Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis peran keterlibatan kerja sebagai mekanisme mediasi yang menghubungkan transformasi digital dan perilaku kerja inovatif terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada startup digital di Indonesia di tengah perlambatan industri pada tahun 2025. Berlandaskan pada Dynamic Capabilities Theory dan kerangka Job Demands–Resources (JD-R), penelitian ini berargumen bahwa kemampuan digital dan inovasi yang digerakkan oleh karyawan dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan secara lebih efektif ketika karyawan memiliki keterikatan psikologis yang tinggi terhadap pekerjaan mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei serta analisis PLS-SEM. Data dikumpulkan dari karyawan startup yang terlibat dalam aktivitas berbasis teknologi dan inovasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi digital dan perilaku kerja inovatif memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keterlibatan kerja. Analisis mediasi mengonfirmasi bahwa keterlibatan kerja berfungsi sebagai jembatan motivasional yang penting dalam memperkuat penerjemahan inisiatif digital dan perilaku inovatif menjadi hasil kinerja perusahaan yang terukur. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam lingkungan startup yang penuh ketidakpastian dan perubahan teknologi yang cepat, investasi teknologi saja tidak cukup untuk menghasilkan kinerja berkelanjutan; keberhasilan organisasi sangat bergantung pada keterlibatan karyawan yang mampu mengonversi kapabilitas digital menjadi nilai strategis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi dan ambiguitas peran sebagai variabel moderasi pada PT Haleyora Powerindo. Sebagai anak perusahaan PT PLN (Persero) yang bergerak di bidang jasa pemeliharaan transmisi dan distribusi listrik, perusahaan menghadapi fluktuasi jumlah keluhan layanan yang belum terselesaikan dari tahun 2020 hingga 2024, yang menunjukkan adanya inkonsistensi kinerja. Berdasarkan teori Job Demands–Resources dan literatur perilaku organisasi, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode PLS-SEM untuk menganalisis data dari 155 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi secara signifikan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Ambiguitas peran terbukti memiliki efek moderasi yang signifikan dengan melemahkan pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan ketika tingkat ambiguitas tinggi. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja terbukti memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi mekanisme mediasi dan moderasi dalam konteks layanan pemeliharaan utilitas publik, sehingga memberikan implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan milik negara yang berorientasi pada layanan

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh manajemen risiko rantai pasokan terhadap kinerja operasional, dengan efektivitas manajemen persediaan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam sektor farmasi. Studi menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data survei yang dikumpulkan dari 155 apotek di wilayah Jawa Barat dan sekitarnya, serta dianalisis menggunakan Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen risiko rantai pasokan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional, yang menegaskan perannya sebagai kapabilitas strategis dalam menjaga stabilitas dan efisiensi operasional. Selain itu, manajemen risiko rantai pasokan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas manajemen persediaan, yang menunjukkan bahwa praktik manajemen risiko mampu meningkatkan perencanaan, pengendalian, dan responsivitas persediaan. Efektivitas manajemen persediaan juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja operasional, yang menekankan pentingnya dalam memastikan ketersediaan produk dan mengurangi inefisiensi operasional. Lebih lanjut, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas manajemen persediaan secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara manajemen risiko rantai pasokan dan kinerja operasional. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh manajemen risiko terhadap kinerja diperkuat melalui praktik manajemen persediaan yang efektif. Secara praktis, temuan ini menyarankan bahwa organisasi apotek perlu mengintegrasikan strategi manajemen risiko dan persediaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional serta memastikan layanan kesehatan yang andal.

Abstract

Firm value serves as a crucial indicator in the capital market, representing the level of investor confidence in a company’s long-term growth potential. Within the consumer goods industry, profitability and liquidity play pivotal roles in determining a firm’s investment appeal. This research investigates the influence of profitability and liquidity on the firm value of 30 consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019 to2023, resulting in 150 panel data observations. Profitability is measured using Return on Assets,  liquidity is proxied by the Current Ratio, and firm value is assessed through Price to Book Value. Employing a quantitative associative approach, the data were processed via multiple linear regression analysis on panel data, with the sample selected through a purposive sampling technique. The results reveal that Return on Assets exerts a positive and statistically significant effect on firm value, whereas the Current Ratio demonstrates a negative yet statistically insignificant impact. Simultaneously, both independent variables jointly exhibit a significant influence on firm value. These findings indicate that investors in the consumer goods sector are more responsive to enhancements in asset utilisation efficiency than to excessive liquidity levels.

Abstract

Indonesia's digital economy is propelled by the technology industry, which demands ongoing innovation and adjustments to stay ahead. Within this intense competitive environment, profitability serves as the primary indicator of effective business strategies, highlighting the importance of examining key internal factors that influence profits for decision-makers. The objective of this investigation was to evaluate how product innovation and sales expansion affect profitability in 30 firms from the technology sub-sector traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over the period from 2019 to 2023. Employing a quantitative associative approach with secondary financial information, the study utilised multiple linear regression analysis on panel data spanning five years, combining cross-sectional and time-series elements. Results reveal that product innovation exerts a positive and meaningful influence on profitability, while sales growth demonstrates a positive yet statistically insignificant individual impact. Nevertheless, simultaneously these factors have a substantial joint effect on profitability, accounting for 48.2% of the variability. This work underscores the critical importance of innovative practices and strategies for market growth in improving the fiscal outcomes of technology companies in Indonesia. The outcomes are anticipated to guide leaders in enhancing R&D expenditures and fostering enduring sales development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and communication on the performance of outsourcing employees at PT X. The research background highlights the crucial role of effective leadership and clear organisational communication within outsourcing. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive, associative and verificative approach. The population consists of 140 employees, of whom 104 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and the analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And also communication. Simultaneously, both variables contribute significantly to the performance of outsourcing employees at PT X. These results indicate that the synergy between effective leadership and well-structured communication enhances productivity and overall work quality. The study provides valuable insights for PT X's management in formulating more effective human resource development strategies.

Abstract

The study entitled The Effect of Quality Management Systems and Training on Employee Performance at PT X highlights the importance of improving the quality of human resources through the implementation of effective quality management systems and training programs to support employee performance. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of quality management systems and training, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance at PT X. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique involving 98 respondents. The data collection instrument is a Likert scale questionnaire, which is then analysed using simple and multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the quality management system has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Similarly, training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, these two variables together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings confirm that the implementation of a good quality management system and effective training programs are important factors in improving employee performance at PT X.
