Abstract

Abstrak: Child-centered Disaster Risk Reduction (CDRR) atau pengurangan risiko bencana yang berpusat pada anak merupakan salah satu pendekatan inovatif yang memberdayakan kaum muda sebagai kontributor aktif untuk membang ketahanan masyarakat. Pendekatan ini diharapkan secara signifikan meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang risiko terjadinya bencana dan ketahanan masyarakat Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) yang masih tergolong di bawah umur, sehingga dikelompokkan sebagai anak-anak yang mana tidak hanya kelompok rentan tetapi juga sebagai agen perubahan yang kuat dalam upaya pengurangan risiko bencana. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa akan pentingnya budaya sadar bencana hidrometeorologi, meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa terkait tugas dan tanggung jawab seorang agen pengurangan risiko bencana hidrometeorologi dan meningkatkan keterampilan para siswa dalam menghadapi bencana hidrometeorologi. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga memberikan pelatihan kepada siswa tentang penerapan teknologi sistem peringatan dini berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) serta mendukung hilirasi hasil penelitian yang sesuai dengan target dan masalah yang terjadi di masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan maka didapatkan persentase diatas 85% untuk pemahaman bencana hidrometeorologi, langkah pencegahan dan langkah penanganan.Abstract: Child-centred Disaster Risk Reduction (CDRR) is an innovative approach that empowers young people to become active contributors to building community resilience. This approach is expected to significantly increase students' knowledge about disaster risk and community resilience. High school students are still classified as minors, so they are grouped as children who are not only a vulnerable group but also powerful agents of change in disaster risk reduction efforts. This community service activity aims to raise students' awareness of the importance of a culture of awareness of hydrometeorological disasters, increase students' knowledge of the duties and responsibilities of a hydrometeorological disaster risk reduction agent, and improve students' skills in dealing with hydrometeorological disasters. In addition, this activity also provided training to students on the application of early warning systems based on the Internet of Things (IoT) and supported the dissemination of research results in line with the targets and issues occurring in the community. Based on the results of the activities that have been carried out, a percentage of above 85% was obtained for understanding hydrometeorological disasters, preventive measures, and response measures.

Abstract

Teknologi telah mengalami perkembangan yang pesat, terutama media sosial yang telah mengubah cara generasi muda dalam memahami dan berinteraksi dengan isu-isu politik. Salah satunya platform TikTok menjadi yang populer di kalangan Generasi Z, selain sebagai sarana hiburan platform ini juga menjadi media penyebaran isu politik yang cepat dan menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh eksposur konten politik di TikTok terhadap minat politik Generasi Z di Kota Palangka Raya, menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, serta pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui Google Form dengan 100 responden Generasi Z yang aktif menggunakan TikTok. Data yang diolah menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 27, meliputi uji validitas, reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paparan konten politik di TikTok berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat politik Generasi Z, dengan thitung = 9,294 > ttabel = 1,660. Hal ini memperkuat relevansi teori yang menjadi landasan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori Kultivasi, yang menyatakan bahwa media paparan secara berulang dapat membentuk persepsi atau minat individu dalam memahami realitas yang ada. Oleh karena itu, konten politik di media sosial sebaiknya dikemas secara kreatif, informatif, dan edukatif agar dapat mendorong minat serta partisipasi politik di kalangan Generasi Z.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to examine the influence of the Indonesia Smart College Card (KIP-K) fund effectiveness on student expenditures among the 2023 cohort at a State University in Palangka Raya. The study employs a quantitative method using simple linear regression analysis. The findings reveal that the effectiveness of the KIP-K fund has a positive and significant impact on student expenditures, as indicated by a significance value of < 0.001 (< 0.05) and a t-value of 5.927, which exceeds the t-table value of 1.989. The regression coefficient of 0.842 suggests that a 1% increase in the effectiveness of the KIP-K fund corresponds to a 0.842% rise in student expenditures. Furthermore, the R Square value of 0.366 implies that 36.6% of the variation in student expenditures is explained by the effectiveness of the KIP-K fund, while the remaining 63.4% is attributed to other factors, such as family support, part-time employment, and lifestyle. Despite its statistically significant impact, the implementation of the KIP-K program still encounters several obstacles, including delays in fund disbursement, insufficient financial support, and limited financial literacy among recipients. Hence, improvements in the punctuality of fund distribution, transparency in management, and financial guidance for students are essential to enhance the program’s overall effectiveness and sustainability. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah pengaruh efektivitas penggunaan dana Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah (KIP-K) terhadap tingkat pengeluaran mahasiswa angkatan 2023 di Kampus Negeri Palangka Raya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa efektivitas dana KIP-K berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengeluaran mahasiswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,001 (< 0,05) serta nilai t hitung 5,927 yang lebih besar dari t tabel 1,989. Koefisien regresi sebesar 0,842 menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan efektivitas dana KIP-K sebesar 1% akan meningkatkan pengeluaran mahasiswa sebesar 0,842%. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,366 menandakan bahwa 36,6% variasi dalam pengeluaran mahasiswa dapat dijelaskan oleh efektivitas dana KIP-K, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti dukungan keluarga, pekerjaan sampingan, dan gaya hidup. Meskipun secara statistik menunjukkan hasil yang positif, pelaksanaan program KIP-K masih menemui sejumlah kendala, di antaranya keterlambatan pencairan dana, jumlah bantuan yang belum sepenuhnya mencukupi, serta rendahnya kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengelola keuangan. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan perbaikan dalam hal ketepatan waktu pencairan, transparansi penyaluran, serta pendampingan keuangan bagi penerima agar implementasi program KIP-K dapat berlangsung lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the readiness for digital village implementation in Tumbang Penyahuan Village using the Readiness for Change framework, which encompasses individual, organizational, and structural dimensions. The study employed a qualitative approach with a single case study design to gain a contextual understanding of the dynamics of digitalization at the village level. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation with seven key informants. From the individual dimension, village officials possess basic skills and positive attitudes toward digitalization, but are still limited to administrative operational use. From the organizational dimension, digitalization has driven increased coordination and work efficiency, although it has not yet been fully integrated into the organizational culture. From the structural dimension, digital infrastructure is relatively available, but its effectiveness depends on electricity stability. These findings suggest that the primary constraint is not infrastructure availability, but rather human resource capacity and organizational integration. Theoretically, this study reinforces the argument that readiness is not solely technical, but rather a multidimensional construct influenced by interactions between actors, organizations, and systems. Practically, the results emphasize the importance of strengthening digital competencies and institutional integration strategies in digital village implementation.   Keywords: , Digitalization; Digital Village; Governance; Readiness For Change

Abstract

Inclusive employment policy in Palangka Raya City has not yet been able to provide equal employment access for persons with disabilities, particularly women. Various structural and substantive barriers continue to limit their participation in the formal labor sector. This study aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive employment policy and to examine the forms of marginalization experienced by women with disabilities. The study employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis involving nine informants directly related to policy implementation. The analysis was conducted using George C. Edwards III’s policy implementation model, which includes communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure, and was strengthened by Kimberlé Crenshaw’s intersectionality perspective. The findings reveal that policy implementation has not been carried out optimally due to ineffective policy communication, limited resources, weak institutional support, and the absence of local technical regulations. Under these conditions, women with disabilities experience multiple forms of marginalization resulting from the intersection of gender, disability, and weaknesses in policy implementation. This study highlights the importance of strengthening institutional capacity and developing policies that are more responsive to gender and disability vulnerabilities.   Keywords: Inclusive Employment Policy; Triple Marginalization;  Women With Disabilities.
