Abstract

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja protokol routing Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) pada topologi jaringan skala menengah menggunakan Cisco Packet Tracer. Pengujian dilakukan dengan membangun skenario jaringan multiarea yang terdiri dari Area 0 sebagai backbone, Area 1, dan Area 2. Tahapan penelitian meliputi perancangan topologi, konfigurasi OSPF, verifikasi tabel routing, dan evaluasi parameter Quality of Service (QoS) berdasarkan throughput, delay, jitter, packet loss, dan waktu konvergensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa OSPF mampu membangun adjacency secara stabil dengan status FULL di seluruh router tanpa terjadi flapping. Rata-rata waktu konvergensi tercatat sebesar 2,4 detik, sedangkan nilai QoS yang diperoleh meliputi delay 17,9 ms, jitter 6,3 ms, packet loss 1,7%, dan throughput 5,1 Mbps. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa OSPF efektif dalam mempertahankan efisiensi routing dan kestabilan jaringan pada skala menengah, sehingga protokol ini direkomendasikan untuk implementasi pada sistem jaringan dengan kebutuhan performa tinggi dan topologi yang dinamis.Kata Kunci: OSPF; routing dinamis; topologi jaringan; QoS; Cisco Packet Tracer; Abstract - This research aims to analyze the performance of the Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) routing protocol on a medium-scale network topology using Cisco Packet Tracer. The evaluation was conducted by implementing a multi-area network consisting of Area 0 as the backbone, Area 1, and Area 2. The research stages include topology design, OSPF configuration, routing table verification, and Quality of Service (QoS) assessment based on throughput, delay, jitter, packet loss, and convergence time. The results show that OSPF successfully built stable adjacency across all routers with FULL status and no flapping. The average convergence time recorded was 2.4 seconds, while the QoS results indicated delay of 17.9 ms, jitter of 6.3 ms, packet loss of 1.7%, and throughput of 5.1 Mbps. These findings demonstrate that OSPF is highly effective in maintaining routing efficiency and network stability in medium-scale environments, making it suitable for networks that require high performance and dynamic topology support.Keywords: OSPF; dynamic routing; network topology; QoS; Cisco Packet Tracer;

Abstract

Abstrak - Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) hadir sebagai bentuk transformasi penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam menghadirkan layanan publik secara efektif dan efisien. Namun, pengelolaan dokumen SPBE di Diskominfotik Kabupaten Bandung Barat masih bergantung pada Google Drive secara manual, sehingga belum ada platform terpusat yang dapat diakses publik secara terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun website SPBE sebagai portal informasi publik menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) melalui empat tahapan yaitu Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction, dan Cutover. Sistem dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel berbasis PHP dengan MySQL sebagai basis datanya, dan berhasil mempublikasikan 47 indikator SPBE berdasarkan empat domain yaitu Kebijakan, Tata Kelola, Manajemen, dan Layanan. Hasil pengujian Black Box Testing menunjukkan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai kebutuhan fungsional tanpa kesalahan. Hasil kuesioner terhadap 115 responden membuktikan website telah berjalan secara efektif dengan tingkat kepuasan mencapai 84,4% dan efisien dengan 96,5% responden menyatakan pengelolaan dokumen jauh lebih terstruktur dibandingkan sebelumnya menggunakan Google Drive. Dengan demikian, website SPBE yang dibangun telah terbukti efektif dan efisien dalam menyajikan informasi publik yang terstruktur, mudah digunakan, serta mendukung transparansi penyelenggaraan pemerintahan berbasis elektronik di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Kata kunci: Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik; Portal Informasi Publik; Rapid Application Development; Laravel; Website;   Abstract - Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) represents a transformation in government administration that leverages information and communication technology to deliver public services effectively and efficiently. However, the management of SPBE documents at the Department of Communication, Informatics, and Statistics (Diskominfotik) of West Bandung Regency still relies on Google Drive manually, meaning there is no centralized platform accessible to the public in a structured manner. This study aims to design and develop an SPBE website as a public information portal using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method through four stages, namely Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction, and Cutover. The system was built using the Laravel framework based on PHP with MySQL as its database, and successfully published 47 SPBE indicators across four domains, namely Policy, Governance, Management, and Services. Black Box Testing results show that all features function according to functional requirements without errors. Questionnaire results from 115 respondents confirm that the website operates effectively with a satisfaction rate of 84.4%, and efficiently with 96.5% of respondents stating that document management is far more structured compared to the previous use of Google Drive. Therefore, the developed SPBE website has proven to be effective and efficient in presenting structured public information, easy to use, and supporting transparency in electronic-based government administration in Bandung Barat Regency. Abstract

Abstrak - Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mendorong pemerintah daerah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik melalui penerapan konsep Smart City. Kabupaten Bandung Barat masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dalam penyampaian informasi publik, seperti keterbatasan akses informasi yang terintegrasi dan pengelolaan data yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Smart City berbasis web yang dapat mendukung optimalisasi pelayanan dan informasi publik di Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang terdiri dari tahap Requirement Planning, User Design, Construction, dan Cutover. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP, serta basis data MySQL. Fitur yang tersedia meliputi informasi daerah, Quick Win, data inovasi, dokumen, serta halaman administrasi untuk pengelolaan data. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur sistem berfungsi dengan baik dan berhasil sesuai skenario yang telah ditentukan. Dengan demikian, Sistem Informasi Smart City yang dikembangkan mampu mempermudah masyarakat dalam memperoleh informasi publik serta membantu pemerintah daerah dalam mengelola dan menyampaikan informasi secara lebih efektif, efisien, dan terstruktur. Kata kunci : Smart City; Sistem Informasi, Pelayanan Publik, Informasi Publik, Rapid Application Development;   Abstract - The rapid development of information and communication technology has encouraged local governments to improve the quality of public services through the implementation of the Smart City concept. West Bandung Regency still faces several challenges in delivering public information, including limited access to integrated information and suboptimal data management. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Smart City Information System to support the optimization of public services and public information dissemination in West Bandung Regency. The system was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which consists of the Requirement Planning, User Design, Construction, and Cutover phases. The system was built using the Laravel framework, PHP programming language, and MySQL database. The available features include regional information, Quick Win programs, innovation data, documents, and an administrative dashboard for data management. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all functions operated according to the specified requirements. The testing results showed that all system features functioned properly and successfully met the expected scenarios. Therefore, the developed Smart City Information System is capable of facilitating public access to information and assisting local governments in managing and delivering information more effectively, efficiently, and systematically.
