Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning styles and learning activities on Indonesian language learning outcomes and the achievement of learning mastery in the Indonesian language after the Course Review Horay model is implemented. The research was conducted on grade VI students at SD Negeri 02 Wanarejan. The research approach used was qualitative, with a survey research design. Data were collected through questionnaires, documentation, and tests. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis, the paired sample t-test, and the independent sample t-test. The study's results indicate that learning styles affect Indonesian language learning outcomes by 24.1%, while learning activities affect 22.3%. Additionally, the combined effect of learning styles and learning activities on Indonesian language learning outcomes among grade VI students at SD Negeri 02 Wanarejan is 46.8%. The conclusion of this study indicates that learning styles and learning activities affect Indonesian language learning outcomes among grade VI students at SD Negeri 02 Wanarejan. Based on the pre-test and post-test evaluation, all students achieved learning mastery in the Indonesian language after the CRH model was implemented with the support of Question Card media.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of character education through children's story e-books for students at SD Negeri 02 Tanjungsari, Pemalang Regency. The research subfocus includes planning, implementing, and evaluating the character education program. A qualitative approach with a descriptive research design was used. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The research results indicate that in the planning stage, the school has formulated a vision and mission incorporating character education values, developed an integrative curriculum, and allocated a budget and facilities for children's story e-books as digital literacy media. Character education is integrated into learning and extracurricular activities in the implementation stage. In the classroom, teachers use various teaching methods that reflect character development, while outside the classroom, character education is carried out through extracurricular activities, habituation programs, the School Literacy Movement (GLS), The School Literacy Movement (GLS) plays a significant role in this process by encouraging reading and other literacy practices that promote critical thinking, ethical decision-making, and cultural awareness. The Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile (P5) project and active collaboration between the school and parents. The conclusion of this study shows that implementing character education through children's story e-books can enhance character development and lead to more positive behavioral changes. The recommendations include more diverse e-book content development and intensive training for teachers to utilize digital media effectively. A suggestion for future research is the development of technology-based evaluation methods to objectively measure students' character changes.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop hypnoteaching-based learning media to enhance fifth-grade students' learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS – a subject that integrates natural and social science content in the Indonesian elementary curriculum) using the ADDIE model. Conducted in a public elementary school in Central Java, the study employed expert validation, observation, student response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired-sample t-tests. Results showed excellent validity (average expert rating = 4.7) and a significant improvement in scores from the pre-test (60.00) to the post-test (70.26), with an N-Gain of 0.26, categorised as low based on Hake's criteria. The media received a positive response from students (average satisfaction score = 4.2). Despite the low N-Gain, the hypnoteaching-based media proved to be a practical and engaging tool. Future integration with broader educational technologies is recommended.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the problem based learning model in learning to write response texts for class IX of SMP Negeri 6 Semarang. The method used is qualitative description, using data sources in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. Qualitative research was chosen because it was able to carry out an intensive approach between resource persons and researchers in the field directly. The results of this study are that the factors of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in response texts are contextual learning, implementation of the Merdeka curriculum, implementation of the Cultural Responsibility Teacher (CRT). The steps in learning response texts in the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model are making Student Worksheets (LKPD), implementing work groups, presenting group work results. Meanwhile, the benefits of learning response texts with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model are that students in class IX of SMP Negeri 6 Semarang are able to think critically and students in class IX of SMP Negeri 6 Semarang are able to apply creativity values ​​in working on response texts based on the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of Canva learning media in class 10 negotiation text learning materials at SMK Negeri 2 Semarang. Negotiation text is an important material in Indonesian that requires communication skills and creativity. However, conventional learning often makes students feel less motivated and find it difficult to understand the concept of negotiation texts. Therefore, this research explores the use of Canva media as an interesting and creative learning tool. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Participants in this research were Indonesian language teachers and class X students at SMK Negeri 2 Semarang. The data obtained was analyzed descriptively to determine the impact of using Canva media on students' learning motivation, creativity and understanding of the concept of negotiation texts. The research results show that the implementation of Canva media in learning negotiated texts has a positive impact on students' learning motivation and creativity. Apart from that, using Canva media also helps students understand the concept of negotiation text.

Abstract

This research aims to improve speaking skills using crtoon image based learning media for first grade students at SDN Pagonan. The type of research conducted is classroom action research. The subject of this study were seven first grade students at SDN Pagonan. This research was conducted in two cycles, each consisting of two sessions. Data collection techniques included observation, while data analysis used quantitative descriptive methods. The results of this studyvindicate that students speaking skills improved through the use of cartoon image media. This was evident fro the increase in the average achievement, which rose from a pre-action level of 62.85% to 71% in the first cycle, and further increased to 77% in the second cycle.

Abstract

Academic supervision plays an important role in improving school learning quality. However, its implementation remains suboptimal, particularly regarding the instruments used and their alignment with differentiated instruction in the Merdeka Curriculum. This study aims to develop academic supervision instruments based on differentiated instruction, based on the Merdeka Curriculum. The products include a teaching module review instrument, a classroom observation tool, and a simple digital tool to support their use. The research employed a research and development (R&D) approach with the Borg and Gall model, covering six stages: problem identification, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, and product testing. The subjects were 10 principals and three expert validators in Dabin II, Subah in Batang Regency. Data were collected using validation questionnaires and user response surveys. Validation results showed all items were rated Good to Excellent with an average score of 0.90, while principal responses indicated very high practicality with an average score of 94.05%. These findings confirm that the developed instruments are valid, practical, and effective in supporting the implementation of differentiated instruction within the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum di SD Negeri Krajan 04 Kecamatan Gatak Kabupaten Sukoharjo dengan program-program literasi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dekriptif kualitatif dengan observasi. Dari data observasi Rapor Mutu Pendidikan tahun 2023 SD Negeri Krajan 04 Kecamatan Gatak Kabupaten Sukoharjo diperoleh hasil bahwa capaian indikator kemampuan literasi berada pada peringkat sedang yaitu 66,67 % siswa sudah mencapai kompetensi minimum. Definisi capaian tersebut adalah 40% - 70% peserta didik telah mencapai kompetensi minimum untuk literasi membaca namun perlu upaya mendorong lebih banyak peserta didik dalam mencapai kompetensi minimum. Kendala dari permasalahan tersebut adalah kurangnya minat baca siswa. Upaya upaya untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah membuat pojok baca, Program GEMARI (Gerakan Membaca Setiap hari), Lomba Literasi, Simulasi ANBK, Program Duta Literasi, dan Library Tour. Hasilnya sebanyak 75% siswa sudah mencapai kompetensi minimum. Sehingga pada tahun 2024 indikator kemampuan literasi siswa sudah mendapat capaian baik.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan smartphone terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini. Dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi, penggunaan smartphone menjadi hal yang umum di kalangan orang tua dan anak-anak. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak positif dan negatif penggunaan smartphone terhadap aspek perkembangan bahasa, termasuk keterampilan berbicara, mendengarkan, dan berkomunikasi sosial pada anak-anak usia 3 hingga 6 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen dan pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan orang tua, serta tes perkembangan bahasa anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan smartphone yang berlebihan dapat menghambat perkembangan bahasa anak, terutama dalam aspek interaksi sosial dan keterampilan berbicara, namun penggunaan yang terbatas dengan konten edukatif dapat memberikan manfaat bagi peningkatan kosa kata dan kemampuan mendengarkan anak. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya pengawasan orang tua dalam pemilihan konten dan lamanya waktu penggunaan smartphone. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar orang tua lebih selektif dalam memfasilitasi penggunaan smartphone pada anak-anak, dengan memperhatikan keseimbangan antara kegiatan digital dan interaksi sosial langsung untuk mendukung perkembangan bahasa yang optimal dan maksimal.
