Latifah, Peni. 2024. Implementasi Komunitas Belajar dalam Pengembangan Kompetensi Profesional Guru SMP Negeri 4 Gringsing Kabupaten Batang. Tesis. Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan. Pascasarjana Universitas PGRI Semarang. Pembimbing I Dr. Maryanto, M.Si., dan Pembimbing II: Dr. Dyah Nugrahani, S.Pd., M.Hum. Berdasarkan data rapor Pendidikan di atas, kompetensi guru SMP Negeri 4 Gringsing pada kategori sedang dengan skor nilai 65,5. Hal ini hampir setara dengan kualitas pembelajaran yang mencapai skor 69,74 dan Refleksi dan Perbaikan Pembelajaran oleh guru dengan skor 69,74. Peningkatan kompetensi guru terus dilaksanakan oleh pihak kepala sekolah karena masih dibawah ekspetasi skor 75,0. Salah satu upaya tersebut yaitu pembentukan kelompok belajar guru, sebagai wadah bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesionalnya, seperti melakukan diskusi, menganalisis kurikulum, dan penelitian. Fokus penelitian dalam tesis ini adalah implementasi manajemen komunitas belajar dalam pengembangan keprofesionalan guru di SMP Negeri 4 Gringsing di Kecamatan Gringsing Kabupaten Batang. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada semester I tahun pelajaran 2024/2025 pada bulan Juli-Desember 2024. Tempat penelitian di SMP Negeri 4 Gringsing Kabupaten Batang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, angket dan observasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Analisis data menggunakan model analisa interaktif yang dikembangkan Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian: (1) Implementasi perencanaan komunitas belajar dalam pengembangan kompetensi profesional guru dilakukan dengan penyusunan rencana kegiatan komunitas belajar, yaitu: yakni identifikasi kebutuhan, analisis permasalahan dan kebutuhan, penetapan sasaran dan target, dan terakhir perumusan program dan penganggaran, (2) Implementasi pengorganisasian (Organizing) komunitas belajar meliputi: (a) penempatan dan pembagian kerja utama pada guru penggerak sebanyak 3 orang agar kombel berlangsung secara efektif, (b) pembentukan organisasi terdiri kepala sekolah sebagai penanggung jawab, ketua Komite sebagai penasehat dan Pengawas sebagai pembina komunitas belajar., (c) Koordinasi dimaksudkan agar gerak organisasi bisa mencapai tujuan atau sasaran bersama secara efisien, (d) Komite Sekolah dan Pengawas mendukung Komunitas belajar; (3) Implementasi pelaksanaan (Actuating) dalam manajemen komunitas belajar berupa: (a) Pengarahan komunitas belajar; (b) Kepala Sekolah memberikan fungsi motivasi; (c) difokuskan pada implementasi Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, (4) Implementasi pengawasan (Controlling) dalam manajemen komunitas belajar: (a) Evaluasi telah dilaksanakan secara sistematis menginvestigasi efektifitas program, (b) instrumen dipergunakan untuk mengukur atau menilai efektivitas komunitas belajar, yaitu asesmen, rapor, dan review modul P5, (c) sekolah benar-benar memanfaatkan hasil dari evaluasi program komunitas belajar. Saran pada penelitian ini, guru komunitas belajar diharapkan meningkatkan komitmen dalam melaksanakan kegiatan program komunitas belajar, mengikuti kegiatan komunitas belajar di luar sekolah, dan mengikuti perkembangan komunitas belajar PMM untuk mengikuti perkembangan zaman

Abstract

This study aims to describe how reflective-based academic supervision is implemented by the principal as an effort to improve learning quality at SDN 02 Sidorejo. Using a qualitative descriptive case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that academic supervision is carried out through a reflective cycle consisting of planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. In the planning stage, teachers are involved in identifying instructional problems and determining improvement priorities. During implementation, supervision is conducted using clinical steps: pre-observation discussions, classroom observation, and reflective conferencing. The follow-up phase includes mentoring, lesson study, peer coaching, and reflective journals. The results show improvements in teacher pedagogical competence, including lesson planning, classroom management, and instructional media use. Student learning outcomes also increase, demonstrating positive instructional impact. Reflective academic supervision positions the principal as a coach and collaborator, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Regional Financial Management and Good Governance on Government Performance in Kerinci Regency simultaneously and partially. The population of this study is employees at the Kerinci Regency, using the sampling technique that is purposive sampling. Respondents in the study are from the parts or devices related to this study. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 75 respondents. Data was collected by a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability.The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of the study show that Regional Financial Management has an effect on Government Performance in Kerinci Regency, this is evidenced by t count > t table (3.670 > 1,99346). Good Governance has an effect on Government Performance in Kerinci Regency, this is proved by t count > t table (6,072 > 1,99346). Simultaneously there is a significant influence between Regional Financial Management and Good Governance on Government Performance in Kerinci Regency that can be proven by F count > F table (37,508 > 3,12). The magnitude of the influence of Regional Financial Management and Good Governance on Government Performance in Kerinci Regency was 51%. While the remaining 49% is explained by other causes that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology (ICT) has transformed the landscape of education, offering new opportunities for digital and interactive learning. However, the integration of technology in learning assessment remains limited in many primary classrooms, creating a gap between pedagogical potential and actual practice. This study aims to explore how the implementation of Quizizz as a digital assessment tool can strengthen students’ digital literacy and foster independent learning. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected from three upper-grade teachers and five students selected through purposive sampling. The data were obtained via interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis, then validated through source triangulation. Data analysis followed Miles and Huberman’s (1996) interactive model, consisting of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that Quizizz enhances students’ engagement, motivation, and participation through its gamified features, point system, and instant feedback. It promotes critical and reflective thinking, helping learners develop self-regulation and confidence in using digital tools for academic purposes. Despite challenges related to device availability and internet connectivity, both teachers and students perceive Quizizz as an effective, enjoyable, and empowering platform for learning evaluation. The study concludes that integrating Quizizz not only improves digital literacy and learner autonomy but also supports the development of adaptive and creative learners prepared for digital-era education

Abstract

his study examines the impact of transformational leadership and teachers' pedagogical competence on the quality of education in public elementary schools in East Ungaran District. Using a quantitative approach with a causal survey design, the research explores how these variables influence educational quality. Data was collected from 148 teachers across 14 schools, with instruments measuring transformational leadership, pedagogical competence, and educational quality. The findings reveal that transformational leadership significantly influences educational quality, as school principals with a clear vision, motivation, and exemplary behavior create a productive and innovative school environment. Additionally, teachers' pedagogical competence, which includes effective teaching strategies and understanding student needs, plays a vital role in improving educational outcomes. The study shows that both variables combined explain 61.7% of the variation in educational quality. The synergy between transformational leadership and pedagogical competence creates a positive and sustainable learning environment, contributing to enhanced teacher performance and quality learning. The study offers practical recommendations for school leaders and policymakers to focus on developing leadership skills and enhancing teacher competence through continuous professional development, as these factors significantly contribute to improving the quality of education in primary schools.

Abstract

Surakarta merupakan daerah istimewa dalam Repuklik Indonesia, lahir dengan Piagam Kedudukan 19 Agustus 1945, Pengambilalihan Surakarta dengan Penetapan Pemerintah No. 16/SD tahun 1946 adalah sementara waktu namun hingga kini tidak pernah mendapat kejelasannya. Penelitian berfokus pada bagaimana kedudukan hukum Surakarta dan pengakuan kembali Surakarta sebagai daerah istimewa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif, menggunakan bahan hukum primer, berupa peraturan perundang- undangan bahan hukum sekunder berupa literatur yang relevan dengan objek yang diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sejarah dan perundang-undangan dengan metode analisis deskriptif-kualitatif. Penelitian menyimpulkan, pertama, dalam perspektif historis, Surakarta merupakan Daerah Istimewa sudah eksis sejak jaman sebelum Indonesia merdeka, dihapuskannya Daerah Istimewa Surakarta oleh Penetapan Pemerintah No. 16 / SD Tahun 1946 hanyalah sementara waktu dengan janji Surakarta ditetapkan dengan Undang-undang. Kedua, keistimewaan Surakarta dapat atau tidak diakui kembali sangat bergantung dari political will Pemerintah Pusat, DPR, Pemerintah Daerah, DPRD, dan masyarakat Surakarta.

Abstract

Unplanned inventory management can lead to excess stock and increased inventory costs. Based on 2024 data, Grosir Benny experienced a condition where incoming goods exceeded outgoing goods, indicating inefficient inventory control. This study aims to analyze inventory management before the implementation of the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method and to evaluate the effectiveness of EOQ in determining optimal order quantities. This research employs a quantitative descriptive method with instant noodle inventory as the object of study. The results show that the EOQ method produces an optimal order quantity of 24 cartons per order with 46 orders per year. The calculated safety stock is 42 cartons, and the reorder point is 49 cartons. The implementation of the EOQ method is considered more effective than the previous system, as it aligns order quantities with sales levels, reduces the risk of overstocking, and improves inventory cost efficiency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan model machine learning paling efektif untuk klasifikasi lingkungan tektonik (tectonic setting) berdasarkan komposisi geokimia. Menggunakan dataset dari database GEOROC, tiga algoritma gradient boosting XGBoost, LightGBM, dan CatBoost diuji melalui beberapa skenario, termasuk pembagian data 70:30 dan 80:20. Model dengan kinerja terbaik kemudian dioptimalkan menggunakan Grid Search Cross-Validation (GridSearchCV). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa model LightGBM, setelah melalui proses hyperparameter tuning pada skenario 80:20, mencapai performa tertinggi dengan akurasi 80,87%. Analisis kepentingan fitur (feature importance) lebih lanjut mengidentifikasi bahwa Al₂O₃ (Aluminium Oksida), Na₂O (Natrium Oksida), dan FeOT (Besi Oksida Total) merupakan tiga prediktor paling signifikan. Studi ini membuktikan bahwa LightGBM adalah pendekatan yang superior dan andal untuk tugas klasifikasi geokimia otomatis.
