, including the environment, feelings of love and affection, parenting patterns in the family, life experiences and habits. Besides being cared for at home, young children are also cared for in Daycare (TPA) because their parents work. This research aims to describe the factors that influence the development of autonomy in children aged 2-3 years in daycare settings. The type of research used is qualitative, using Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques. The stages of data analysis include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects are children aged 2-3 years who were entrusted to the TPA. The research results show that the factors that influence the development of independence in children aged 2-3 years at TPA to try it yourself in stages, fulfil feelings of love and affection, encourage children to communicate, and implement a democratic parenting style. Experiences that are influential in developing autonomy are playing and interacting experiences. In TPA, the dominant factors that influence the development of children's independence are habituation accompanied by direction from caregivers and adjusting to the child's character and mood.

Abstract

Anak adalah berkah dari Tuhan yang menggembirakan bagi orang tua. Orang tua akan merasa berarti dan memiliki tujuan hidup jika telah hadir seorang anak. Seorang anak memiliki beberapa aspek perkembangan. Aspek-aspek perkembangan tersebut seharusnya dicapai dengan optimal. Perkembangan optimal dapat tercapai jika seorang anak medapatkan dukungan dari orang tua. Namun tidak semua anak memiliki kelancaran dalam perkembangannya. Salah satu hal yang dapat berpengaruh dalam perkembangan anak adalah Picky Eater. Picky eater adalah suatu kondisi dimana   anak memilih-milih jenis makanan tertentu saja. Picky eater memiliki beberapa dampak diantaranya adalah stunting, tidak mandiri karena orang tua harus menyediakan makan yang sesuai dengan keinginan, mempengaruhi pertumbuhan fisik dan daya tahan tubuh anak. Hal ini memerlukan perhatian khusus sehingga perlunya peran orang tua untuk mengatasi picky eater pada anak usia dini agar anak dapat mencapai perkembangan yang optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the development oflanguage owned by group B children in TK X Kamal,Bangkalan using edutainment. On the implementation ofusing mountain media erupted by performing a volcaniceruption process simulation. Learning about volcaniceruptions is expected to enable children to get to know theenvironment, and explain the symptoms of nature. Thisstudy uses quantitative descriptive research to determine thenumber of students who can describe the process of eruptingthe mountain verbally. The location of this study wasconducted at TK X kamal Bangkalan with a total of 16students. Abstract

The utilisation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in early childhood education is crucial for enhancing the quality of learning that is both interactive and engaging. This study aims to analyse the level of ICT-based learning media utilisation among kindergarten teachers in Bangkalan and identify the factors that support and hinder it. A quantitative descriptive method was employed using an online questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability (α = 0.89). The study involved 305 kindergarten teachers as respondents. Data were analysed using descriptive statistics through percentages and categorisation of utilisation levels. The results show that 96.7% of teachers have used ICT, with mobile phones being the most dominant medium (78%), indicating overutilisation. The main supporting factors are teacher motivation and school support, while obstacles include limited funding, network issues, and low teacher confidence. The findings imply the need for training and infrastructural support to enhance teachers' digital competence.

Abstract

Traditional game isan ancestral heritage that deserves to be preserved as a form of appreciation for the insights of Nusantara. Traditional games have almost the same characteristics among regions in Nusantara. Traditional games are increasingly disappearing, making us as educators have a part to play in preserving them through learning activities in the classroom. Therefore, traditional games must continue to be developed into application-based games. The research method used in this study used a development research approach with ten research stages. The subject of this study included the Kindergarten unit on the south coast of Bangkalan Regency, which applies traditional games in learning. The study results showed that the digital game developed was feasible and required revision to perfect the application. The results of the trials carried out in the three settings also showed Good criteria, so this application is suitable for use in learning in children aged 4-5 years at school or home.

Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of using augmented reality flashcards in stimulating the cognitive development of 4-5-year-old children at TK Bina Ria, particularly in symbolic thinking abilities. The research employed a quantitative experimental model with a Pre-Experimental design, specifically the One Group Pretest design. The study population comprised children aged 4-5 years attending TK Bina Ria, with a sample size of 30 children selected using nonprobability sampling techniques. Data collection methods included tests, observations, and documentation. The research findings indicated that the use of augmented reality flashcards stimulates cognitive development in symbolic thinking abilities. Flashcards with relevant symbols, words, numbers, and pictures assist children in visually grouping, collecting, and organizing objects. This aids them in recognizing logical relationships, categorizing objects, and concretizing ideas. The study also noted that the preoperational stage, which involves various cognitive abilities relevant to children's symbolic thinking, aligns with Piaget's theory. Upon reviewing the results of the t-test, a Sig value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 was obtained, indicating a significant difference between pretest and posttest values. This significant difference is evident in the average scores before and after the implementation of the media, with a pretest average of 12.33 and a posttest average of 28.67. This study contributes to providing one method of stimulating children's symbolic thinking abilities through the use of augmented reality flashcards

Abstract

This study was conducted to understand teachers' comprehension in utilizing corn waste as a learning medium at RA Al Amien. This research employs a qualitative model with a sample size of 12 educators at RA Al Amien. Data collection techniques include semi-structured interviews, tests, and documentation. The data analysis process is carried out using the Miles & Huberman analysis model, including 1) Data reduction, 2) Data display, 3) Conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that the level of teachers' understanding at RA Al Amien in using corn waste as a learning medium is good, but not yet optimal. This is due to a lack of training, development, and understanding among teachers about the utilization of corn waste in early childhood education. Obstacles faced by teachers at RA Al Amien regarding the use of corn waste as a learning medium include limited teacher knowledge, making it not yet considered for use in the learning process. A follow-up suggestion from this study is to strive for training on the utilization of corn waste for educators so that they can create interesting and enjoyable learning media for children.

Abstract

Pembelajaran merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pendidikan sehingga penting untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, salah satunya melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan siswa terhadap media pembelajaran media pop up book dengan konteks lorjuk (Solen sp.). Penelitian dilakukan di perairan Madura (Pamekasan) dan di SMP Negeri 1 Sepulu dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengambilan data berupa observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi, dan teknik analisis triangulasi metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lorjuk merupakan kerang berbentuk panjang dan pipih yang banyak ditemukan di Pamekasan, namun belum banyak diketahui oleh penduduk Madura. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan siswa membutuhkan inovasi media pembelajaran yang dapat menarik perhatian, meningkatkan minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran IPA, melibatkan siswa, serta yang berhubungan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Maka dari itu, pengembangan media pembelajaran pop up book konteks lorjuk dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan siswa tersebut.
