Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja disiplin serta kepemimpinan pada kinerja karyawan PT Tiga putra Plasindo Bengkulu. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 36 karyawan Besar sampel penelitian adalah 36 pekerja. Strategi pengambilan sampel digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu pengambilan sampel lengkap Pendekatan analisis penelitian ini kuantitatif, dengan alat analisis regresi linier berganda korelasi berganda determinasi uji t serta uji F memanfaatkan software IBM SPSS 21 temuan studi (1) lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja,(2 ) disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja serta, (3) kepemimpinan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja , (4) lingkungan kerja yang sama disiplin kerja dan kepemimpinan semuanya berdampak pada kinerja staf PT Tiga putra Plasindo Bengkulu

Abstract

Studi ini tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Risiko Likuiditas(LDR) (X1) Profitabilitas(ROA) (X2) pada CapitalAdequacyRatio (CAR) PerusahaanPerbankan BUMN ada DiBursa Efek Indonesia (2018-2022). mengunakan teknik kuantitatif Data gunakan dipenelitian ialah data skunder diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan  bank BUMN  terdaftar diBEI.         Uji analisis regresi linier berganda dari tabel coefficients nilai konstan 18,307 dapat dijelaskan bahwa koefisien nilai positif LDR (X1) HubunganPositif LDR terhadap CAR. Variabel LDR = 0,013 artinya variabel independen lainnya tetap maka mengalami kenaikan satuan CAR = 0,013 koefisien niali positif. Uji analisis regresi linier berganda dari tabel coefficient  nilai konstan sebesar 18,307 dapat dijelaskan bahwa jika ROA (X2) terhadap CAR nilai perubahannya adalan 0 maka koefisien nilai positif artinya HubunganPositif ROA pada CAR. Nilai koefisien regresi variabel ROA =0,297  artinya variabel independen tetap maka CAR  akan kenaikan sebesar satuan CAR mengalami kenaikan. Hasil uji koefisien korelasi berganda dalam analisa X1, X2 mempengaruhi CAR(Y) sebesar 0.663 yang artinya memiliki hubungan koefisien korelasi kuat nilai dirange 0,60-0,799.

Abstract

Perum Bulog is one of the BUMNs whose job is to manage food ingredients. Different sales quality of course has a different price. This of course will affect sales volume because people's interest is different for each food product that is sold. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of brand image, product quality and price on sales volume of Bulog Perum products in Bengkulu City. This research was carried out by applying quantitative methods with an associative approach. The research population is all consumers at Perum Bulog Bengkulu City with a total sample of 90 respondents. Determination of the sample in this study using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression and the coefficient of determination (R2). The hypothesis testing in this study uses the T test and F test. The results show that based on the results of the T test Variable X1 (Brand Image) and X2 (Product Quality) on Y (Sales Volume) have a significant value ≤ 0.05, this means X1 and X2 have a significant effect on Y, meanwhile the variable X3 (price) on Y (sales volume) has a significant value ≥ 0.05, this means that X3 has no significant effect on Y. The results of the f test between Variables X1 (Brand Image), X2 (Product Quality) and X3 (Price) on Y (Sales Volume) have a significant value ≥ 0.05, this means that X1, X2 and X3 have no significant effect on Y.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether digital marketing, influencers and social media have an effect on consumers at the Kevin Sport & Florist Bengkulu Shop. The population in this study are all consumers who shop at the Kevin Sport & Florist Bengkulu Store. The sample of this research is 180 people. In this study the sampling technique used was accidental sampling technique. The method of analysis of this research is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis tools, multiple correlation, determination, t test and F test which are processed using IBM SPSS 21 software. From the results of the study it can be concluded that partially, digital marketing has no effect on consumers, influencers have an effect on consumers and social media has an effect on consumers. Simultaneously, digital marketing, influencers and social media influence consumers at the Kevin Sport & Florist Bengkulu Shop

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Literasi Keuangan dan Literasi Teknologi apakah memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap Adopsi Uang Elektronik, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Literasi Keuangan dan Literasi Teknologi terhadap Adopsi Uang Elektronik melalui mediasi Attitude Toward Adoption. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah data primer yaitu data penelitian yang diperoleh secara langsung dari sumber asli (responden). Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh mahasiswa di kota Bengkulu karena mereka secara modern banyak menggunakan uang elektronik. Dari perhitungan menggunakan rumus dimana indikator 12 kali dengan 10(rumus), maka didapatkan ukuran sampel penelitian ini ditetapkan sebanyak 120 responden. Data penelitian ini diolah menggunakan alat analisis smartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Literasi Keuangan dapat mempengaruhi Adopsi Uang Elektronik secara langsung sedangkan Literasi Teknologi membutuhkan sikap terhadap adopsi sebelum akhrinya mengadopsi uang elektronik, tetapi juga dapat mengadopsi uang elektronik secara langsung tanpa melalui sikap terhadap adopsi. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa variabel Literasi Keuangan dan Literasi Teknologi memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel Adopsi Uang Elektronik. tetapi juga dapat mengadopsi uang elektronik secara langsung tanpa melalui sikap terhadap adopsi. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa variabel Literasi Keuangan dan Literasi Teknologi memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel Adopsi Uang Elektronik. tetapi juga dapat mengadopsi uang elektronik secara langsung tanpa melalui sikap terhadap adopsi. Abstract

This study examine financial literacy financial attitude and financial knowledge in relation to financial management behavior in Bengkulu city's UMKM fashion industry. This study both quantitative and qualitative data gathering methods, including a questionnaire. The study's sample included 75 respondents. The saturated sample method is the sampling approach that is employed. processing of primary and secondary data utilizing SPSS's multiple regression analysis approach and statistical analysis methods. According to the study's findings, financial management behavior is positively impacted the factors of financial obligations, financial knowledge, and financial attitudes at the same time. Each independent variable influences financial management behavior favorably to some extent.

Abstract

This research is constituted to investigate the effect of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and intellect to the understanding of introductory accounting courses to study behavior as a moderating variable. This research method is survey by questionnaire is a research taking samples of 78 students in Universities and Colleges as a means of collecting basic data. Test equipment used to test the hypothesis is logistic regression and then the test results be interpreted. This research is expected to contribute fundamental knowledge for Higher Education in order to improve the level of understanding of students of economic faculties. The results using multiple regression analysis showed emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence significantly influence the level of understanding of introductory accounting courses and learning influence significant influence as a moderating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the company's capital structure and financial performance on company value in banking companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2021 period. This study uses associative, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The samples used in this study were 28 banking companies listed on the IDX for the period 2019 – 2021. To test the existing hypotheses in the study the researchers used two statistical tests, namely the partial test (T test) and the Simultaneous Test (F Test). The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the t test, the significance value of the DAR, DER, LDAR, LDER, ROA, and ROE variables was <0.05 and the significance value of the NPL variable was > 0.05. Meanwhile, the results of the f test of all independent variables obtained a significance value of F (0.000) <0.05. The results of the study can be concluded that capital structure and financial performance partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on company value in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. This research is expected to be one of the additional references for similar research. For further research, other variables may be used which may affect firm value but have not been discussed in this study.

Abstract

The proliferation of internet use has created a new phenomenon of consumer behavior,consumer attention has been diverted to online purchases. Increasing confidence in thetechnology and online payment sector is leading to changes in consumer behavior, away fromtraditional methods. This trend has shown that online shopping has a lot of potential as wellas benefits for consumers and businesses around the world. The purpose of this study was toanalyze hedonic value, shopping experience, on the interest in shopping on shopee sites withtrust as an intervening variable in the city of Bengkulu. This research will be conducted bydistributing 100 questionnaires to students in Bengkulu City as respondents who have madetransactions on the site. shopee. The analysis that will be used is quantitative analysistechniques with path analysis methods (path analysis) with processing using SmartPLS.
