Abstract

Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan kerja menjadi dua faktor yang berpotensi untuk memaksimalkan kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan data awal, perusahaan ini memiliki tingkat turnover yang tinggi serta tingkat kepuasan kerja yang rendah, khususnya di wilayah Bekasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan ntuk menilai pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Sumber Natural Indonesia (Golden Lamian). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif sebagai metodologinya. Sumber data penelitian adalah karyawan PT Sumber Natural Indonesia (Golden Lamian) yang telah bekerja minimal enam bulan dan berusia minimal 17 tahun. Kuesioner online digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini. Ada tiga puluh lima orang yang menjawab kuesioner ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan PT Sumber Natural Indonesia (Golden Lamian) dipengaruhi secara signifikan baik secara parsial maupun sekaligus oleh variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2) dan Motivasi Kerja (X1). Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh angka f-hitung sebesar 17,177 yang berarti tidak jauh jauh dari f-tabel sebesar 3,183. Pada PT Sumber Natural Indonesia (Golden Lamian), lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 48,8% terhadap kinerja karyawan; sisanya sebesar 51,2% disebabkan oleh aspek lain dan faktor eksternal yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The importance of analyzing the relationship between enjoyment and trust in consumer buying interest before making shopping decisions. This study used a sampling quota sampling technique with a survey method with a total sample size of 100 respondents from the city of Jakarta with the criteria for respondents who were over 20 years old. The results of the study indicate that enjoyment and trust influence consumer purchase orders. Therefore, a good marketer must build these two factors in the place of shopping because they can trigger requests to buy and later become a stimulus in purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between trust and risk of shopping decisions at online retail. This study uses a sampling quota sampling technique with a survey method with a total sample of 100 respondents from the city of Jakarta with the criteria of respondents aged over 18 years and have purchased products online. The results of the study stated that trust influences consumer attitudes. While the risk was not influence on consumer attitudes in shopping online. the results of this study can be a reference for further research.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini terdapat modal kerja dan perputaran persediaan yang dijadikan sebagai variabel independent dan profitabilitas sebagai variabel dependent. Penelitian ini dikaji untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal kerja dan perputaran persediaan terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan farmasi periode 2018-2022, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan modal kerja dan perputaran persediaan terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2018 sampai dengan 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebaiknya perusahaan dapat memperhatikan lagi beberapa faktor yang telah diuraikan dalam penelitian ini agar dapat memaksimalkan profitabilitas perusahaan. Dengan demikian jika perusahaan dapat melakukan pengelolaan kas dan persediaannya dengan sebaik mungkin, maka perusahaan bisa mendapatkan profitabilitas yang tinggi.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja dijadikan sebagai variabel bebas atau independent variable dan kepuasan kerja dijadikan sebagai variabel terikat atau dependent variable. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT Sarana Majukan Ekonomi Finance Indonesia baik secara parsial atau terpisah maupun secara simultan atau bersama-sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan seluruh populasi dan teknik pengumpulan datanya berupa kuesioner. Rancangan analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, pengujian hipotesis serta uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh secara parsial atau terpisah antara disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial atau terpisah antara motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama antara disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, perusahaan masih perlu memerhatikan beberapa faktor yang telah diuraikan dalam penelitian ini agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya yang ada di perusahaan. Dengan demikian jika perusahaan dapat memenuhi disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja karyawan sebaik mungkin, maka perusahaan dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of stock portfolios in the pharmaceutical sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Sharpe method. The performance assessment was conducted on seven pharmaceutical companies actively traded from January to December 2020. The data used includes monthly closing stock prices and the Bank Indonesia Certificate (SBI) interest rate as a proxy for the risk-free rate. The results show that PT Indofarma (INAF) had the highest Sharpe ratio of 0.3928, indicating the most optimal return relative to the risk taken. On the other hand, PT Kimia Farma (KAEF) recorded a negative Sharpe ratio, reflecting underperformance during the study period. These findings can serve as a reference for investors in making investment decisions in the pharmaceutical sector.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the DKI Jakarta Education Office. This research is quantitative research. The data used in the study are primary data collected through questionnaires using probability sampling techniques with the type of sample, namely simple random sampling. The population in this study were 30 employees of the DKI Jakarta Education Office. The sample in this study were 30 employees who were sampled. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis using statistical product and services solutions (SPSS) software version 26: (1) Partially, motivation has no significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline affects employee performance; (2) Simultaneously, the results show that motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of TikTok media social and Word of Mouth (WOM) on purchasing decisions for G2Glow Skincare products. The research background is based on the increasing use of TikTok as an interactive promotional medium capable of reaching a wide audience, as well as the importance of WOM, which is considered more credible by consumers than traditional advertising. This study employs a quantitative method with a population consisting of G2Glow consumers who are active on TikTok and have previously made a purchase. The sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that TikTok social media has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a t-value of 6.498 > t-table 1.984. WOM also has a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 3.864 > t-table 1.984. Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence purchasing decisions, with a determination coefficient of 39.7%. These findings confirm that marketing strategies through creative, relevant, and consistent TikTok content, supported by positive WOM, can enhance consumer interest and purchasing decisions

Abstract

Penurunan kinerja sering terjadi di banyak perusahaan, yang erat kaitannya dengan penurunan motivasi dan disiplin kerja yang lemah. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis data penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data regresi linier berganda dan data diproses menggunakan SPSS versi 27. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan sampel jenuh sebanyak 37 responden. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa, motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, terlihat dari nilai t-hitung sebesar 2.148 > t-tabel 2,032 dan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) 0,039 < 0,05 dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan, terlihat dari nilai t-hitung 2,776 > t-tabel 2,032 dan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) 0,009 < 0,05. Secara simultan motivasi dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersamaan terhadap kinerja karyawan, terlihat dari nilai F hitung sebesar 59,195 > F tabel 3,276 dengan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,777 mengindikasikan bahwa 77,7% variasi kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh motivasi dan disiplin kerja. Hasil penelitian ini menekankan pendekatan terpadu dalam pengelolaan motivasi dan disiplin kerja diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja karyawan secara optimal.   Performance decline often occurs in many companies, which is closely related to decreased motivation and weak work discipline. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The type of research data used is quantitative research with multiple linear regression data analysis methods, and the data is processed using SPSS version 27. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a saturated sample of 37 respondents. The results of this study prove that motivation has a positive and significant partial influence on employee performance, as seen from the t-value of 2.148 > t-table 2.032 and the significance value (Sig.) of 0.039 < 0.05. Work discipline has a positive and significant partial effect on employee performance, as seen from the t-value of 2.776 > t-table 2.032 and the significance value (Sig.) of 0.009 < 0.05. Simultaneously, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as seen from the calculated F value of 59.195 > F table 3.276 with a significance value (Sig.) of 0.001 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.777 indicates that 77.7% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by motivation and work discipline. The results of this study emphasise that an integrated approach to managing motivation and work discipline is expected to optimally improve employee productivity and performance.

Abstract

Technological advancements have triggered major transformations in various sectors, including the transportation industry. Application-based online transportation services service such as Gojek, particularly the GoRide service, have now become one of the preffered solutions for the public. This study aims to explore the influence of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction with Gojek in North Jakarta. The population in this study includes 100 respondents who are users of the GoRide (Gojek) online transportation service in North Jakarta. A simple random sampling technique was used for sampling. Data were collected throught a questionnaire measured using a likert scale. The data were analyzed using data quality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, the coefficient of determination test, and regression coefficient test utilizing SPSS version 26 software. The results of the study indicate that service quality has a significant partial influence on consumer satisfaction. Price also has a significant influence on consumer statisfaction. Simultaneously, service quality and price have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction.
