Abstract

The Islamic work ethic is an obligation for banks that conduct business based on Sharia principles. This research aims to determine the influence of Islamic Leadership and Islamic Work Ethics on the Islamic Performance of Employees at BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The data used is primary data through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The sample for this research was 40 employees of BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng. The results of this research indicate that Islamic work ethics partially have an influence on employee Islamic performance. Meanwhile, Islamic leadership partially has no influence on employee Islamic performance. The results of testing the coefficient of determination show that Islamic leadership and Islamic work ethics have a simultaneous influence with a percentage of 90.1% on employee Islamic performance. This research will later be able to provide insight to institutions as well as leaders and employees to apply these aspects in the world of work

Abstract

Advances in digital technology provide convenience for humans. One of the impacts is in the field of digital payment systems, namely QRIS. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and convenience on the decision to use the QRIS digital payment system for Generation Z in Bojonegoro Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The sampling method applies non-probability sampling techniques by determining the sample through purposive sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire measured on a Likert scale. For data analysis techniques, multiple linear regression is used which is processed with the help of SPSS 24 software. The results of this study indicate that the promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use the QRIS digital payment system. Then the convenience variable has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use the QRIS digital payment system. The results of this study indicate that to increase the use of QRIS in Bojonegoro Regency there needs to be more effective promotion and increased ease of use. These two factors have proven significant in influencing the decision to use QRIS among Generation Z.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test the effect of customer relationship management (data and information, human resources, process, and technology) towards muzakki loyalty case study Yatim Mandiri Surabaya. this research was conducted with an associative quantitative approach. Number of samples that used in this research is 100 peoples who is active muzakki ini Yatim mandiri Surbaya and use purposive sampling technique. This research use a questionnare that calculates with Likert scale and analyzed with SPSS 23 version. The result of this research indicated that customer relationship management varible has significant effect and positive of muzakki loyalty. Based on the partial test result indicated that customer relationship management has partial effect of muzakki loyalty, and  based on the coefficient of determination test result, indicated that customer relationship management variable has a big impact as 33,7% of muzakki loyalty.

Abstract

Introduction: In today's dynamic era, tight competition urges a comprehensive analysis of company success factors with an emphasis on high-quality human resources, employee performance, religiosity, and workplace location's impact on performance. Methods: This explanatory research uses a quantitative approach, surveying 259 urban Muslim employees in Indonesia and Malaysia online from May to August 2023 via random sampling and SEM analysis. Results: Using WarpPLS, this study found that work location significantly affects both religiosity and Islamic work performance, confirming H1 with a coefficient of 0.502 (p-value <0.001) and H2 with a coefficient of 0.573 (p-value <0.001). However, H3 is rejected, as religiosity does not significantly affect Islamic work performance (coefficient 0.082, p-value 0.245). Conclusion and suggestion: Work location significantly affects employee religiosity and Islamic work performance, with urban and closer locations enhancing these aspects. However, religiosity does not directly impact performance, indicating a complex relationship. Managers should consider location in recruitment, support religious practices, and investigate these dynamics while integrating religious values in training programs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of regulation, religiosity and zakat literacy on compliance to pay professional zakat of ASN Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of East Java Province. This research uses a quantitative approach with non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Research data were taken from primary sources through direct distribution of questionnaires and through google form to respondents. The results of partial test through SPSS found that the regulation, religiosity and zakat literacy has a significant effect on the willingness of Apparatus to pay professional zakat. Further, the results of simultaneous test found that the variables of regulation, religiosity, and zakat literacy have a significant effect on compliance in paying professional zakat. This finding contributes to the development of a more comprehensive theory of zakat compliance, which combines psychological, spiritual, and institutional aspects to support zakat institutions’ performance.

Abstract

In the digital era, limited access to technology and entrepreneurship training is a major challenge for students in Thailand. This Community Service Program is designed to improve entrepreneurial skills based on Islamic values ​​for students at The Foundation Islamic Center of Thailand. This training is conducted through a collaboration between the Association of Public Sector Accounting Educators (APSAE) and various national universities. The methods used include several stages including approach, preparation, implementation, and evaluation. This program has succeeded in improving students' knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship, especially in the application of Islamic values ​​in business. Evaluation of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship and the technical skills needed to compete in the digital era. This PKM program not only makes a real contribution to the development of the economy and education of students, but also offers a community service model that can be adopted in various other educational institutions with the potential to provide broad positive impacts. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui praktek utang-piutang dan pengembalian uang dalam aktivitas SPP PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan di Desa Leran serta menganalisis hukum Islam terhadap pelaksanaan SPP. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai meliputi wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa praktik pinjaman pada SPP PNPM Mandiri termasuk utang piutang dengan sistem kredit, di mana hal tersebut diperbolehkan dalam Islam dengan syarat di dalamnya tidak ada bunga. Dalam pelaksanaannya, kegiatan SPP terdapat biaya tambahan jasa administrasi sebesar 1,5% setiap bulan yang dibebankan kepada anggota. Biaya tambahan tersebut bukan untuk keuntungan pribadi, melainkan digunakan untuk keperluan administrasi lembaga serta digilirkan kembali kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

The retail business in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth and development in recent years. The retail sector has shown a 15.6% increase compared to the previous year's decline of -14.6%, which can be considered a shift from negative to positive. This is also reflected in the experience of Sakinah Supermarket in Surabaya, which has managed to survive amidst the growing presence of non-sharia modern retail. This study aims to determine whether Halal Knowledge, Islamic Religiosity, and Service Quality influence the purchasing decisions of Surabaya residents to buy from and become consumers at Sakinah Supermarket. A quantitative model method is applied in this research, where numerical data is collected, processed, and analyzed using multiple linear regression to provide an overview of the partial and simultaneous influence between the independent and dependent variables. The results of the study indicate that Halal Knowledge, Islamic Religiosity, and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Sakinah Supermarket in Surabaya. The implications of these findings suggest that improving halal knowledge, religiosity, and service quality at Sakinah Supermarket can enhance consumer purchasing decisions. Therefore, management should strengthen these three factors to attract more customers who prioritize halal aspects and a quality shopping experience in an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi zakat dan pembayaran digital terhadap potensi penerimaan zakat dengan minat sebagai variabel intervening di LAZIS Nurul Falah Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner secara online. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, melibatkan 180 responden yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu. Analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) yang diolah melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi zakat dan pembayaran digital berpengaruh positif terhadap potensi penerimaan zakat melalui minat sebagai variabel intervening di LAZIS Nurul Falah Surabaya. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pemahaman zakat yang baik serta adopsi teknologi digital dalam memperkuat minat muzakki, sehingga dapat meningkatkan optimalisasi penerimaan zakat di lembaga amil zakat pada era digital. Kata Kunci: Literasi Zakat, Pembayaran Digital, Minat Membayar Zakat   Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of zakat literacy and digital payment on zakat receipt potential, with interest as an intervening variable at LAZIS Nurul Falah Surabaya. This research employs a quantitative method with primary data obtained through online questionnaires. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, involving 180 respondents. Data analysis is conducted using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that zakat literacy and digital payment positively influence zakat receipt potential through interest as an intervening variable at LAZIS Nurul Falah Surabaya. These findings emphasize the importance of increasing zakat literacy and optimizing digital payment systems to enhance the potential zakat receipts, particularly through strengthening the interest of zakat. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of zakat, infaq, and alms institutions in supporting educational access for underprivileged students, through a comparative study between the Muhammadiyah Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah Institution (LAZISMU) KLL UMSIDA East Java and ZAWAF UiTM Shah Alam, Malaysia. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that both institutions contribute to easing the burden of educational costs for students from the asnaf class. LAZISMU KLL UMSIDA distributes assistance in the form of a Single Tuition Fee (UKT) reduction through the Sang Surya scholarship program, which is given to internal students with certain economic conditions. Meanwhile, the Zakat, Alms and Waqf Division (ZAWAF) UiTM provides various forms of assistance, not only tuition fee reductions, but also college or dormitory fee assistance, monthly living assistance, religious study fees, and even health assistance. The ZAWAF approach shows a broader scope of support and addresses the basic needs of students. This study used primary data obtained through interviews with six informants: daily staff, scholarship recipients, and economic experts. The study concluded that zakat institutions play a crucial role in ensuring the sustainability of students' studies and recommended that zakat institutions in Indonesia begin developing more comprehensive and integrated aid models.
