Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there are differences in financial performance in the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Operating Margin (NOM), Return On Assets (ROA), and Return On Equity (ROE) between before and after the merger at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia for the 2019-2022 period. This type of research is quantitative with the research method used is descriptive comparative. The data used is secondary data in the form of the company's financial statements before and after the merger. The analytical tool used to answer the hypothesis is the non-parametric test, namely the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results of this study based on the ratio showed that there are significant differences in the ratio of PT BSI's Net Operating Margin (NOM), Return On Equity (ROE) and Return On Assets (ROA) between before and after the merger. Meanwhile, the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) did not show a significant difference between before and after the merger

Abstract

This research analyzes strategies developed by private Vocational High Schools in Banten Province for building brand image to enhance public trust. The transformation of Indonesia's educational landscape presents complex competitive dynamics for private vocational education institutions in maintaining their existence and relevance. The study employs a qualitative approach using literature review methods through systematic analysis of relevant scientific literature from 2020-2025. Research findings indicate that effective brand image building strategies encompass four main dimensions: integrated digital marketing implementation, integration of educational excellence with stakeholder collaboration, optimization of visual media and institutional narratives, and integrated reputation management. Digital marketing strategies include optimization of digital traffic, conversion, and stakeholder engagement through diverse digital platforms. Integration of educational excellence with strategic collaboration involving industries, professional organizations, and government institutions proves to provide significant contribution in positioning private vocational schools as leaders in the competitive landscape. Factors influencing implementation effectiveness include internal dimensions such as human resource quality, management commitment, and facility availability, as well as external dimensions including competitive dynamics and public expectations. Primary challenges lie in limited digital marketing team competencies and complexities in building public trust. The research recommends developing continuous capacity building programs, integrated reputation management systems, and strategic collaboration with various stakeholders for optimizing sustainable brand image building strategies

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan siswa memilih sekolah swasta di Provinsi Banten menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan kualitatif-deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi determinan pemilihan institusi pendidikan swasta dalam konteks demografis dan sosiokultural spesifik wilayah peri-urban. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelusuran sistematis terhadap literatur ilmiah mutakhir dengan analisis konten kualitatif melalui pengkodean tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan empat dimensi utama yang mempengaruhi keputusan pemilihan: (1) faktor institusional dan citra sekolah sebagai determinan dominan; (2) aspek lokasi, aksesibilitas, dan fasilitas yang berkorelasi dengan karakteristik geografis wilayah; (3) faktor sosioekonomi yang menciptakan stratifikasi preferensi pendidikan; serta (4) kualitas layanan dan efektivitas strategi pemasaran digital. Kesimpulannya, pemilihan sekolah swasta di Banten merupakan proses multidimensional yang memerlukan pendekatan integratif dalam pengembangan institusi pendidikan untuk merespon kebutuhan spesifik masyarakat serta dinamika transformasi sosial dan teknologis.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze community empowerment through the development of creative economic entrepreneurship based on fish farming in Pandeglang Regency. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of fish farmers and relevant institutions. The research results show that most people still practice fish farming conventionally and have not yet developed many creative and innovative aspects in their businesses. Nevertheless, various forms of creative economic enterprises have emerged, such as fish floss, fish skin crackers, and other processed products, which are largely driven by youth and women's groups. This business has proven capable of increasing community income and independence. However, its development still faces various constraints, such as limited capital, low entrepreneurial literacy, narrow market access, and suboptimal farmer institutions. Therefore, strategies that can be implemented include digital marketing and business management training, strengthening local branding, triple helix collaboration, business digitalization, and establishing a creative house for fishing villages. The conclusion of this study confirms that community empowerment through creative economic entrepreneurship in fish farming has great potential to be a solution for improving community welfare if supported by targeted, collaborative, and sustainable strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the administration and management strategies implemented by MSMEs in Pandeglang Regency in facing competition in the local market. The approach used is qualitative with a case study design, where data is collected through interviews, participant observation and documentation. Research findings show that many MSMEs in Pandeglang face challenges in administrative management, such as dependence on manual systems and lack of technological literacy. Human resource (HR) management is also limited to basic skills without further training. Apart from that, although several MSME players have used social media for marketing, the use of technology for operational management is still minimal. Recommendations from this research include the need for continuous training, mentoring, and access to technology that can increase the efficiency and competitiveness of MSMEs. This research provides important insights for developing policies that support MSMEs at the local level, especially in facing increasingly competitive market dynamics.

Abstract

Service to the community has become the main goal in the implementation of public administration. Every citizen is entitled to all rights because of his or her position as an Indonesian citizen. However, it is still often found that the public facilities provided by the government do not support the accessibility of public services for the senior citizens and people with disabilities. This research is aimed at answering the questions of whether public services at the Tanah Sareal Bogor District Office are senior citizens and disabilities friendly, and what aspects should be improved so that public services can run as expected by the entire society. Data collection was carried out in addition to observation and documentation, as well as semi-structured interviews with 10 people belonging to the vulnerable society category, namely the senior citizens and people with disabilities. The results of this research indicate that public services at the Tanah Sareal Bogor District Office still need improvements to be senior citizens and people with disabilities friendly. Therefore, efforts must be done so that the missions of the Tanah Sareal Bogor District Office can be realized, namely improving the quality and integrity of human resources in services, providing professional human resources according to their field and complying with statutory provisions and increasing the professionalism of the apparatus in providing services to the society.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital semakin mengubah cara UMKM memasarkan produk dan layanan secara online sehingga pelaku usaha dituntut untuk aktif menerapkan strategi digital marketing yang terencana dan konsisten agar hubungan dengan pelanggan terjaga dalam jangka panjang dan kepercayaan dapat tumbuh melalui pengalaman yang berulang serta relevan sesuai kebutuhan pasar. Persaingan yang semakin ketat di platform marketplace dan media sosial menjadikan loyalitas pelanggan sebagai faktor kunci dalam menjaga keberlangsungan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana pelaku UMKM yang menjalankan usahanya secara online menyusun dan menerapkan strategi digital marketing sebagai bagian dari upaya aktif mereka dalam membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan sehingga kepercayaan serta keterikatan pelanggan dapat terjaga dan berkembang secara berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi aktivitas pemasaran digital, serta dokumentasi penjualan dan interaksi pelanggan. Informan penelitian terdiri atas pemilik UMKM, pengelola akun digital, dan pelanggan loyal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi konten kreatif, interaksi personal melalui media sosial, pemanfaatan ulasan pelanggan, serta peningkatan kualitas layanan digital berperan penting dalam membangun kepercayaan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa integrasi strategi digital marketing yang berorientasi pada pengalaman pelanggan mampu memperkuat loyalitas pelanggan UMKM berbasis online.

Abstract

This research analyzes the public policy of the Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 (PIK 2) development, a project covering 1,755 hectares in northern Jakarta, aimed at enhancing economic growth and providing facilities for the community. Despite its significant potential, the project faces substantial challenges, including social impacts such as the displacement of local communities and threats to the mangrove ecosystem. Through a qualitative approach, the research finds that the implementation of PIK 2 often neglects community participation and environmental impacts. Recommendations include the need for an inclusive approach in policy formulation and ongoing evaluation to ensure sustainable benefits for all stakeholders.

Abstract

Tingkat kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor di UPTD PPD Kelapa Dua masih rendah meskipun Pemerintah Provinsi Banten telah melaksanakan program pemutihan pajak melalui Pergub No. 170 Tahun 2025. Program ini memang meningkatkan antusiasme masyarakat, tetapi efektivitasnya belum optimal akibat prosedur pelayanan yang rumit, penyebaran informasi yang tidak merata, dan keterbatasan tenaga kerja di bagian cek fisik kendaraan. Peneliti menggunakan metode penilaian kuantitatif, Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh Wajib Pajak UPTD PPD Kelapa Dua sebanyak 401 pemilik kendaraan, cara pengambilan sampel secara proportionate stratified random sampling yang terdiri Sepeda Motor R2 sebanyak 29 wajib pajak dan Mobil 111 wajib pajak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis Data menggunakan statistic deskriptif dan statistic inferensial (outer model dan inner model). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai t-statistik 2,745 dan p-value sebesar 0,006 (<0,05), dengan demikian H1 diterima, yaitu pemutihan pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Nilai t-statistik 2,856 dan p-value sebesar 0,004 (<0,05), dengan demikian H2 diterima yaitu sosialisasi pajak memoderasi pengaruh pemutihan pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak di UPTD PPD Kelapa Dua Bapenda Provinsi Banten. Bapenda disarankan untuk meningkatkan kualitas program melalui media digital, menyediakan pendampingan bagi wajib pajak, menyederhanakan materi dengan contoh praktis, serta memperluas jangkauan informasi. Selain itu, Bapenda perlu memperkuat transparansi dan akurasi lewat sistem digital terintegrasi dan penyuluhan rutin agar kepercayaan publik dan kepatuhan wajib pajak meningkat.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of inclusive leadership on employee well-being and task performance, with psychological safety as a mediating variable, in the context of hybrid work among public-sector employees. Methodology: This study employed a quantitative explanatory research design using a survey method. Data were collected from 235 civil servants working in eight districts/cities in Banten Province, Indonesia. A structured questionnaire with a Likert scale was used as the measurement instrument. Data analysis was conducted using partial least squares–structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4 software. Results: Inclusive leadership had a positive and significant effect on psychological safety, employee well-being, and task performance. Psychological safety significantly affects employee well-being and task performance and partially mediates the relationship between inclusive leadership and both outcome variables. Conclusions: This study is limited by its cross-sectional design, reliance on self-reported data, and focus on public sector employees within a single province.
