Abstract

A Microstrip antenna is an antenna that has advantages in physical form, namely an antenna with a small shape so that it is easy to integrate. In addition to the small form of this antenna, it also has disadvantages such as narrow bandwidth and low gain. One of the solutions is that microstrip antennas can be designed using array techniques. The array technique in the design of the microstrip antenna is designed for the frequency of 850 MHz. This frequency is commonly used by communications service providers for LTE purposes. The material used is PCB epoxy (FR4) double layer with a thickness of 1.3 mm and a dielectric constant of 4.7. The shape of the patch made is a rectangle and a circle. The microstrip antenna was tested to obtain the value of the resonant frequency, VSWR and radiation pattern which then the results were compared with the simulation results using the IE3D microstrip simulator software. In the test, the results were obtained for a rectangular microstrip array antenna.

Abstract

A videotron is a display panel that uses LED technology to show images, videos, or other moving content. There are two types of videotrons: indoor and outdoor. Indoor videotrons are used indoors, while outdoor videotrons are used outdoors. Videotrons have many functions, one of which is as an advertising medium. They can be used to promote products, services, or brands, as well as to convey information or messages to the public. In the installation of videotrons, occupational safety and health issues must be considered by the operators to avoid workplace accidents. Electrical safety and health (K3) is a management system aimed at protecting workers and the general public from electrical hazards that could potentially cause accidents and health problems. Electrical hazards can include electric shock, fire, and explosions. Some activities that can be conducted to implement K3 in the electrical field include: Understanding electrical hazards: Workers and the general public need to understand electrical hazards to take appropriate preventive measures. Implementation of safety standards: Companies need to apply safety standards established by the government or relevant organizations. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE): Workers need to use appropriate PPE to protect themselves from electrical hazards. Maintenance of electrical equipment: Electrical equipment needs to be routinely maintained to ensure that it functions properly and safely.Implementing K3 in the electrical field is essential to prevent accidents and health issues caused by electricity. Electrical accidents can lead to material losses and casualties.

Abstract

As a form of appreciation for the aspirations of the Indonesian people in achieving social welfare, health services are very crucial. Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, as the foundation of the state, set guidelines for state implementation, including in the health sector. To realize the National Social Security System (SJSN), especially National Health Insurance (JKN), BPJS was initiated. However, there are many obstacles encountered in the health services sector, especially those related to legal aspects for BPJS Health members who receive treatment in hospitals. This study aims to research and find a way out of this problem. First of all, this study will review the implementation of rights and responsibilities between hospitals and patients based on Law no. 44 of 2009. Next, an assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of Law no. 36 of 2009 concerning Health and Law no. 24 of 2011 concerning BPJS, especially in providing excellent and equal health services for BPJS Health members in state hospitals. Finally, this study will find elements that hinder the optimization of health services for BPJS members and their impact on the implementation of BPJS at RSU Sembiring using a Normative Juridical research approach. The research results show that the rights and responsibilities between hospitals and patients, including BPJS Health members, have been clearly defined in various regulations and laws in Indonesia. Regular patients and BPJS members have equal rights in obtaining access to quality and safe health services. However, BPJS members are required to pay contributions and follow a predetermined referral system. RSU Sembiring Deli Tua functions in accordance with existing provisions, including the health service referral system. In July, Sembiring RSU successfully served 8318 BPJS patients, indicating its effective service. However, there are still obstacles on the ground that require attention from policymakers. Overall, RSU Sembiring has been successful in providing services to BPJS Health members in an efficient manner and in accordance with the law. RSU Sembiring is a model for how health institutions need to adapt and collaborate with BPJS and the government to face and find solutions to the obstacles they encounter, so that effective health services and legal protection for BPJS members are guaranteed.

Ultrasound is something technology that can describe in body somebody. If There is identified complications, then can done more handling fast. Basically doctor In general, you can perform an ultrasound on the patient. But since appearance Regulation Minister Health Number 24 of 2020 concerning Service Radiology Clinic, doctor specialist or doctor general own authority very limited to facility radiology including ultrasound. Based on the problems mentioned above, researchers see exists problem that is where general practitioners currently have very limited authority to provide ultrasound health services to patients. In practice, from the research results it can be seen that based on Regulations Minister Health Number 75 202 3 concerning technical instructions for the use of ultrasound equipment for general practitioners in primary care. It is currently legal for general practitioners to perform ultrasound provided that the general practitioner Already follow education And training standardized for basic ultrasound limited because of someone doctor said has competent in do basic ultrasound examination limited when has follow education And formal ultrasound training ( during education doctor ) or through recognized workshops by Ministry Health and POGI ( USG Working Group ) and Then obtain certificate.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKeberhasilan pelayanan gizi di rumah sakit dalam mendukung proses penyembuhan penyakit pada pasien, sangat ditentukan oleh proses pengolahan makanan mulai dari bahan makanan sampai menjadi makanan jadi yang siap dikonsumsi oleh pasien. Pelayanan gizi dapat terlaksana dengan baik apabila didukung oleh manajemen penyelenggaraan makanan yang baik. Manajemen penyelenggaraan makanan merupakan serangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan mulai dari perencanaan makanan sampai dengan distribusi makanan kepada pasien/konsumen yang berfungsi sebagai sistem dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan makanan dengan kualitas yang baikJenis penelitian ini menggunakan Kualitatif Fenomenologi dengan menggunakan deskriptif Informan penelitian berjumlah  22 orang. Informan Penelitian ini dikelompokkan menjadi dua yaitu informan utama dan informan pendukung. Adapun informan utama berjumlah 17 informan yaitu kepala instalasi gizi dan tenaga di instalasi gizi. Sedangkan informan pendukung berjumlah 5 informan yaitu pasien rawat inap.Berdasarkan hasil secara kualitatif berdasarkan wawancara mendalam terhadap informan didapatkan  bahwa perlu evaluasi mulai dari input, proses sampai output gizi harus diperbaiki, penambahan tenaga gizi, sarana dan prasarana, proses perencanaan di instalasi gizi serta hasil masakan yg disajikan sering mengalami keterlambatan juga dari segi variasi maupun cita rasa makanan      harus di kaji ulang, sehingga manajemen penyelenggaraan makanan menjadi lebih baik lagi.Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini tenaga gizi masih kurang, sarana dan prasarana tergolong kurang memadai, dan biaya opersaional sangat minim berasal dari APBD. Selain itu, proses yang meliputi kegiatan penyelenggaraan makanan juga tidak seluruhnya dilakukan. Saran diharapkan Seluruh petugas di Instalasi Gizi RSUD Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai diharapkan melaksanakan seluruh kegiatan penyelenggaraan makanan sesuai langkah-langkah dan memenuhi persyaratan yang telah ditentukan dalam pedoman PGRS. Kata Kunci    :           Evaluasi, manajemen penyelenggaraan gizi.

Abstract

The application of protection systems and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) is important to ensure the safe operation of the power system, especially the Solar Power Plant (PLTS). So in this study the authors analysed and evaluated the impact of the application of the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) system on Solar Power Plants (PLTS). By using a protection system for battery voltage, overvoltage and undervoltage protection and load current limitation, to protect electrical equipment connected to the Solar Electric System (PLTS). Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) serves as a transfer medium to the PLN power source if it is detected that the availability of electrical power in the PLTS system is insufficient. The test results show that the protection system applied to the battery can protect the battery's performance in supplying electricity to the electrical load, where if it is indicated that the battery voltage has dropped to the minimum limit set (10 volts), the protection system will automatically cut off the electricity supply from the battery and will be transferred to the electricity supply from PLN through the ATS. If the battery voltage is detected to reach 12 volts, the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) will automatically connect the electricity supply to the PLTS system. The protection system will also protect electrical equipment against Over Voltage, 231 Volts and Under Voltage 198 Volts. If this happens, the electricity supply to the load will automatically be cut off.

Abstract

Load imbalance in an electric power distribution system often occurs in the field. This is a single-phase load on Low Voltage Network customers that is not the same due to the large number of additional electrical loads that do not pay attention to system load imbalances. As a result of this imbalance, a current appears in the transformer neutral. The current flowing in the neutral of the transformer causes losses, namely losses due to neutral current in the neutral conductor of the transformer and losses due to neutral current flowing to the ground. By realizing PHB SR (Home Connection Equipment) is able to balance the load on the Low Voltage Network. balance the load on the Low Voltage Network periodically and continuously so as to reduce technical shrinkage (losses), simplify the Connection Field in the technical connection of the Low Voltage Network. Connection in the technical connection of the House Connection (SR) on the pole, improve the aesthetics and neatness of the Network System.

Abstract

The MG.07 Substation in Matang Gelumpang Dua is located in the PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit Matang Gelumpang Dua Area Bireun, supplied by the Bireun Main Substation with a feeder capacity of 280 A. The MG.07 feeder supplies transformer PSG.039, loaded at 103.4% of its 250 kVA capacity. The standard load for a transformer is 80% of its capacity. The solution to address this issue is to install an insert transformer to distribute the load from PSG.039. According to data from PT. PLN (Persero) Area Bireun in 2023, the annual increase in electricity usage in Matang Gelumpang Dua Bireun is 8.3%. Therefore, using a 250 kVA insert transformer with an initial loading percentage of 26.8%, it will be able to accommodate the increase in electricity usage for the next five years, with a total loading percentage after five years of 68.3%.

Abstract

In an effort to improve the efficiency and ease of prepaid electricity top-up, Dual Tone Multiple Frequency (DTMF) technology offers an innovative solution that allows users to top up electricity via telephone. This study aims to design and implement a prepaid electricity top-up system that uses DTMF technology as an input method. The research methodology includes hardware and software design consisting of several main components, namely a DTMF module, microcontroller, and communication module. The DTMF module is used to detect and convert dual tone signals from the telephone into digital data that can be processed by the microcontroller. The microcontroller then processes this data to control the prepaid electricity meter top-up process. The system development stage begins with the selection and configuration of the appropriate DTMF module, followed by microcontroller programming to identify the DTMF code sent by the user. The system also includes a verification mechanism to ensure that the code entered is valid and secure. After verification, the microcontroller sends a command to the prepaid electricity meter to top up the credit according to the amount entered. The test results show that the DTMF-based prepaid electricity top-up system functions well, is able to recognize DTMF codes with high accuracy, and performs top-ups efficiently. This system offers ease of use for prepaid electricity customers, eliminates the need to go to a physical credit sales location, and allows top-ups from anywhere using a telephone. The conclusion of this study is that the DTMF-based prepaid electricity top-up system is a reliable and effective solution to improve convenience and efficiency for prepaid electricity users. Further implementation can be focused on improving security and integration with digital payment systems to provide a more comprehensive solution.

Abstract

An Arduino-based smart home is the implementation of a smart system that controls various devices in the house such as lights, fans, doors, and others to increase comfort, security, and energy efficiency. Arduino acts as the brain of this system, receiving input from sensors and providing output to the controlled devices. The system can be accessed and controlled remotely via the internet with the Blynk app, allowing users to control their home even when they are not at home. In this design, sensors such as gas sensors, temperature sensors and humidity sensors are used to detect environmental conditions and occupant activities. Arduino uses information from these sensors to make automatic decisions, such as turning on the lights when it detects movement at night or sounding an alarm when there is an LPG gas leak, adjusting the room temperature as needed. Security is also a main focus in this design. Door and window sensors are installed to detect intrusions, and notifications can be sent to users via the Blynk app if there is suspicious activity. By using Arduino as the main platform, this smart home design can be easily customized and developed further according to user needs. From the research results it can be seen that the system has functioned as it should, in accordance with the initial design
