Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of validity of the discovery learning-based process skills assessment instrument through online learning on conventional high school level biotechnology materials, namely simple cheese making practicum. This study uses the ADDIE development method. Research and development steps in the Branch model with five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data collection instrument used was the needs analysis questionnaire method and the validation questionnaire to the assessment instrument experts and material experts. Validation questionnaire was conducted to prove the validity of the developed assessment instrument. The results of the validation of the assessment instrument for the online cheese-making practicum based on the expert validation of the assessment instrument met the "very good" category with a score of 92.3 then from the biologists it met the "very good" category with a score of 89.5. This shows that the assessment instrument developed is feasible to use.

Abstract

Science based process skills are those that involve the use of tools and materials and interact in learning activities. The research was back to back by needs analysis questionnaire that science teacher and biology teacher never did a skill assessment but not yet applied a science based process skill assessment and the science teacher has applied science but hasn’t practice. The research aims to describe the feasibility of a science based process assessment instrument on the material of the sensory system developed. This development has been using the 4D model namely Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate. but at this stage of disseminate of cost limitations and time. The data collection instruments used included a questionnaire on the needs of educators, an expert validation questionnaire and an expert validation questionnaire. The results of the expert validation of the assessment instrument obtained a percentage of the feasibility of the science based process skills assessment instrument is 72.72% with feasible criteria, and the results of the material expert’s validation percentage of eligibility is 93.75% with worth it criteria. The research conclusion describes the feasibility of a science based process assessment instrument on the developed sensory system material that is worthy of use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil identifikasi keanekaragaman makrozoobentos, hasil pengukuran faktor abiotik dan indeks keanekaragaman makrozoobentos pada ekosistem air tawar lentik di Desa Gumulan Kecamatan Kesamben. Penelitian dengan menggunakan metode survei lokasi dengan 3 stasiun di setiap ekosistem air tawar lentik. Penentuan titik pengambilan sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling pada 3 stasiun dengan pengulangan sebanyak 3 kali. Total spesies yang ditemukan pada ekosistem air tawar lentik yaitu 10 spesies diantaranya Pomacea speciosa, Assasin snail, Tarabia granifera, Macrobrachium formosense, Notonectidae, Tryonia clathrata, Lymnaeidae, Rabbit snail, Dytiscus marginalis, Gerris marginatus, yang dominan adalah Filum Mollusca yaitu spesies Tarebia granifera. Faktor abiotik pada ekosistem air tawar lentik pada stasiun 1 suhu rata-rata 29,5ºC dan rata-rata pH 7,5, stasiun 2 suhu rata-rata 28,4ºC dan rata-rata pH 7,1 dan stasiun 3 suhu rata-rata 29,3ºC dan rata-rata pH 7,8. Indeks keanekaragaman (H’) makrozoobentos pada ekosistem air tawar lentik berdasarkan rumus Shannon Weinner hasil dari stasiun 1 yaitu 1,47 (sedang), hasil stasiun 2 yaitu 1,56 (sedang) dan hasil stasiun 3 yaitu 1,01 (sedang).

Abstract

Agritourism is a form of tourism activity that utilizes the potential of agricultural businesses, including agricultural technology and agricultural commodities. In agritourism, the activities carried out include land preparation, maintenance, harvesting, processing of crops until the product is ready for market. Context in Bale Tani Agrotourism, it is important to identify the processing that is carried out. This includes understanding how local communities adapt from the traditional agricultural sector to agritourism management. The adaptation process of local communities in managing agritourism is very important to understand because it can provide insight into the sustainability of this business. Through this research, it is hoped that effective strategies can be found in agritourism management that are not only economically profitable but also strengthen social relations between community members and preserve the environment. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to describe and analyze the management of agritourism in Bale Tani Jombang. Based on the results of interviews conducted with managers, Bale Tani agritourism in Jombang, East Java, is a tourist destination that combines the concepts of recreation and agricultural education. The tourist destinations that can be found in Bale Tani are very diverse, which include, Bale Derita, educational packages, Outbound packages, Spot games or can be said to be like a mini outbound place, Swimming pools and other facilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginventarisasi dan identifikasi tumbuhan Bryophyta (lumut) dan Pteridophyta (paku-pakuan) di Kebun Raya Purwodadi Pasuruan. Tujuan spesifiknya adalah untuk mengidentifikasi spesies Bryophyta dan Pteridophyta yang paling banyak dan paling sedikit ditemukan berdasarkan habitatnya, serta mengetahui manfaat dan potensi kedua kelompok tumbuhan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah inventarisasi eksploratif dengan teknik survei jalur (transect sampling), di mana area penelitian dibagi menjadi beberapa zona habitat, seperti hutan, tepi sungai, dan area berbatu. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, dokumentasi morfologi menggunakan kamera, serta pencatatan hasil observasi pada tabel pengamatan. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif untuk mengetahui jumlah spesies, persebaran, dan keanekaragaman Bryophyta dan Pteridophyta di lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 2 jenis Bryophyta dan 10 jenis Pteridophyta di Kebun Raya Purwodadi Pasuruan. Jenis Bryophyta yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah Leucobryum glaucum (lumut bantalan) dengan 72 spesimen, sedangkan yang paling sedikit adalah Ceratodon purpureus (lumut api) dengan 21 spesimen. Sementara itu, jenis Pteridophyta yang paling banyak ditemukan adalah Nephrolepis cordifolia (paku acel) dengan 28 spesimen, dan yang paling sedikit adalah Angiopteris evecta (paku gajah) dengan 7 spesimen. Kedua kelompok tumbuhan ini memiliki peran penting dalam ekosistem, seperti pencegahan erosi, stabilisasi tanah, serta penyediaan habitat mikro. Selain itu, Bryophyta dan Pteridophyta memiliki potensi besar dalam bidang farmasi dan konservasi Keanekaragaman Hayati. Namun, beberapa spesies menghadapi ancaman berupa perubahan habitat dan tekanan lingkungan, sehingga diperlukan upaya konservasi yang lebih intensif untuk memastikan keberlanjutan populasinya.
