Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan persaingan ekonomi telah mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai sektor bisnis dan perdagangan. Toko kelontong murah jaya merupakan jenis usaha dibidang perdagangan yang menjual kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari bagi masyarakat di Kecamatan cibitung kabupaten pandeglang. Pemilik toko merasakan semakin sulitnya bersaing dengan para kompetitor baru yang terus bermunculan, maka untuk tetap bertahan dan bersaing secara efektif, pemilik toko merasa perlu mencari solusi yang salah satunya menerapkan kemajuan teknologi informasi guna mengoptimalkan penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi dalam mengoptimalkan penjualan dengan mengembangkan aplikasi web berbasis framework codeigniter untuk sistem penjualan di toko kelontong Murah Jaya. Pengujian aplikasi menggunakan pendekatan blackbox menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur aplikasi yang diuji valid atau berhasil diimplementasikan dengan baik menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan framework codeIgniter, sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan fungsionalitas yang diharapkan. Rancangan aplikasi menunjukkan hasil yang cukup baik, dengan rata-rata hasil pengujian usability test sebesar 65.68% untuk kategori kemudahan penggunaan (ease of use) dan kepuasan pengguna (user satisfaction). Selain itu, dampak ekonomi dan sosial yang diukur melalui usability test mencapai 65.83%, yang menunjukkan pengaruh positif meskipun masih di bawah kriteria yang diharapkan. Faktor-faktor seperti akses infrastruktur jaringan internet, tingkat pendidikan dan usia pelanggan, kebiasaan berbelanja langsung ke toko, serta lokasi wilayah yang terpencil di kabupaten pandeglang turut mempengaruhi hasil ini. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas aplikasi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan memberikan dampak positif yang lebih besar bagi masyarakat

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat cepat memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna, terutama pengguna smartphone. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengamati proses pengajuan cuti di Rumah Sakit Umum Ibunda Serang. Saat ini, proses pengajuan cuti di rumah sakit masih menggunakan kertas yang dicetak oleh bagian Sumber Daya Manusia, sehingga rentan terhadap risiko kehilangan data. Selain itu, karyawan yang ingin mengajukan cuti atau mendapatkan informasi mengenai cuti sering menghadapi kendala saat berada di ruangan yang jauh dari Sumber Daya Manusia. Untuk mengurangi risiko tersebut dan untuk mempermudah karyawan dalam pengajuan cuti serta memperbaiki komunikasi antara karyawan dan manajemen terkait pengajuan cuti, penulis mengusulkan perancangan aplikasi pengajuan cuti berbasis Android. Dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini, penulis menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Extreme Programming, serta bahasa pemrograman Dart dan Firebase untuk database. Dengan adanya aplikasi pengajuan cuti ini karyawan dapat melakukan pengajuan cuti dan mengakses informasi cuti hanya dengan menggunakan smartphone. Selain itu bagian sumber daya manusia juga dapat mengelola laporan dan persetujuan cuti dengan mudah.

Abstract

Sawarna Beach, located in Lebak Regency, Banten Province, is a popular tourist destination. However, limited information and poor accessibility remain challenges for potential visitors. Many rely solely on general mapping services, which may not reflect the most efficient routes. This study aims to simulate the Breadth First Search (BFS) algorithm to determine the shortest travel route to Sawarna Beach. The BFS algorithm, effective for unweighted graphs, explores all vertices level by level. A simulation-based quantitative method was employed, and the system was implemented using PHP. The results reveal multiple alternative routes that could serve as references for travelers unfamiliar with the area. While shortest routes were identified, travelers are advised to consider additional factors such as traffic, road conditions, and available facilities.

Abstract

Inventory management is an important part of business operations, especially in the sale of physical products, such as helmets. Aziz Helmet Store is a shop that focuses on the retail business of various types of helmets, considering that this product has various types of models, brands, sizes and with relatively dynamic market demand, effective stock management can help store inventory operations. With a waterfall model system development approach that focuses on implementing stock management applications using the FIFO method, it is hoped that it will be able to optimize inventory, ensure timely product availability, and overall increase customer satisfaction by providing the desired products when needed. The results of system testing using the black box approach show that the stock management application implementation design using the FIFO method was successfully implemented, this can be seen from the results of system function testing. Overall the user usability test value was 77.08%, this shows that the implementation of the stock management application is in accordance with needs. However, users still need to be given training regarding system operations and approaches to convince users about system security, user authorization and system authentication

Abstract

In the midst of economic competition and the global trading system which is the influence of advances in information technology, companies must review the use of the number of workers for the sake of efficiency in the company's expenses. Employees are company assets that can be controlled by the number of uses and work systems. The development of science and technology has given rise to new methods or models and concepts that can be adapted to company business processes, one of which is decision support systems. PT. Primarindo Argatile is a company that produces several types of ceramics under the Red Hourse trademark. There are two categories for work agreement status, namely the contract employee status category and the permanent employee status category. Problems occur when management wants to promote or appoint permanent employees as replacements for employees who have retired or resigned. Based on the system analysis and primary data collection that researchers used in this research, one of the reasons is that they have not used an assessment approach or method as a support in making decisions that suit their needs, and one of the recommendations for overcoming several problems related to assessment system techniques and procedures is to use an approach. profile matching method. This method is expected to minimize assessment criteria from subjective factors and perspectives by measuring and exploring the similarity of candidate profiles in accordance with the ideal profile determined using a Likert scale. The weighting scale in the assessment system, company management places greater emphasis on three aspects of work achievement, namely work quality, work quantity and work loyalty. Calculating the final results using the profile matching method approach can show recommendations from several candidates based on the results of an exploratory analysis of employee profiles from three similarity values of 80% core factors and 20% secondary factors.
