Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui penerapan teknologi, khususnya kemampuan penggunaan Microsoft Office bagi siswa kelas atas SDI Nurul Yaqin Kapedi Sumenep. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah rendahnya literasi digital, terutama dalam pengoperasian aplikasi perkantoran seperti Microsoft Word, Excel, dan PowerPoint yang menjadi kebutuhan dasar dalam era pembelajaran berbasis digital. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode demonstrasi, praktik langsung dan pendampingan secara intensif kepada siswa kelas 5 dan 6 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 16 orang selama 1 (bulan) masa pengabdian. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan siswa dalam mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan hasil evaluasi keterampilan dasar sebesar 85%. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam menyiapkan siswa menghadapi ujian akhir sekolah berbasis komputer

Abstract

The urgency of this research lies in the fact that over the past decade, issues related to SMEs in Pamekasan have not been fully resolved. This contrasts with the government's current focus on the larger creative economy sector. This relates to the incomplete and uneven distribution of SME database (NIB) data collection. This fundamental problem impacts the ability of SMEs to move up a class to the difficulty of monitoring SMEs so that decision making becomes wrong/not in accordance with the target. The novelty of this study lies in the focus of research on database-based SMEs (NIB) problems by using QDA Miner Lite as an analysis and data processing tool. The study population was 107 with a sample of 39 SMEs using a purposive sampling technique. The type of qualitative research and research methods were interviews and field surveys. The results of the study indicate that Pamekasan SMEs whose NIB is problematic are caused by the SME factor not fully understanding how to update an inactive NIB, while for the most escalated SMEs, namely Pamekasan SMEs, their businesses continue to grow so they can survive in the existing competition to improve the regional economy. The implications of this research for the Pamekasan district government are to pay more attention to problematic SMEs in terms of NIB which is a regional government database so that it is easier to conduct evaluations, monitoring and implement escalation programs that are more targeted for the welfare of Pamekasan SMEs and improve the regional economy

Abstract

Every business actor has problems with different levels of difficulty because the human resources in them come from different educational backgrounds and experiences. Problems with business management and non-standard preparation of financial reports are things that must be addressed in order to make a business more organized. This is felt by several business actors in Kaduara Barat village, Pamekasan Regency, where the majority of them run their businesses without paying attention to organized business management and proper financial reports. The results of this service are as follows: 1. The layout of the products sold in stores is more organized so that consumers feel comfortable shopping; 2. The division of tasks must be clear so that there are no overlapping jobs / positions with multiple positions; 3. In terms of service and marketing, business actors realize the need for a "touch of smile" to consumers who want to shop so that this becomes a distinct comfort for these consumers; and 4. The knowledge and ability of business actors in preparing financial reports increases so that this can be done for effective and efficient financial management in order to maximize profits.
