Abstract

Pengembangan serta pemanfaatan pariwisata dengan cara maksimal dapat menaikkan perkembangan ekonomi dan pengendalian yang bagus dibutuhkan untuk pengembangan obyek wisata di suatu wilayah. Pengembangan objek pariwisata harus mempertimbangkan kepentingan bersama seperti kepentingan nasional, regional dan lokal mengingat bahwa perkembangan pariwisata dapat menjadi sektor yang strategis. Pengembangan wisata edukasi merupakan sebuah upaya untuk meningkatkan potensi pariwisata dan ekonomi di suatu daerah pedesaan dengan menggabungkan unsur pariwisata dengan pendidikan. Wisata Edukasi Kajigelem Kecamatan Kasihan Bantul sebagai wisata pendidikan memerlukan pendampingan karena masih belum digarap secara maksimal sehingga destinasi ini perlu dikembangkan lagi. Untuk itu team Pengabdian Masyarakat program studi Perhotelan Universitas BSI melakukan pelatihan pembuatan paket wisata edukasi ini diharapkan destinasi wisata Kajigelem mampu menarik wisatawan datang sehingga akhirnya meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi. Metode Pelatihan Secara langsung kepada peserta yang merupakan pelaku wisata mereka harus dapat membuat paket wisata yang menarik. Dengan memberikan ketrampilan serta pengetahuan kepada mitra pengabdian Masyarakat khususnya pelaku wisata nantinya mereka dapat membuat paket wisata yang menarik wisatawan sehingga dapat dipromosikan di media massa atau web internet. Abstract

Kabupaten Bantul yang terletak di Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Indonesia, memiliki beragam potensi wisata termasuk wisata alam dan taman, gumuk pasir, pantai, bukit dan puncak, air terjun, museum, dan wisata budaya. Di antara destinasi wisata pantai yang populer di Bantul adalah Pantai Parangtritis, Depok, Parangkusumo, Goa Cemara, Cemara Sewu, Samas, Pandansimo, Kuwaru, dan Pantai Baru. Salah satu strategi penting dalam meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan adalah melalui upaya promosi menggunakan media sosial. Kampanye media sosial merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk mempromosikan produk atau layanan melalui platform media sosial. Pelaksanaan kampanye media sosial melibatkan pembuatan konten menarik, penggunaan hashtag relevan, dan kerja sama dengan influencer. Ini adalah salah satu cara efektif untuk menarik perhatian dan minat wisatawan untuk mengunjungi destinasi wisata di Bantul. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas media sosial Instagram Dinas Pariwisata Bantul (X1) dan media sosial lainnya (X2) terhadap minat  wisatawan (Y) di Pantai Goa Cemara Bantul Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif, menggunakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Responden penelitian diambil dari populasi pengunjung pantai Goa Cemara dengan sistem quota sampling sebanyak 200 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media sosial Dinas Pariwisata Bantul berperan penting dalam meningkatkan minat wisatawan terhadap Pantai Goa Cemara. Media sosial khususnya Instagram menjadi sarana yang efektif untuk mempromosikan Pantai Goa Cemara kepada wisatawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic, social, and environmental aspects on Community-Based Ecotourism. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research with multiple regression analysis methods. The sampling technique used random sampling. The study results show that the economic aspect has no significant effect on community-based ecotourism. Meanwhile, social and environmental aspects have a significant influence on community-based ecotourism. The economic aspect is not the main factor in the development of ecotourism, so the economic aspect does not impact the development of community-based ecotourism. Social aspects, including cultural heritage, local wisdom, and socio-cultural tolerance, are the main factors in maintaining ecotourism. Environmental aspects, including accessibility and amenity factors, are determinants of tourist satisfaction when visiting a tourist attraction because both are important factors needed by tourists. Abstract

Bintan is one of the districts in the Riau Islands, Indonesia, with its capital being Bandar Sri Bentan. Meanwhile, Karimun has its capital, Tanjung Balai Karimun, and has been known for several centuries throughout the archipelago and abroad. Based on this position, Bintan and Karimun are border tourist areas for tourists from Singapore, Malaysia and other foreign countries. Therefore, Bintan and Karimun need to continue to improve to become border tourist areas apart from other cities in the Riau Islands province. This research aims to examine the behavior of border tourists, whether distance, tourist attractions and culture motivate them to visit the area. The research was carried out with the unit of analysis, namely in the border tourist area originating from Singapore and Malaysia who visited Bintan and Karimun in the main entrance area (entry point) to be studied and then draw conclusions. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method, with data collection techniques carried out using questionnaires. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula and obtained 250 respondents. The data obtained was then analyzed descriptively using SEM[1]AMOS to strengthen the research results using continium lines

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Cognitive, Affective, and Conative attitudes of the communities around the tourist sites of Parangtritis beach in Yogyakarta to visit foreign tourists. Parangtritis is one of the most famous tourist attractions in the province of Yogyakarta Special Region is a tourist destination that is most frequently visited by foreign tourists. The attraction of Parangtritis beach is the charm of Parangtritis beach in the evening at sunset which is often used as a moment for tourists, the temple on the hill located on the east of the beach, interesting attractions of All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) and kite festivals at other tourist locations located around Parangtritis beach. Research data was collected from the community using a questionnaire. From the results of the study showed that the regression coefficient on Cognitive variables (X1) is 0.016 positive so that it can be said that Cognitive variables (X1) have a positive effect on the attitude of the community. While the Affective variable (X2) is -0.252 which is negative, which means it has a negative effect on the attitude of the community. Likewise with the Conative variable (X3) of 0.055 positive value also has a positive effect on the attitude of society.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja waiter/waitress/waiteress di Noble Court Chinese Restaurant, Gumaya Tower Hotel Semarang, dalam mendukung pariwisata berkelanjutan. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi peran  dan kinerja waiter/waitress dalam memberikan layanan yang berkualitas serta kontribusinya terhadap keberlanjutan pariwisata dengan tolok ukur dari guest comment card yang disi oleh tamu, baik dari aspek sosial, ekonomi, maupun lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung di restoran. Informan penelitian terdiri dari para waiter/waitress dengan jumlah 5 orang, manajer restoran, dan 30 pengunjung restoran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja waiter/waitress yang, terlatih, dan paham tentang produk lokal serta keberagaman budaya, berkontribusi besar dalam menciptakan pengalaman kuliner yang mendukung prinsip pariwisata berkelanjutan. Selain itu, mereka juga turut berperan dalam implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan sampah dan pemilihan bahan makanan yang ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang pentingnya peran tenaga kerja restoran yang memilki pengetahuan tentang produk lokal sangat mendukung keberlanjutan pariwisata di Semarang. Kata Kunci: Kinerja waiter/waitress, Chines Food Restauran, Pariwista Berkelanjutan ABSTRACT  This study aims to analyze the performance of waiters/waitresses at Noble Court Chinese Restaurant, Gumaya Tower Hotel Semarang, in supporting sustainable tourism. The main focus of this study is to identify the role and performance of waiters/waitresses in providing quality service and their contribution to sustainable tourism, measured by guest comment cards filled out by guests, covering social, economic, and environmental aspects. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews and direct observation at the restaurant. The research informants consisted of five waiters/waitresses, the restaurant manager, and 30 restaurant customers. The results show that the performance of waiters/waitresses, who are well-trained and knowledgeable about local products and cultural diversity, contributes significantly to creating a culinary experience that supports the principles of sustainable tourism. Furthermore, they also play a role in implementing waste management policies and selecting environmentally friendly food ingredients. This study illustrates the importance of restaurant workers who possess knowledge of local products in supporting sustainable tourism in Semarang.  Keywords: Waiter/waitress performance, Chinese food restaurant, sustainable tourism
