Abstract

In the era of Economy 5.0, the use of Big Data and data analytics has become a key driver of business innovation and transformation. The utilisation of large amounts of data enables companies to uncover deep insights and support smarter and more timely decision-making. Data analytics not only helps in understanding customer needs and preferences but also in identifying new business opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and developing better products and services. In addition, Economy 5.0 emphasises the importance of collaboration between humans and technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, which are capable of analysing data quickly and efficiently. To adopt these technologies successfully, organisations need to build a data-driven culture, conduct effective change management, and improve analytics skills within the team. With the right strategy, Big Data and analytics can be a strong foundation for achieving continuous innovation and maintaining competitiveness in a dynamic global market.

Abstract

Special education is a basic right for children with special needs. In the technological era, machine learning plays an important role in supporting the education of these children by providing personalized learning, early detection of disorders, assisting communication, and training life skills. With joint efforts, we can create special educational environments that support optimal development for all children, including those with special needs. The importance of special education cannot be ignored and machine learning is emerging as a powerful ally in providing an approach tailored to the needs of each child. Machine Learning can customize curriculum, monitor progress, and provide real-time feedback. This helps create a more personalized and effective learning experience. The literature study approach was used to conduct the research. Data and information about the use of machine learning in special education diagnosis and interventions were gathered through a review of the literature. The concept of special education, issues with diagnosis and intervention in special education, the use of technology in education, the introduction and application of machine learning in the field of education, and the advantages and difficulties of implementing machine learning in special education are all covered in this research

Abstract

The era of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including education. The research method in this study used a literature review. The results show that the implementation of this strategy requires a holistic and collaborative approach from all stakeholders in the education ecosystem. The research also underscores the importance of a balance between technical skills and soft skills in preparing students for the AI era. In conclusion, although the challenges are significant, with the right strategies, the education system can evolve to prepare future generations to face and thrive in an era dominated by AI

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technology in various fields, including education. AI offers significant capabilities in analysing large-scale data, providing real-time feedback, and tailoring assessments to students' individual needs. The research method used literature. The results showed that the integration of AI in educational assessment requires a balanced approach that blends the analytical power of AI with human judgement. In conclusion, AI has the potential to increase the effectiveness and personalisation of educational assessment, but its implementation must be done with careful ethical considerations and focus on enhancing, not replacing, the role of educators in the evaluation process

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) have rapidly developed in supporting personalised marketing strategies. This study focuses on a literature review to explore the role of AI and ML in enhancing the effectiveness of personalisation, such as big data processing, consumer behaviour analysis, and the provision of relevant recommendations. The analysis results indicate that these technologies can enhance customer experience and marketing campaign efficiency. However, challenges such as data privacy, ethics, and significant technological investments remain key concerns in their implementation. This study concludes that AI and ML offer great potential for data- driven personalisation marketing, while requiring ethical and adaptive approaches to maximise their benefits sustainably.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pesatnya transformasi teknologi finansial di Indonesia saat ini menciptakan tantangan baru bagi masyarakat perdesaan yang masih memiliki keterbatasan akses terhadap edukasi digital formal. Di Desa Karang Kemulyan, Kecamatan Cihara, Kabupaten Lebak, rendahnya tingkat literasi keuangan digital menjadi hambatan utama, khususnya bagi kelompok ibu rumah tangga dan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam mengelola aset serta memitigasi risiko penipuan daring. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membekali peserta dengan pengetahuan mendalam serta keterampilan praktis mengenai ekosistem keuangan digital guna mendorong terciptanya kemandirian ekonomi desa. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif melalui sosialisasi kebijakan, seminar interaktif, serta pelatihan teknis mengenai penggunaan aplikasi manajemen keuangan dan sistem pembayaran elektronik yang aman. Hasil utama dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kapasitas literasi peserta, yang ditandai dengan kemampuan mereka dalam mengoperasikan platform digital untuk pencatatan arus kas serta pemahaman yang lebih tajam terhadap bahaya pinjaman daring ilegal. Dampak dari kegiatan ini adalah mulai diterapkannya sistem transaksi nontunai oleh pelaku UMKM untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dan pengelolaan anggaran domestik yang lebih sistematis oleh ibu rumah tangga. Sebagai kesimpulan, program ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mempercepat inklusi keuangan di tingkat perdesaan serta membangun ketahanan ekonomi lokal melalui penguatan literasi digital yang berkelanjutan. ABSTRACT The rapid transformation of financial technology in Indonesia today creates new challenges for rural communities that still have limited access to formal digital education. In Karang Kemulyan Village, Cihara District, Lebak Regency, low levels of digital financial literacy are a major obstacle, especially for housewives and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in managing assets and mitigating the risk of online fraud. This community service activity aims to equip participants with in-depth knowledge and practical skills regarding the digital financial ecosystem to encourage the creation of rural economic independence. The implementation method used is an educational-participatory approach through policy socialization, interactive seminars, and technical training on the use of financial management applications and secure electronic payment systems. The main results of this activity show a significant increase in participants' literacy capacity, as evidenced by their ability to operate digital platforms for cash flow recording and a sharper understanding of the dangers of illegal online lending. The impact of this activity is the implementation of a cashless transaction system by MSME actors to expand market reach and more systematic domestic budget management by housewives. In conclusion, this program has made a real contribution to accelerating financial inclusion at the rural level and building local economic resilience through the strengthening of sustainable digital literacy. Abstract

Gemilang Sukses Mandiri merupakan perusahaan yang masih melakukan proses pengelolaan penggajian karyawan secara semi-manual, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti kesalahan dalam perhitungan gaji, keterlambatan penyusunan laporan penggajian, serta kesulitan dalam pengelolaan dan penyimpanan data karyawan. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan proses administrasi menjadi kurang efektif, kurang efisien, dan berisiko menurunkan kualitas informasi yang dihasilkan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang mampu mengotomatisasi seluruh proses penggajian secara terintegrasi, cepat, dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Penggajian Karyawan Berbasis Web pada CV. Gemilang Sukses Mandiri dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Metode RAD dipilih karena mampu mempercepat proses pengembangan sistem melalui tahapan perencanaan kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengembangan, dan implementasi dengan melibatkan pengguna secara aktif. Sistem yang dikembangkan berbasis web sehingga dapat memfasilitasi pengelolaan data karyawan, data jabatan, absensi, tunjangan, potongan, pinjaman, perhitungan gaji, pencetakan slip gaji, hingga penyusunan laporan penggajian secara otomatis. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk menguji fungsionalitas sistem serta User Acceptance Testing (UAT) untuk mengetahui tingkat penerimaan pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan memperoleh tingkat kelayakan sebesar 90,4% dengan kategori sangat layak. Sistem yang dibangun mampu mengurangi kesalahan perhitungan, meningkatkan efisiensi pengolahan data, mempercepat penyusunan laporan, serta mempermudah penyimpanan dan pencarian data penggajian. Dengan demikian, penerapan Sistem Informasi Penggajian Karyawan Berbasis Web menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan penggajian di CV. Gemilang Sukses Mandiri.
