Abstract

Cryptocurrency berkembang pesat sebagai instrumen investasi modern dengan potensi keuntungan tinggi namun berisiko besar. Fenomena ini menarik minat Generasi Z di Kota Medan yang dikenal adaptif terhadap teknologi, sehingga keputusan investasi dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis dan perilaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh experienced regret dan risk tolerance terhadap keputusan investasi secara parsial dan simultan pada investor Generasi Z di Kota Medan. Abstract

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, every company is required to be prepared to face various types of competition in the business world and must be able to enhance employee performance. This research aims to determine whether the influence of Hard Skill, Soft Skill, and Work Experience of each employee is greater compared to the influence of the brand in influencing consumers' purchasing decisions for a product. This study employs a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population for this research consists of 36 respondents, using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection is carried out through interviews and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis methods include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, partial test, and determination test. The findings indicate that Hard Skill, Soft Skill, and Work Experience variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. These variables also have a simultaneous influence on employee performance, with an R-value of 0.705, indicating that these factors account for 70.5% of the variance in employee performance, signifying a strong influence. The Adjusted R Square value is 45%, implying that the remaining 55% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial factor in determining a company's success. It reflects the contributions and achievements of individual employees in their roles. This study investigates the impact of Work-Life Balance and the work environment on the performance of Grand Inna Medan employees, both individually and collectively. Employing a quantitative approach, the research collected data from 50 respondents through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed it using multiple linear regression in SPSS. The findings reveal that Work-Life Balance and the work environment each have a partial impact on employee performance, supported by their respective t-values. Moreover, the simultaneous analysis demonstrates that these variables collectively exert a significant influence on employee performance, as indicated by an F-value surpassing the critical threshold. The research's 18.1% Adjusted R Square suggests that 81.9% of the variation in employee performance is attributed to unexplored factors beyond the scope of this study. These findings highlight the importance of Work-Life Balance and the work environment in enhancing employee performance and ultimately contributing to the success of Grand Inna Medan and similar organizations.

Abstract

In maintaining the sustainability of the company, human resources play a very important role. Therefore, the company needs to provide support to employees so that they feel valued, which will ultimately have a positive impact on their development and performance. This study aims to identify the influence of interpersonal communication and organizational support on employee performance at Tirta Terubuk Company in Bengkalis Regency. The results of this study indicate that Perceived Organizational Support partially affects Employee Performance, with a t-value of 3.220 > 1.6779 and a significance level of 0.039 < 0.05, as well as a positive regression coefficient value of 0.075. Interpersonal Communication partially affects Employee Performance with a t-value of 2.823 > 1.6779 and a significance level of 0.015 < 0.05, along with a positive regression coefficient value of 0.190. In simultaneous testing, Perceived Organizational Support and Interpersonal Communication have a simultaneous effect on employee performance variables of 65%, while the remaining 35% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of digital marketing and word of mouth on the decision to visit Sikulikap Waterfall. The research method used is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population studied was Sikulikap Waterfall visitors. Sampling was done with purposive sampling technique. Data collection was done through questionnaires for primary data and literature study for secondary data. The analysis was conducted with validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results of the research conducted show that the digital branding and word of mouth variables have a partial and significant effect on the decision to visit. Digital marketing and word of mouth variables also have a simultaneous and significant effect on decision making. The coefficient value also shows the relationship between digital marketing and word of mouth on visiting decisions is very strong with an R value of 0.710 or 71%. Adjusted R Square value is also known that digital marketing and word of mouth on visiting decisions is 49.4% while the remaining 50.6% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Customer decision in selecting and purchasing a particular brand are influenced by various factors like social media marketing, brand image, and brand awareness. This study is focused on examining how social media marketing, brand image, and brand awareness impact the decision-making process for purchasing Scarlett Whitening products. The research employs a quantitative methodology with an associative approach. Data analysis involves testing for validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The study's results indicate that social media marketing, brand image, and brand awareness each have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products, both independently and together.
