Abstract

Abstrak - Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) hadir sebagai bentuk transformasi penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam menghadirkan layanan publik secara efektif dan efisien. Namun, pengelolaan dokumen SPBE di Diskominfotik Kabupaten Bandung Barat masih bergantung pada Google Drive secara manual, sehingga belum ada platform terpusat yang dapat diakses publik secara terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun website SPBE sebagai portal informasi publik menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) melalui empat tahapan yaitu Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction, dan Cutover. Sistem dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel berbasis PHP dengan MySQL sebagai basis datanya, dan berhasil mempublikasikan 47 indikator SPBE berdasarkan empat domain yaitu Kebijakan, Tata Kelola, Manajemen, dan Layanan. Hasil pengujian Black Box Testing menunjukkan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai kebutuhan fungsional tanpa kesalahan. Hasil kuesioner terhadap 115 responden membuktikan website telah berjalan secara efektif dengan tingkat kepuasan mencapai 84,4% dan efisien dengan 96,5% responden menyatakan pengelolaan dokumen jauh lebih terstruktur dibandingkan sebelumnya menggunakan Google Drive. Dengan demikian, website SPBE yang dibangun telah terbukti efektif dan efisien dalam menyajikan informasi publik yang terstruktur, mudah digunakan, serta mendukung transparansi penyelenggaraan pemerintahan berbasis elektronik di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Kata kunci: Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik; Portal Informasi Publik; Rapid Application Development; Laravel; Website;   Abstract - Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) represents a transformation in government administration that leverages information and communication technology to deliver public services effectively and efficiently. However, the management of SPBE documents at the Department of Communication, Informatics, and Statistics (Diskominfotik) of West Bandung Regency still relies on Google Drive manually, meaning there is no centralized platform accessible to the public in a structured manner. This study aims to design and develop an SPBE website as a public information portal using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method through four stages, namely Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction, and Cutover. The system was built using the Laravel framework based on PHP with MySQL as its database, and successfully published 47 SPBE indicators across four domains, namely Policy, Governance, Management, and Services. Black Box Testing results show that all features function according to functional requirements without errors. Questionnaire results from 115 respondents confirm that the website operates effectively with a satisfaction rate of 84.4%, and efficiently with 96.5% of respondents stating that document management is far more structured compared to the previous use of Google Drive. Therefore, the developed SPBE website has proven to be effective and efficient in presenting structured public information, easy to use, and supporting transparency in electronic-based government administration in Bandung Barat Regency. Abstract

Abstrak - Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mendorong pemerintah daerah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik melalui penerapan konsep Smart City. Kabupaten Bandung Barat masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam penyampaian informasi publik, seperti keterbatasan akses informasi yang terintegrasi dan pengelolaan data yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Smart City berbasis web yang dapat mendukung optimalisasi pelayanan dan informasi publik di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang terdiri dari tahap Requirement Planning, User Design, Construction, dan Cutover. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP, serta basis data MySQL. Fitur yang tersedia meliputi informasi daerah, Quick Win, data inovasi, dokumen, serta halaman administrasi untuk pengelolaan data. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur sistem berfungsi dengan baik dan berhasil sesuai skenario yang telah ditentukan. Dengan demikian, Sistem Informasi Smart City yang dikembangkan mampu mempermudah masyarakat dalam memperoleh informasi publik serta membantu pemerintah daerah dalam mengelola dan menyampaikan informasi secara lebih efektif, efisien, dan terstruktur. Kata kunci : Smart City; Sistem Informasi, Pelayanan Publik, Informasi Publik, Rapid Application Development;   Abstract - The rapid development of information and communication technology has encouraged local governments to improve the quality of public services through the implementation of the Smart City concept. West Bandung Regency still faces several challenges in delivering public information, including limited access to integrated information and suboptimal data management. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Smart City Information System to support the optimization of public services and public information dissemination in West Bandung Regency. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which consists of the Requirement Planning, User Design, Construction, and Cutover phases. The system was built using the Laravel framework, PHP programming language, and MySQL database. The available features include regional information, Quick Win programs, innovation data, documents, and an administrative dashboard for data management. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all functions operated according to the specified requirements. The testing results showed that all system features functioned properly and successfully met the expected scenarios. Therefore, the developed Smart City Information System is capable of facilitating public access to information and assisting local governments in managing and delivering information more effectively, efficiently, and systematically. Abstract

Network security has become a critical aspect as organizations increasingly rely on network-based information systems. Firewalls, as the first line of defense, have limitations in detecting complex and dynamic cyber attacks. Therefore, integrating Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) is widely adopted to enhance network resilience. This study aims to analyze the implementation of firewalls and IDS in improving computer network security based on literature review and implementation studies. The research method employs a descriptive-analytical approach through a systematic literature review and comparative analysis of previous studies. The results indicate that the integration of firewalls and IDS significantly improves attack detection rates, accelerates security response, and reduces the risks of data breaches and service disruptions. IDS technologies such as Snort, OSSEC, and Suricata have proven effective in detecting brute force attacks, malware, and Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks when combined with firewall systems. This study concludes that the integrated implementation of firewalls and IDS is an effective and relevant strategy for securing modern computer networks.

Abstract

The development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has had a major impact on various fields, including agriculture. This technology enables monitoring, control, and decision-making processes to be carried out automatically using sensors and systems connected to a network. This study aims to analyze the application of IoT technology in smart agriculture in Indonesia and globally using the Narrative Literature Review method. The method used was to review 17 nationally accredited (SINTA 3-5) and international journals published between 2019 and 2025. The results showed that the application of IoT in agriculture focused on monitoring soil moisture, air temperature, automatic irrigation control, and monitoring the quality of the plant environment. The application of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in agriculture has been proven to increase resource utilization efficiency, crop productivity, and work process effectiveness. In addition, one of the studies reviewed reported that the application of an IoT-based fertilization system was able to reduce fertilizer use by up to 49% for certain commodities. However, there are still several challenges, such as high implementation costs, network infrastructure conditions, data security issues, and farmers' limited technological knowledge. In conclusion, the application of IoT in agriculture has great potential to support digital transformation in Indonesia's agricultural sector towards a more sustainable and efficient agricultural system.

Abstract

Keamanan jaringan nirkabel menjadi perhatian kritis seiring meningkatnya penggunaan Wireless Local-Area Network (WLAN) diberbagai sektor. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas protokol keamanan WPA2-PSK dan WPA3-SAE dalam mencegah serangan deauthentication dan brute-force menggunakan Aircrack-ng suite. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penetration testing etis dalam lingkungan lab terkontrol dengan dua access point yang di konfigurasi menggunakan protokol WPA2-PSK dan WPA3-SAE. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Kali Linux 2024.4 dengan Aircrack-ng suite versi 1.7 dan adapter TP-LINK WN722n yang mendukung monitor mode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa WPA2-PSK sangat rentan terhadap serangan deauthentication, dimana frame deauthentication palsu berhasil memutuskan koneksi klien dari access point. Analisis Wireshark mengonfirmasi keberhasilan injeksi paket deauthentication tanpa verifikasi yang memadai. Setelah handshake berhasil ditangkap, proses brute-force menggunakan wordlist 300.000 kata dapat dieksekusi dalam waktu 2 menit 21 detik. Sebaliknya, WPA3-SAE menunjukkan ketahanan signifikan terhadap kedua jenis serangan berkat implemetasi Protected Management Frames (PMF) yang menolak frame deauthentication palsu dan mekanisme simultaneous authentication of equals (SAE) yang mengeliminasi kerentanan terhadap offline dictionary attack. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa WPA3-SAE memberikan peningkatan keamanan substansial dibandingkan WPA2-PSK, dengan rekomendasi migrasi segera ke WPA3 untuk organisasi yang mengutamakan keamanan jaringan nirkabel.

Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan cisco packet tracer terhadap kreativitas belajar siswa  SMK pada mata pelajaran Komputer dan Jaringan Dasar melalui systematic Literature Reviwe (SLR) teerhadap 15 artikel terkait. Hasil kajian menunjukan bahwa Cisco Packet Tracer secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman konsep jaringan, kemampuan konfigurasi, serta kreativitas belajar siswa. Simulasi ini membantu siswa memahami IP addressing, routing, dan subneting secara visual, menyediakan lingkungan eksperimen yang aman, serta meningkatkan motivasi dan kepercayaan diri. Dengan temuan tersebut, Cisco Packet Tracer dinilai efektif sebagai media pembelajaran utama di pendidikan vokasi bidang teknik informatika.Kata Kunci : Cisco Packet Tracer; simulasi jaringan komputer; kreatifitas belajar; SMK; Abstract - This study analyzes the impact of using Cisco Packet Tracer on students’ learning creativity in the Computer and Basic Networking subject at vocational high schools. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 15 relevant national and international articles was conducted. The results show that Cisco Packet Tracer significantly improves students’ understanding of networking concepts, configuration skills, and learning creativity. This simulation helps students grasp IP addressing, routing, and subnetting visually, provides a safe environment for experimentation, and enhances motivation and self-confidence. Abstract

Abstrak - Dalam jurnal ini, para penulis akan mengkaji bagaimana Roblox, sebuah platform pengembangan permainan edukatif berbasis cloud computing, dapat diterapkan dalam praktik. Pengembangan permainan edukatif secara tradisional biasanya dibatasi oleh biaya infrastruktur server dan kompleksitas teknis. Roblox menyediakan model Platform as a Service (PaaS) sebagai salah satu solusi untuk memisahkan distribusi konten dan lingkungan pengembangan (Roblox Studio). Jurnal ini akan menganalisis arsitektur, kemampuan, dan dampak integrasi Roblox dalam pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif terhadap berbagai artikel relevan. Temuan analisis menunjukkan bahwa arsitektur cloud di Roblox memungkinkan instruktur untuk mengembangkan kelas interaktif 3D tanpa perlu memelihara server hardware. Platform ini telah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik siswa, serta hasil belajar mereka di berbagai disiplin ilmu, termasuk teknik otomotif dan literasi. Namun, penggunaannya terkait dengan masalah besar terkait keamanan siber, seperti ancaman perundungan siber, grooming, dan aspek moral komodifikasi pengguna (playbour). Disimpulkan bahwa meskipun Roblox memiliki potensi besar untuk mendemokratisasi pengembangan media pembelajaran modern, penggunaannya mutlak memerlukan pengawasan ketat dan strategi mitigasi risiko yang komprehensif.Kata kunci : Roblox; Game Edukasi; Cloud Computing; Game-Based Learning; Platform as a Service; Abstract - In this journal, the authors will examine how Roblox, a cloud computing-based educational game development platform, can be applied in practice. Diagnosis Educational game development traditionally has been constrained by the costs of server infrastructure and the complexity of the game.. Roblox provides a Platform as a Service (PaaS) model as a solution to separate content distribution and the development environment (Roblox Studio). This journal will analyze the architecture, capabilities, and impact of Roblox integration in learning using a literature study approach with a descriptive approach to various relevant articles. The findings of the analysis show that the cloud architecture in Roblox allows instructors to develop interactive 3D classes without the need to maintain hardware servers. This platform has been tested to be useful in enhancing the intrinsic motivation of students and their learning outcomes in other subjects, such as automotive engineering and literacy. However, its use is associated with major cybersecurity issues, such as cyberbullying, grooming, and the moral aspects of user commodification (playbour). It is concluded that despite having enormous potential of democratizing the development of modern learning media, the usage of Roblox must be strictly supervised and the process of implementing its usage should be accompanied by the extensive risk mitigation strategies.Keywords: Roblox; Educational Games; Cloud Computing; Game-Based Learning; Platform as a Service;

Abstract

Abstrak - Pengelolaan data inventaris barang pada bagian Tata Usaha Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Daerah Jawa Barat (Dispusipda Jabar) menghadapi kendala efisiensi akibat pencatatan yang masih bersifat semi-manual menggunakan Excel. Kondisi ini menyebabkan risiko duplikasi data, kesulitan pelacakan lokasi aset, serta rentan kehilangan data secara permanen akibat kesalahan penghapusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi inventaris barang berbasis web menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) untuk mempercepat siklus perancangan melalui partisipasi aktif pengguna. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan Framework CodeIgniter 4 dan manajemen basis data MySQL. Pemodelan sistem dilakukan secara terstruktur menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Fitur unggulan yang diimplementasikan meliputi pengelolaan data ruangan, manajemen aset (CRUD), serta fitur Soft Delete (Peti Sampah) untuk mengamankan integritas data aset dari penghapusan tidak disengaja. Hasil pengujian fungsionalitas menggunakan Black Box Testing menunjukkan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai rancangan. Pengujian aspek penerimaan pengguna melalui User Acceptance Testing (UAT) yang melibatkan staf dan Kasubag Tata Usaha menghasilkan tingkat kelayakan sebesar 95%, sehingga sistem dikategorikan sangat layak untuk diimplementasikan dalam mengoptimalkan akuntabilitas administrasi aset. Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi; Inventaris Barang; Rapid Application Development; CodeIgniter; Soft Delete; Abstract - Inventory data management in the Administrative Section of the West Java Regional Library and Archives Department (Dispusipda Jabar) faces efficiency constraints due to semi-manual recording using spreadsheets. This condition triggers data duplication risks, difficulties in tracking asset locations, and vulnerability to permanent data loss due to accidental deletion. This study aims to develop a web-based inventory information system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to accelerate the design cycle through active user participation. The system was built using PHP programming language with CodeIgniter 4 Framework and MySQL database management. System modeling was structured using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The core features implemented include room data management, asset management (CRUD), and a Soft Delete feature (Trash) to secure the integrity of asset data from accidental erasure. The functionality testing results using Black Box Testing showed that all features operate according to the design. User acceptance testing (UAT) involving administrative staff and the Head of Sub-division yielded a feasibility rate of 95%, classifying the system as highly feasible for implementation in optimizing asset administration accountability.
