Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence and magnitude of workload and work stress on employee burnout. This research is a type of explanatory research. This research was conducted at Hotel X, a three-star hotel in Ambon City. The population in this study was Hotel X employees, with a total of 40 employees. The number of samples in this study was 40 employees, determined using a saturated sampling technique, namely taking the entire population as a sample. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. The data in this research was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Multiple regression analysis is a data analysis technique used to test hypotheses. The data from the questionnaire was processed with the help of SPSS tools. The results of this study found that workload had a positive and significant effect on burnout, and work stress had a positive and significant effect on burnout.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of role conflict and work stress on employee performance. This type of research is explanatory. This research was conducted at PT. Wahana Lestari Investama, with a population in this study totaling 430 people. The sample studied amounted to 60 people obtained by using the purposive sampling method with the criteria of being female employees who are married and have children. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. Data in this study were collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression with the help of the SPSS tool. The results showed that the role conflict had a significant negative effect on employee performance, and work stress had a significant negative effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of work environment and career development on employee performance at the BPJS Kesehatan Ambon Branch Office. The population involved in this study were 35 employees at BPJS Kesehatan Ambon Branch, who were randomly selected as the research sample. The tool used to collect data is a questionnaire designed to extract information about the variables of Work Environment, Career Development, and Employee Performance. Validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination were used to analyze the data. -The findings show that employee performance and work environment at BPJS Ambon Branch have a positive and significant relationship. In addition, at the BPJS Ambon Branch office, there is a noteworthy and positive correlation between employee performance and Career Development. In general, the Ambon Branch BPJS office sees a simultaneous influence between employee performance and work environment. -The findings show that the physical work environment contributes 47.7% to employee performance based on the coefficient of determination (R2).

Abstract

Maraknya UMKM yang dilakukan oleh ibu-ibu rumah tangga menjadi hal yang sangat dalam menghadapi dinamika perekonomian saat ini Selain sebagai ibu rumah tangga, Ibu-Ibu adalah pion untuk menambah pendapatan keluarga. Program Sosialisasi tentang Pegelolaan Potensi SDM dalam mingkatkan pendapatan keluarga menjadi sangat penting untuk ibu-ibu Pelaku UMKM di Pulau Banda, Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. Kegiatan PKM ini dirancang khusus untukuntuk ibu-ibu pelaku usaha , dengan fokus pada peningkatan pemahaman, keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan mentalitas kewirausahaan dalam mengelola usaha sesuai potensi yang dimiliki . Program PKM ini mencakup serangkaian pelatihan, workshop dan share pengalaman oleh Dosen fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pattimura , yang juga punya pengalaman sebagai praktisi bisnis.. Tujuan PKM ini untuk memberi pemahaman dan pendampingan tentang pengelolaan Potensi SDM untuk meningkatkan pendapatan ibu-ibu pelaku usaha serta menjawab tantangan yang dihadapi dan memberikan solusi dakam melihat peluang dalam menjalankan usaha. Terdapat manfaat yang signifikan dari kegiatan ini, karena dengan bertambahnya pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan potensi SDM, maka akan meningkatkan pendapatan ibu-ibu Pelaku usaha di Pulau banda Kabupaten Maluku Tengah

Abstract

Pelatihan pemanfaatan Google Form sebagai media pengumpulan data dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk menjawab kebutuhan era digitalisasi di kalangan pemuda-pemudi AMGPM Dakota Cabang Bethel Ranting XIV. Berdasarkan data awal, mayoritas peserta telah menggunakan Google Form untuk keperluan seperti pengisian kuis, survei kepuasan, dan daftar hadir, tetapi belum memiliki pengalaman langsung dalam pengelolaan atau menjadi pelaksana utama. Melalui pelatihan ini, peserta diberikan pengenalan dan pendampingan teknis terkait fitur-fitur Google Form, termasuk cara membuat dan mengelola formulir untuk berbagai keperluan pengumpulan data. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan wawasan, keterampilan teknis, dan pengalaman praktis peserta dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi peserta, terutama dalam mempermudah pengelolaan data survei, pengumpulan jawaban kuis, dan pendataan kehadiran secara efektif. Peserta juga memberikan umpan balik positif, menyatakan bahwa pelatihan ini relevan dengan kebutuhan mereka, terutama dalam mendukung aktivitas organisasi yang semakin terdigitalisasi. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan baru, tetapi juga mempersiapkan peserta untuk lebih kompeten dalam menghadapi tantangan pengelolaan data di era digital. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal untuk mendorong adopsi teknologi digital yang lebih luas dalam komunitas pemuda AMGPM.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the influence and how big an impact work discipline and emotional intelligence have on the level of performance produced by employees of J&T Express Kebun Cengkeh Ambon, a company that provides goods delivery services. A descriptive approach was used to test hypotheses or answer questions about the research subject, with the research focus on J&T Express Kebun Cengkeh employees, totaling 36 people.Using a saturated sampling method, this approach involves the entire population of J&T Express Kebun Cengkeh employees as the main sample. The likert scale is the main measuring tool used by distributing questionnaires to respondents. In processing the collected data, multiple regression analysis was driven by SPSS statistical software as the main tool. Interesting research results show that work discipline has a positive and significant influence on performance, while emotional intelligence makes a positive but not significant contribution to employee performance. This research not only presents findings but also brings an in-depth understanding of the interaction between work discipline, emotional intelligence, and performance in the context of human resource management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource development and its impact on employee performance, as well as to examine the mediated influence of innovation behavior on employees of Perumdam Tirta Yapono Ambon. The population in this study was 35 employees, with the entire population being sampled. Data were collected using the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results showed thatHuman resource development has no significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, human resource development has a significant effect on innovation behavior. Innovation behavior has a significant effect on employee performance.Furthermore, there is an influence between human resource development and performance through innovation behavior as a mediating variable. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that the Tirta Yaponno Ambon Regional Public Works Office will pay more attention to employee human resource development and that employees must be more proactive and produce innovative behaviors to improve performance

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) activity, titled Smart Teaching with Canva: Optimizing Knowledge Sharing to Strengthen the Digital Competence of Management Lecturers, aims to enhance lecturers’ ability to creatively and effectively integrate digital technology into the teaching and learning process. Through the implementation of the smart teaching approach combined with knowledge sharing practices, this program seeks to strengthen pedagogical and digital competencies, enabling lecturers to become more adaptive to the rapid evolution of educational technology. The objects of this PKM are lecturers from the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Pattimura University, consisting of five permanent lecturers and two student assistants who served as technical facilitators. The activities were carried out through intensive workshops and interactive training sessions on using Canva to design digital teaching media such as interactive videos, presentations, infographics, and academic promotional materials. The results indicated significant improvements in participants’ digital literacy, visual creativity, and collaborative knowledge-sharing skills. Furthermore, this program contributed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the academic community, aligning with the broader digital transformation of higher education.
