Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of TikTok media social and Word of Mouth (WOM) on purchasing decisions for G2Glow Skincare products. The research background is based on the increasing use of TikTok as an interactive promotional medium capable of reaching a wide audience, as well as the importance of WOM, which is considered more credible by consumers than traditional advertising. This study employs a quantitative method with a population consisting of G2Glow consumers who are active on TikTok and have previously made a purchase. The sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that TikTok social media has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a t-value of 6.498 > t-table 1.984. WOM also has a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 3.864 > t-table 1.984. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence purchasing decisions, with a determination coefficient of 39.7%. These findings confirm that marketing strategies through creative, relevant, and consistent TikTok content, supported by positive WOM, can enhance consumer interest and purchasing decisions

Abstract

Penurunan kinerja sering terjadi di banyak perusahaan, yang erat kaitannya dengan penurunan motivasi dan disiplin kerja yang lemah. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis data penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data regresi linier berganda dan data diproses menggunakan SPSS versi 27. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan sampel jenuh sebanyak 37 responden. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa, motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, terlihat dari nilai t-hitung sebesar 2.148 > t-tabel 2,032 dan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) 0,039 < 0,05 dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, terlihat dari nilai t-hitung 2,776 > t-tabel 2,032 dan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) 0,009 < 0,05. Secara simultan motivasi dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersamaan terhadap kinerja karyawan, terlihat dari nilai F hitung sebesar 59,195 > F tabel 3,276 dengan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,777 mengindikasikan bahwa 77,7% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh motivasi dan disiplin kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menekankan pendekatan terpadu dalam pengelolaan motivasi dan disiplin kerja diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja karyawan secara optimal.   Performance decline often occurs in many companies, which is closely related to decreased motivation and weak work discipline. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The type of research data used is quantitative research with multiple linear regression data analysis methods, and the data is processed using SPSS version 27. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a saturated sample of 37 respondents. The results of this study prove that motivation has a positive and significant partial influence on employee performance, as seen from the t-value of 2.148 > t-table 2.032 and the significance value (Sig.) of 0.039 < 0.05. Work discipline has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance, as seen from the t-value of 2.776 > t-table 2.032 and the significance value (Sig.) of 0.009 < 0.05. Simultaneously, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as seen from the calculated F value of 59.195 > F table 3.276 with a significance value (Sig.) of 0.001 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.777 indicates that 77.7% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by motivation and work discipline. The results of this study emphasise that an integrated approach to managing motivation and work discipline is expected to optimally improve employee productivity and performance.

Abstract

Technological advancements have triggered major transformations in various sectors, including the transportation industry. Application-based online transportation services service such as Gojek, particularly the GoRide service, have now become one of the preffered solutions for the public. This study aims to explore the influence of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction with Gojek in North Jakarta. The population in this study includes 100 respondents who are users of the GoRide (Gojek) online transportation service in North Jakarta. A simple random sampling technique was used for sampling. Data were collected throught a questionnaire measured using a likert scale. The data were analyzed using data quality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, the coefficient of determination test, and regression coefficient test utilizing SPSS version 26 software. The results of the study indicate that service quality has a significant partial influence on consumer satisfaction. Price also has a significant influence on consumer statisfaction. Simultaneously, service quality and price have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and well-being on performance. The research hypothesis tested is that there is a significant influence between motivation and well-being on performance at PT. Lemo Express Transindo. The research methods used were observation, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The observation technique involved direct observation of employees at work. The questionnaire technique involved distributing questionnaires to 31 employees to collect data by asking each employee to answer the statements listed in the questionnaire. The documentation study technique involved taking photographs during the observation. To determine the extent of the influence of motivation and employee well-being on performance, the authors used quantitative techniques, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination tests, all processed using SPSS 2025. The results showed that partially, work motivation and employee well-being had no significant effect on employee performance. However, simultaneously, work motivation and employee well-being significantly influenced employee performance, contributing 30%, while the remainder was influenced by other factors outside the study

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment in the company PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Office of the TNI Headquarters in Cilangkap. The population used in this study were 50 employees of the company. The data collection technique used a Google Form questionnaire and data processing using SPSS 25 with a probability sampling method. Data testing was carried out by data analysis, classical assumption test, T test, F test, coefficient of determination and correlation (R-Square). The results of the study showed that partially work motivation (X1) did not have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) and had a calculated t value of 0.394 <t table 2.011 and a Sig value of 0.695> 0.05. Then the work environment variable (X2) partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) and has a calculated t value of 2.324 > t table 2.011 and a Sig value of 0.025 < 0.05. Furthermore, it is known that simultaneously the work motivation variable (X1) and the work environment (X2) have a significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y) with a calculated f value of 6.342 > f table 3.20 and a Sig value of 0.004 < 0.05. The multiple linear regression equation is Y = 19.539 + 0.059X1 + 0.209X2.
