Abstract

Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Penelitian Pre-Eksperimen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran matematika melalui penerapan Pembelajaran model STAD dengan Pendekatan Matematika Realistik. Desain penelitian ini digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah one-group pretest-postest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Mandalle tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 dan selanjutnya dipilih satu kelas sebagai sampel penelitian yang diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan pembelajaran model STAD dengan Pendekatan Matematika Realistik dengan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi, angket, dan tes hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan 90% siswa mencapai ketuntasan individu, nilai rata-rata gain ternormalisasi siswa sebesar 0,76 yang berada pada kategori tinggi, Rata-rata persentase aktivitas siswa sebesar 94,70% siswa aktif, persentase respon positif siswa sebesar 92,38%, rata- rata posttest sebesar 80,67 yang berada pada kategori tinggi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan pendekatan matematika realistik pada pokok bahasa teorema phytagoras efektif diterapkan pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Mandalle. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di sekolah dasar Kota Makassar dengan menggunakan pendekatan kajian literatur berdasarkan teori evaluasi implementasi William Dunn (2003). Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, yang diperkenalkan sebagai upaya reformasi pendidikan, dirancang untuk memberikan fleksibilitas dan responsivitas dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun, keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum ini sangat bergantung pada berbagai faktor kontekstual, proses, dan hasil yang dicapai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur, yang melibatkan pengumpulan dan analisis data dari berbagai sumber primer dan sekunder, termasuk dokumen kebijakan, buku, artikel jurnal, dan laporan penelitian terbaru. Kajian ini mengevaluasi konteks lokal, proses implementasi, hasil yang dicapai, keterlibatan stakeholder, dan dukungan kebijakan dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di Kota Makassar.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor kontekstual seperti perbedaan kondisi geografis dan sosial-ekonomi mempengaruhi implementasi kurikulum. Selain itu, proses implementasi menghadapi tantangan terkait dengan pelatihan guru dan dukungan administratif. Evaluasi hasil menunjukkan adanya variasi dalam pencapaian hasil belajar siswa, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai aspek, termasuk keterlibatan orang tua dan dukungan kebijakan pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa keterlibatan stakeholder dan dukungan kebijakan merupakan kunci keberhasilan implementasi kurikulum.Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di Kota Makassar mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor kontekstual secara lebih mendalam, meningkatkan pelatihan dan dukungan bagi guru, serta memperkuat keterlibatan stakeholder dan dukungan kebijakan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting untuk perbaikan dan pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih efektif di masa depan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan sistem zonasi dalam penerimaan peserta didik baru (PPDB) pada tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Kota Makassar. Kebijakan zonasi, yang diadopsi melalui Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 14 Tahun 2018, bertujuan untuk menciptakan pemerataan kualitas pendidikan dan mengurangi kesenjangan sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur yang melibatkan analisis mendalam dari berbagai sumber akademis, laporan pemerintah, dan studi empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan zonasi memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi pendidikan dan keterlibatan orang tua, serta mengurangi migrasi siswa antar daerah. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan seperti resistensi orang tua terhadap sekolah non-favorit, ketidakmerataan fasilitas dan tenaga pengajar, serta kesiapan infrastruktur. Implementasi kebijakan ini memerlukan komunikasi yang efektif, alokasi sumber daya yang adil, komitmen kuat dari pelaksana kebijakan, dan struktur birokrasi yang adaptif. Kesimpulannya, meskipun kebijakan zonasi memiliki potensi besar untuk mencapai pemerataan kualitas pendidikan, keberhasilan implementasinya bergantung pada kolaborasi yang baik antara pemerintah, sekolah, dan masyarakat serta dukungan berkelanjutan dan penyesuaian kebijakan berdasarkan hasil evaluasi lapangan.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor penentu yang paling berperan dalam memberikan pengetahuan dasar serta membentuk kepribadian anak adalah keluarga, bukan lembaga pendidikan formal seperti sekolah dasar. Namun dalam penerapannya, sistem pendidikan keluarga ini belum berjalan sebagaimana mestinya di Indonesia. Pembinaan literasi keluarga sebagai sebuah upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kelurahan Kasturian Kota Ternate. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan sumbangsih ilmu pengetahuan dalam upaya pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Keluarga adalah tempat pertama dan utama yang berperan penting dalam membekali anak-anak dengan budaya dan kecakapan literasi yang kemudian akan membentuk kepribadian dan karakter yang tangguh, sehingga menjadi pelanjut generasi yang tangguh dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman saat ini dan tantangan di masa depan. Hasil analisis situasi terkait aktualisasi program literasi keluarga di Kelurahan Kasturian Kota Ternate menunjukkan bahwa: yaitu 1) masyarakat belum secara sadar melakukan identifikasi dan menyediakan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung literasi keluarga; 2) masih banyak orang tua siswa yang belum memahami aktivitas literasi yang perlu dilakukan di rumah; 3) Masih banyak keluarga yang tidak mengalokasikan anggaran literasi secara berkala; 4) sebagian besar keluarga tidak terlibat dalam kegiatan literasi di sekolah dan di masyarakat; dan 5) banyak keluarga yang tidak memahami bagaimana melibatkan anak dalam kegiatan yang dapat mengembangkan beragam literasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di SMP Kota Makassar menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) yang dikembangkan oleh Stufflebeam. Model ini memberikan pendekatan holistik untuk menilai empat aspek penting dalam implementasi kurikulum, yaitu konteks, input, proses, dan produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberagaman sosial, budaya, dan ekonomi di Kota Makassar mempengaruhi efektivitas kurikulum, sehingga memerlukan pendekatan yang fleksibel dan relevan dengan kebutuhan lokal. Kesiapan guru dan fasilitas pendidikan, termasuk penggunaan teknologi, menjadi faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan implementasi kurikulum. Proses pembelajaran yang berbasis pada kebutuhan dan minat siswa serta penerapan metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Namun, evaluasi terhadap hasil belajar menunjukkan perlunya penilaian yang lebih holistik dan autentik, termasuk penilaian terhadap keterampilan non-kognitif siswa. Penelitian ini menyarankan pentingnya pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru dan penguatan pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan untuk mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

The provision of mycorrhizal fungi makes phosphorus available in the soil because mycorrhizae play a role in dissolving phosphorus bound to the soil. Soybeans need phosphorus, a significant limiting factor for plant growth and production. The study aims to determine the optimal dose of vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizal (VAM) inoculation and SP36 fertilizer on Tanggamus soybean varieties. The study was arranged using a Split Plot Design (RPT), with the main plot, namely the MVA dose consisting of 4 levels, namely: without mycorrhiza (m0), mycorrhiza 5 g.plant-1 (m1), 10 g.plant-1 (m2), 15 g.plant-1 (m3); and the subplot is SP36 fertilizer consisting of 4 levels, namely: Without SP36 (f0), SP36 7.7 g.plant-1 (p1), 11.5 g.plant-1 (p2), 15.4 g.plant-1 (p3). There were 16 treatment combinations consisting of 3 replications and 48 experimental units. The variables observed were plant height, root fresh weight, shoot fresh weight, flowering days, number of seeds per plant, and seed weight per plant. The results showed that the treatment of vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhiza 15 g.tan-1 with SP36 fertilizer 7.7 g.tan-1 increased growth, especially at a plant height of 50.68 cm (4.84%) and increased soybean plant yields, as shown by seed weight of 52.33 g.tan-1 (60.18%) compared to the treatment of SP36 fertilizer without mycorrhizas (15.4 g.tan-1).

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of Civil Servant Discipline Policy at the Regional Civil Service Agency (Badan Kepegawaian Daerah) of South Sulawesi Province and identify the factors influencing its implementation. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data validity was ensured using source triangulation, while data analysis was conducted through data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The findings reveal that the implementation of the Civil Servant Discipline Policy in the Regional Civil Service Agency of South Sulawesi Province has been effective in several aspects. (1) Standards and Policy Targets have been well applied, as indicated by employees' understanding of Government Regulation No. 94 of 2021 and the alignment of policy targets with field conditions. (2) Resources, including employee qualifications and infrastructure, support the effective implementation of the discipline policy, with tools such as digital attendance systems being utilized. (3) Organizational Characteristics of the implementing agency facilitate policy enforcement through structured internal coordination and supervision. (4) Inter-organizational Communication runs smoothly, although occasional challenges in inter-agency coordination exist. (5) Policy Implementers' Attitudes reflect high dedication, supported by a culture of discipline and transparency. (6) The Social, Economic, and Political Environment generally supports the policy’s execution, though political dynamics sometimes affect consistency.Supporting factors include strong leadership, a disciplined work culture, and the availability of necessary facilities and infrastructure. However, obstacles such as employees’ lack of awareness of existing regulations, inconsistent enforcement of sanctions, and differing interpretations of policies impede efficient information flow and policy implementation. Overall, the implementation of the Civil Servant Discipline Policy at the Regional Civil Service Agency of South Sulawesi Province has been effective, but several challenges require improvement to enhance its sustainability and impact.

Abstract

In addition to analyzing the supporting and impeding elements, the purpose of this study is to determine how successfully Village Fund utilization improves community welfare in Lalabata Village, Barru Regency. The study used a case study methodology in conjunction with a qualitative approach. Observation, interviews, and documentation were used to gather data, which were then analyzed using the steps of data condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that Lalabata Village's usage of village funds is thought to be fairly successful. This effectiveness is reflected in the implementation of priority programs, including the construction of farm roads, drainage systems, bridges, wells, market and tourism development, stunting prevention, and social assistance. These programs were designed and implemented participatively through village deliberations, ensuring that community needs were well accommodated. The village government also applied principles of transparency and accountability. Reporting was carried out through public billboards and village forums, while involving the community in planning, implementation, and monitoring processes. Capacity building for village officials and the provision of supporting facilities further strengthened program sustainability. However, several obstacles remain, including delays in fund disbursement, inadequate infrastructure, extreme weather conditions, and unresolved land grant processes. These challenges affected the smooth execution of some development activities. On the other hand, the efficient administration of village funds was made possible by auxiliary elements such as government policy, information system use, and village official training. Although technical and administrative improvements are still required, Lalabata Village's Village Funds management is generally seen as being fairly effective in enhancing community welfare.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has an impact on changes in human behavior in carrying out all activities. Activities that were originally carried out manually have transitioned into electronic, digital, and virtual forms. Along with the times, changes will always lead to something new, or commonly called innovation. The present study constitutes a qualitative study that aims to describe the innovation of the Stunting Awareness Group in efforts to reduce stunting rates in Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency. Data collection in this study was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants involved were the Head of the Social Services Department, the Head of the Health Service, the Family Hope Program (PKH) Facilitator, the Stunting Awareness Group (Mpok Darti), and mothers who have toddlers. The results showed that the advantage of this innovation is the one-day, one-egg program; several agencies in Barru Regency that are competent according to their respective competencies collaborate to reduce the stunting rate in Barru Regency. Compatibility in the Stunting Awareness Group innovation to reduce stunting rates in Barru Regency is in accordance with the fulfillment of children's nutritional needs, namely eggs that contain protein. Complexity in the innovation of the Stunting Awareness Group to reduce stunting in Barru District is the lack of awareness and attention of parents about child nutrition, lack of environmental cleanliness and housing that can make the living environment less comfortable, poor availability of clean water and sanitation, and other things. The innovation of the Stunting Awareness Group to reduce stunting rates in Barru Regency is considered triable due to the collaboration with stakeholders involved in addressing stunting. The innovation of the Stunting Awareness Group in Barru District can be observed because there is monitoring from local governments such as the Head of Sub-District, Head of Village, Family Hope Program (PKH) assistants, and the Stunting Awareness Group (Mpok Darti). The intended evaluation, such as checking body weight, height, head circumference, and abdominal circumference in toddlers every month, and the results will be compared with before the implementation of this program innovation.

Abstract

Samaelo Village is one of the villages in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. Which has quite extensive rice farming land. The abundant rice farming results have their own impacts in the form of accumulation of rice straw waste. Rice straw waste is usually burned when it is dry or left to rot. The way rice straw waste is managed has caused air and water pollution due to smoke from burning or the smell of rotting rice straw. Therefore, to minimize pollution caused by rice straw waste, this activity aims to provide training in processing rice straw waste using fermentation techniques into animal feed to farmer and livestock groups in Samaelo Village. The method of implementing the activities includes observation, socialization, demonstration, and evaluation. Based on the results of the implementation of the activities, it is known that (1) the Samaelo village livestock group began to understand the benefits of using fermented straw as animal feed. (2) the livestock group began to be interested in making and trying to provide the results of fermented straw processing to livestock.
