This research is descriptive qualitative research, and the subjects of this study are school principals and teachers. The data collection techniques are interviews, documentation, and observation. The data analysis used is qualitative analysis, including data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. As for the data validity test, it uses source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. The research findings indicate that: (1) The planning of academic supervision at SDN Kaliejo 02, East Ungaran, Semarang Regency, begins with several activities, including: developing a supervision program, setting goals and objectives, creating a schedule, and developing academic supervision instruments. (2) Academic supervision at SDN Kaliejo 02, Ungaran Timur, Semarang Regency, is conducted twice a year, namely at the beginning of the odd and even semesters. Academic supervision includes teacher administrative supervision and learning process supervision. Abstract

Despite extensive process improvement efforts, educational quality often lags, indicating a gap between managerial routines and uneven learning outcomes. Closing this gap requires an integrated perspective that links instructional leadership, teacher professional competence, and work culture as a single quality system. This study aimed to analyze the causal model of the influence of instructional leadership, teacher competence, and work culture on educational quality in public junior high schools. This study used a quantitative correlational design with proportional random sampling of 173 teachers. Data were collected through validated and reliable questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation, multiple regression, and path analysis; all analytical assumptions were met. The results showed that all three constructs were positively and significantly associated with educational quality; simultaneously, the model explained a significant portion of the variation, with teacher competence emerging as the strongest predictor. The path analysis showed that leadership influences operate directly and indirectly through teacher competence and work culture, making synergy between constructs key. This study validates the integrated causal model of school quality. Theoretically, the findings clarify the pathways of influence between components. In practical terms, the implication is that the quality improvement agenda needs to combine programmed leadership routines, practice-based professional development, and the cultivation of collaboration, innovation, and disciplined, sustainable, and accountable follow-up.

Abstract

This study investigates contemporary Islamic legal perspectives on qualification policy in Indonesia, with particular attention to the formulation and implementation of standards for public and religious office. It examines how key actors—religious leaders, bureaucratic officials, and academics—perceive, interpret, and respond to these policies within the framework of Sharī‘ah values. Adopting a qualitative, field-based research approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis across selected governmental and religious institutions. The findings reveal a persistent tension between the normative principles of Islamic law—such as justice (al-‘adl), public interest (maṣlaḥah), and competence (kifāyah)—and the political realities influencing qualification policies, which are often shaped by administrative logic and pragmatic interests. Although policy discourse frequently invokes the integration of Islamic values, implementation in practice demonstrates that bureaucratic dominance frequently marginalizes substantive Islamic ethical principles. This research contributes to contemporary Islamic legal scholarship by illustrating the interaction between Sharī‘ah principles and legal-political practices in Indonesia. It also provides a normative-critical analytical framework for developing qualification policies that are more just, inclusive, and firmly anchored in Sharī‘ah values while remaining compatible with modern governance structures.

Abstract

More technological innovation in the tourism sector must be integrated with educational aspects and digital literacy, especially during a pandemic that limits physical visits to tourist attractions. Although several tourism applications have been developed, only a few have been specifically designed to improve digital literacy and visitor knowledge in terms of educational content and integration with the school curriculum. This research aims to create a virtual tour-based edu-tourism application that is packaged with virtual reality applications. This research is a research and development using the ADDIE model. The subjects of this research were randomly 250 teachers and high school / vocational school students. The data collection method was a questionnaire using an instrument in the form of an instrument sheet. After the data was collected, it was analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive data analysis methods. The results showed that the design of the virtual tour technology application received a very good assessment in the aspects of media, material, discussion, and display. This is also in line with the teacher's response, which assessed these aspects positively, with the highest score given to the media aspect, followed by the material, discussion, and display. This study concludes that the virtual tour-based eduwisata application packaged with virtual reality applications is effective in improving the literacy skills of teachers and students regarding eduwisata. The results of this study indicate that virtual tour applications can be implemented as interactive learning media that can improve student and teacher literacy in the field of edu-tourism.
