Abstract

Along with tecnologi’s developments in civil engineering with environmental conditions mind, human resources can make a new invention. For example, Kontruksi Sarang Laba-laba (KSLL) or can be interpreted “the spider web contruction”. KSLL is a raft foundation one of shallow foundation wich modified by continous flat concrete, and the bottom part given by rigidity of straigt rib and soil improvement system. The all of part become monolith contruction unity. For that reason, the author take KSLL as an essay with title “Alternative Design KSLL Mini Extraction Plant for Asphalt Button. In this essay the author will focus to find out value of bearing capacity, primary stress, soil settlement, and the reinforcement’s requirement from KSLL. The author use quantitative descriptive research method, by calculating the foundation design which is able to resist and spread the upper structure load. The result of KSLL’s allowable bearing capacity is 514,095 kN/m2 in a clay’s surface, and soil settlement is 2,34 cm. With quality of concrete (fc’) K-250 and 29385 kg’s load to obtain 140x140 mm column, 6 Ø 12 primary reinforcement, Ø10 – 130  shear reinforcement (ok), thats mean the KSLL is able to resist a shear load from the outside. The hight of settlement’s rib is 1100 mm with T beam design calculation  which have Mn = 2271568900 N.mm > Mu = 581000 N.mm, thats mean Ø Mn will able to resist Mu. The contruction rib is 1000 mm with T beam design calculation  which have Mn = 2031698900 N.mm > Mu = 616000 N.mm, thats mean Ø Mn will able to resist Mu. And from of both rib will produce 6 Ø 12 primary reinforcement, Ø10 – 250 secondary reinforcement, and Ø10 – 250 practical shear reinforcement.

Abstract

Background: Gout is an antioxidant, the final product that is produced from the metabolism/ breakdown of purines, but if in excessive amounts in the blood, it will experience crystallization and can cause gout. Giving cinnamon extract to male white rats with hyperuricemia has the effect of reducing uric acid levels, because the extract of cinnamon contains Polyphenols namely Sinamldehid which is high enough (68.65%) to be a source of antioxidant compounds which can inhibit Xanthine Oxidase Enzine. This study aimed to analyze the therapy of dekokta cinnamon with honey to reduce uric acid for people with gout.Subjects and Method: This was a quasi experiment with pre and post-test design. The study was conducted in Gambirsari Community Health Center, Kadipiro Subdistrict, Mojosongo, Surakarta, Central Java, in May 2018. A sample of of 50 people with gout sufferers were selected by quota sampling and divided into 2 groups. The treatment group of 25 people received cinnamon decoction with honey with a concentration of 15%. The therapy was carried out for 1 week with a dose of once a day. In the control group, Allopurinol 100 mg was given for 1 week, with a dose of once a day. The data were analyzed by Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney est.Results: Uric acid in decoction cinnamon with honey group was lower than in control group and it was statistically significant (p= 0.023).Conclusion: Decoction cinnamon with honey can reduce uric acid level among gout patients.Keywords: cinnamon, decoction, honey, goutCorrespondence: Yeti Nurhayati. Abstract

Background: Uric acid is the final product of purine metabolism. Purines (adenine and guanine) are nucleic acid contituents. Purine rotation occurs continuously in the body along with the synthesis and decomposition of DNA and RNA, although there is no intake of purine, a substantial amount of uric acid will still be formed. Uric acid is synthesized mainly in the liver by the xanthine oxidase enzyme. This study aimed to examine the correlation of age with uric acid.Subjects and method: This was a cross-sectional study conducted in Gambirsari Health Center, Kadipiro Village, Mojosongo, Surakarta, Central Java. A sample of 50 gout patients was selected by purposive sampling. The dependent variable was uric acid. The independent variable was age. The data were analyzed by Pearson correlation.Results: There was a correlation between age and uric acid (r= 0.37; p= 0.009).Conclusion: There is a correlation between age and uric acid.Keywords: gout, age, uric acidCorrespondence: Yeti Nurhayati. Abstract

The National Assessment of Basic Educational Data (Dapodik) at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Majalaya determines the quality of education in designing strategies and policies, especially in data-based planning. This research is to find out whether there is implementation of the National Assessment of Basic Educational Data (Dapodik) in Improving the Quality of Education at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Majalaya, and to illustrate how much the implementation of the National Assessment of Basic Education Data has increased in improving the Quality of Education, the research method used by the author is a qualitative approach research method, the research findings are Planning (planning function) technical planning starts from data collection on Basic Education Data (Dapodik) where the technical provisions stipulate that educational report cards and basic educational data are taken from the results of the National Assessment of Basic Educational Data, Organizing (organizing) forms a team implementing activities by arranging committees according to their main tasks, Implementing (Actuating) this National Assessment is actually the teacher preparing the equipment in the form of modules including physical teaching materials as student reading material in facing the National Assessment, Supervision (Controlling), carried out by KCD Region VIII and the West Java Provincial Education Office with the implementation of the National Assessment of Basic Educational Data (Dapodik), it can be concluded that the unit portrait Education can be described comprehensively according to actual conditions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh upaya pemerintah dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Indonesia agar berkualitas. Salah satu strategi yang dilakukan yaitu dengan membentuk Balai Besar Guru Penggerak (BBGP) berdasarkan Permendikbudristek No.14 Tahun 2022. BBGP dibentuk dengan peran penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Fokus utama BBGP Jawa Barat adalah mengembangkan profesionalisme pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan serta meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Jawa Barat. Untuk memastikan keterlaksanaan program BBGP dapat berjalan sesuai dengan regulasi, dilakukan program supervisi oleh satuan pengawasan internal (SPI). Supervisi merupakan hal penting guna menjaga kualitas kerja dalam memenuhi tujuan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk untuk mendapatkan gambaran implementasi supervisi di BBGP Jabar dalam meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Kesimpulan umum penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan gambaran tentang manajemen supervisi di BBGP Jabar dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Simpulan khusus penilitian ini: Perencanaan supervisi dilakukan dengan adanya rapat koordinasi tim SPI dan adanya program kerja. Pengorganisasian supervisi yaitu ditugaskannya tim SPI oleh Kepala BBGP yang terdiri dari Ketua, sekretaris dan anggota SPI. Pelaksanaan supervisi di BBGP Jabar berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan yaitu dalam rangka pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi unit kerja BBGP Jabar. Pengawasan program dilakukan tim SPI, terhadap keterlaksanaan program BBGP Jabar.

Abstract

Kesehatan dicapai melalui beberapa aspek antaralain perikamanusiaan, manfaat, penghormatan akan hak dan kewajiban, perlindungan, keadilan gender, dan norma norma agama sehingga menimbulkan perilaku, dari sanalah status Kesehatan terlahir, masalah kesehatan yang jadi perhatian adalah permasalahan gizi. Faktor utama yang mempengaruhi stunting adalah buruknya asupan gizi 0 sampai 1000 hari pertama kehidupan. Asupan gizi yang tidak adekuat menjadi penyebab stunting, dan salahsatu penyebab asupan gizi menjadi tidak adekuat yakni sanitasi lingkungan yang kurang baik. Sanitasi lingkungan merupakan status kesehatan suatu lingkungan yang mencakup perumahan, pembuangan kotoran, penyediaan air bersih dan lain-lain. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan Penyuluhan Kesehatan tentang Sanitasi Lingkungan Dan Peran Masyarakat Dalam Menurunkan Jumlah Stunting. Penyuluhan Kesehatan tentang Sanitasi Lingkungan Dan Peran Masyarakat Dalam Menurunkan Jumlah Stunting dilaksanakan dibawah Mahasiswa KKM Universitas bina bangsa yang bekerjasama dengan pihak desa. Yang melibatkan Ibu PKK dengan sasaran Ibu dengan balita 0-2 tahun sebangak 20 peserta. Kegiatan berjalan lancer tanpa hambatan berarti, peserta mengikuti dari dimulainya acara sampai selesai, dan pengetahuan peserta meningkat. Kesimpulan: Penyuluhan Kesehatan tentang Menjaga Sanitasi Lingkungan dan Peran Masyarakat dalam Menurunkan Jumlah Stunting, telah meningkatkan pengetahuan, kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga sanitasi dan tahu peran dalam pemenuhan gizi balita, dengan harapan jangka panjangnya berdampak terhadap prevalensi stunting.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the thinking ability of PGSD students at one university is still relatively low.This study aims to determine the use of Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) -based e-module to improve cognitive learning outcomes of prospective elementary school teacher students. This research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental method and a nonequivalent control group design. The instrument used in this study was the validated e-module based on HOTS questions and test questions to measure the cognitive learning outcomes of prospective elementary school teacher students.Thepopulationinthisstudywerestudentsof2018prospectiveelementaryschoolteachersfor the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program at a University in Bandung. The sampling technique is saturated samples. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis of the one-sample t test and independent sample t test assisted by SPSS version 25. The results showed that the use of HOTS question-based e-module can improve the cognitive learning outcomes of prospective elementary school teacherstudents.

Abstract

Training of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) approach, to improve professionalism for elementary school teachers at SDN Griya Bandung Indah (GBI), Bandung was conducted for community service. The target of the training is elementary school teachers in SDN Griya Bandung Indah (GBI), Bandung.. Problems are solved in three stages of activity, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. Preparation is done by conducting a preliminary survey to see the conditions in the field regarding teachers’ professional development. Implementation is done by training, using lecture method that is with presentation technique, followed by practice of micro teaching about STEM. Evaluation of activities carried out for each stage by collecting and summarizing data from each stage of activity. The results of the training activities show the success rate with an indication of material conformity with the needs of SDN Griya Bandung Indah (GBI), Bandung teachers, positive responses from the participants, and most participants have understood the STEM approach.

Abstract

In the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 Regarding Competency Standards for Primary and Secondary Education Graduates, there is a skill dimension where one of the objectives is that students are expected to have critical thinking and acting skills with scientific skills. In implementing the Permendikbud, the government is fixing HOTS-based educational evaluation standards in every activity, both semester exams and national level exams for SMA and SMK equivalent. HOTS is high-level thinking by carrying out measurement tasks through steps of analyzing, evaluating and creating conceptual and procedural knowledge or metacognitive. Facts in the field based on the analysis show that students are still weak in higher order thinking skills (HOTS) and teachers have difficulty in designing and implementing HOTS-based evaluations. The purpose of this Community Service is to provide training in the preparation of HOTS-based evaluation tools in the learning process. The training and mentoring method is carried out with the in-service training pattern which is carried out in classical presentation, as well as the on-the-job learning pattern or independent mentoring at the training participants' assignments as the implementation of training held at SMKS Putra Padjdjaran 2, Bandung City. The output targets have been achieved, namely (1) an article entitled Making and Implementing HOTS-based Evaluation in Learning submitted to the Tri Bhakti Journal of Langlangbuana University,(2) photo documentation of the implementation, (3) draft teaching materials/modules entitled HOTS-based evaluation, (4) ) the increasing knowledge and ability of teachers of SMKS Putra Padjadjaran 2 Bandung in making and implementing HOTS-based evaluation tools in learning as an effort to improve the quality of the process and learning outcomes. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi supervisi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu guru melalui konsistensi pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, dilaksanakan di SDN 189 Neglasari Kota Bandung dan SDN 06 Cibiru Kabupaten Bandung. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, dan guru kelas. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi, serta dianalisis dengan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi supervisi kepala sekolah di kedua sekolah mengikuti siklus Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) secara terintegrasi. Tahap perencanaan dilakukan secara partisipatif dengan melibatkan guru dalam penyusunan jadwal, indikator keberhasilan, dan instrumen observasi berbasis kompetensi pedagogik. Tahap pelaksanaan mengadopsi pendekatan clinical supervision yang memfasilitasi umpan balik spesifik dan reflektif. Tahap pemeriksaan menggunakan prinsip data-driven decision making untuk mengevaluasi konsistensi pembelajaran dan melibatkan guru dalam verifikasi hasil supervisi. Tahap tindak lanjut meliputi pelatihan internal, lesson study, pendampingan personal, serta penyesuaian kebijakan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan supervisi kepala sekolah ditentukan oleh keterlibatan aktif guru, penggunaan instrumen relevan, evaluasi berbasis data, dan tindak lanjut yang berkesinambungan. Implementasi supervisi sebagai siklus PDCA terbukti meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru sekaligus memperkuat budaya kolaboratif dan berorientasi mutu di sekolah dasar.
