Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beberapa bentuk inovatif guru Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) dalam menggunakan media sosial untuk membantu siswa belajar dengan pemanfaatan teknologi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menjelaskan problematika yang dihadapi guru IPS setelah menggunakan media sosial dalam proses pembelajaran mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kepustakaan (library research), melalui basis data online seperti “Google Scholar,” “Publish or Perish,” dan “ScienceDirect.” Kemudian, penelitian ini hanya membatasi pada tiga jenis aplikasi TikTok memperoleh 5 jurnal, Youtube memperoleh 9 jurnal, dan WhatsApp memperoleh 8 jurnal. Dimana, (1) TikTok dapat digunakan untuk menyajikan pembelajaran IPS dengan singkat dan menarik melalui video pendek, meningkatkan daya tarik visual untuk materi yang sangat kompleks. (2) YouTube menyediakan berbagai jenis konten pendidikan IPS, seperti video pembelajaran dan tutorial, yang memungkinkan siswa belajar secara mandiri dan lebih mendalam. (3) WhatsApp juga memiliki fitur grup dan berbagai file, yang memungkinkan siswa berdiskusi dan bekerja sama, memungkinkan guru memberikan bimbingan secara pribadi kepada siswa mereka

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan dampak penerapan antara keunggulan, manfaat, serta persipsi negatif atas Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah dan madrasah. Penelitian ini adalah kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh dari tiga sumber “Google Scholar”, “ScienceDirect”, dan “DOAJ”. Adapun temuan dalam diskusi ini. Pertama, Kurikulum merdeka memiliki banyak keuntungan bagi guru, sekolah, dan madrasah. Ini termasuk peningkatan kreativitas guru dalam mengajar, fleksibilitas pembelajaran yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan individu, dan otonomi sekolah dan madrasah untuk merancang kurikulum yang sesuai dengan potensi siswa dan keadaan lokal. Kedua, manfaat Kurikulum Merdeka yaitu, meningkatkan kreativitas dan kemandirian siswa, memberi guru kebebasan untuk memilih pendekatan pengajaran, memberikan fleksibilitas bagi sekolah dalam merancang kurikulum, dan mengintegrasikan pembelajaran kontekstual yang relevan dengan lingkungan sosial dan kehidupan nyata siswa. Ketiga, dampak negatif kurikulum merdeka meliputi, ketidakjelasan dalam pemahaman materi; ketersediaan sumber daya yang tidak merata; pembagian waktu yang tidak seimbang; adanya tekanan untuk memilih bidang studi; berpengaruh pada lingkungan sosial. Untuk mengatasi efek tersebut, maka diperlukan pelatihan guru yang lebih merata, bimbingan yang lebih intensif bagi siswa dalam memilih mata pelajaran, penyediaan sumber daya pendidikan yang setara di semua sekolah dan madrasah, serta penyeimbangan alokasi waktu belajar untuk mencegah ketimpangan dalam prestasi akademik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui jenis seni wayang; mendeskripsikan manfaat nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang terdapat dalam kesenian wayang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan “systematic literature review” (SLR). Perolehan data melalui tinjauan, seperti “buku, artikel jurnal, prosiding, dan penelitian akhir mahasiswa (skripsi & disertasi), dengan menggunakan “Google Scholar”, “ScienceDirect”, dan “Publish or Perish” (PoP). Temuan dalam penelitian ini, Pertama, jenis wayang yang telah dimainkan oleh dalang meliputi: “wayang Beber, wayang Orang, wayang Purwa, wayang Menak, wayang Syadat, wayang Purwa, wayang Sukuraga, wayang Gung, dan wayang Tavip.” Kemudian, manfaat nilai pendidikan Islam meliputi: “Memberikan penguatan identitas nilai-nilai keislaman; Memberikan integrasi budaya dan agama; Memberikan penguatan pendidikan karakter; Memberikan sebagai media dakwah yang efektif; dan Memberikan pembelajaran interaktif dan reflektif. Dengan demikian, kesenian wayang dan pendidikan Islam memiliki relasi untuk memadukan nilai-nilai religius dan budaya lokal. Wayang tidak hanya sebagai hiburan, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai alat untuk memberikan pelajaran moral, karakter, religius, spiritual kepada siswa yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam, dan kearifan budaya lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the benefits and negative impacts of using social media (TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp) as an innovation in Social Science learning in schools and madrasas. This research used a systematic literature review (SLR) type, with a qualitative approach. Research period focused on years (2020-2024). Database was obtained from “Google Scholar” and “ScienceDirect”. Then, we conducted a bibliometric analysis to understand the bibliographic landscape with “VOSviever”. To obtain the credibility of the data as the main finding of 35 article documents, we used the “Publish or Perish”. The findings include: First, the use of social media in learning can create effective learning situations, provide quick access, allow for discussions between teachers and students online. With teacher guidance, social media can enrich the learning experience and increase student engagement in learning. Second, that the use of social media in learning might have negative effects such as internet connection disruptions that affect learning, indications of addiction to negative content, disruption of student’s concentration, reduced direct interaction, and problems such as privacy and security. The integration of digital platforms in learning can increase student motivation, expand access to information, and encourage collaboration. However, there is a need for teacher training on digital literacy to ensure wise use, and reduce the risk of spreading irrelevant information. This research encourages the curriculum development that accommodates the planned use of social media, so that students not only become consumers of information, but also creators of critical and creative content.

Abstract

Social studies teachers need to use the correct method approach. Learning activities also do not utilize technology, so students need help learning. Based on this, this study aims to develop social studies learning through Google sites and bright boxes as learning media. This study uses the research and development (R&D) type, using the ADDIE development model. The study subjects were material experts, learning design experts, and learning media experts. The subjects of the trial study were 33 students of SMP Negeri 12 Malang. The methods used to collect data were interviews, questionnaires, observations, tests, and documentation. The instruments used to collect data were questionnaire sheets and test questions. The techniques used to analyze the data were qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The study's results showed that, First, the design of social studies learning development products through supporting applications such as (Canva, Capcut, Wordwall, and Google Sites). The assessment of the material expert validator was 83.0%. The evaluation of the learning design expert validator was 83.0%. The assessment of the learning media expert validator was 83.3%. Third, the practicality of the design of the IPS learning product after being implemented in students obtained the highest value of 62.0%, with the category of Very Appropriate. The teacher's response received a percentage of 4.7%, Very Practical. It was concluded that developing IPS learning through Google Sites and Smart Boxes was proven very effective and running optimally. This research implies that social studies learning through google sites and smart boxes can be used to help students learn.

Abstract

Mengingat pentingnya model pembelajaran, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis beberapa model pembelajaran yang kerap digunakan dalam penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar KMB di sekolah dan madrasah. Artikel ini memberikan rekomendasi pada satuan pendidikan (SD/MI, SMP/MTs, SMA/MA, sederajat). Penelitian ini adalah jenis kepustakaan (library research), dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari tiga sumber “Google Scholar”, “ScienceDirect”, dan “DOAJ”. Diskusi dalam artikel ini membahas tren model pembelajaran dalam penerapan KMB, yang mencakup lima model pembelajaran utama, yaitu: (1) model “inquiry learning” menekankan proses eksplorasi dan investigasi mandiri oleh siswa, memungkinkan mereka mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah. (2) model “problem-based learning” (PBL) menantang siswa untuk menyelesaikan masalah nyata, memfasilitasi pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman. (3) model “project-based learning” (PjBL) melibatkan siswa dalam proyek jangka panjang yang menghubungkan teori dan praktik, meningkatkan keterampilan kolaboratif dan kreatif. (4) model “blended learning” menggabungkan pembelajaran tatap muka dan daring, memberikan fleksibilitas dalam proses belajar-mengajar serta memudahkan akses terhadap materi pembelajaran. (5) model “flipped classroom” membalik pendekatan pembelajaran tradisional dengan mengharuskan siswa mempelajari materi di rumah dan melakukan kegiatan praktik serta diskusi di kelas. Dengan demikia, kelima model pembelajaran ini berperan penting dalam mendukung prinsip-prinsip KMB, seperti penguatan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa, peningkatan kreativitas, serta kemandirian belajar. Sehingga model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru terbukti memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan global dan mengembangkan keterampilan abad ke-21.

Abstract

This research is to identify and analyze how education policies in Indonesia can be further improved after the Covid-19 pandemic in schools and madrasas. This article focuses on data (Kemendikbudristek), with a focus on the post-pandemic learning recovery agenda. This research is library research, with a qualitative approach. Data was obtained from three sources “Google Scholar”, “ScienceDirect”, and “DOAJ”. The discussion in this article highlights that learning applications must be compatible with 21st century skills. Then it is important to build commitment to mastering basic literacy and numeracy skills. The Ministry of Education and Culture's (Kemendikbudristek) agenda in responding to the recovery of learning after the pandemic is: First, presenting the National Assessment (AN) as a substitute for the National Examination (UN) which focuses on the development and improvement of learning outcomes as well as the school and madrasah environment. Second, the development of digital technology in learning activities. Where, technology certainly cannot replace the role of teachers as the spearhead of education. Third, it is important to renew the world's commitment to education in the education transformation conference. “Transforming Education Summit” (TES). Fourth, reorganize education and accelerate educational progress and the 2030 SDGs agenda. Apart from that, Nadiem’s statement explained that mutual cooperation is the basis for the transformation of Indonesian education, especially in post-pandemic learning recovery, because this form of mutual cooperation is the key to transformation to create higher quality education, that will bring a better and more sustainable future.

Abstract

This research aims to (1) Understand the contextual-based mathematics learning process and current Islamic values. (2) Produce a contextually based Mathematics E-Module product design and Islamic values ​​in Class VIII SPLDV material carried out by the Batanghari Islamic Qurani Middle School. The type of research used is research and development (Research and Development) using the ADDIE model, which consists of 5 stages. The research subjects were 13 students in class VIII of SMP Islam Qurani Batanghari. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data obtained is the validity and practicality of the product. The results of this research identified that there is no innovation in the learning process in learning methods that only use general methods, namely lecture, discussion, demonstration, and memorization. Our teaching materials also include student worksheets (LKS) and teacher handbooks. Then, this study produced a product in the form of a contextually based Mathematics E-Module and Islamic values ​​, which received the predicate of validity with an average score of 91%, and practicality based on student response questionnaires with an average score of 87% with very practical criteria. Based on this study, it can be concluded that the Mathematics E-Module based on contextual and Islamic values ​​in SPLDV Class VIII material at Islamic Middle School Qurani Batanghari is suitable for use as teaching material in junior high schools.

Abstract

Considering that moral education is currently always a topic of discussion in every educational activity both in schools and madrasas, a comprehensive strategy is urgently needed that can help teenagers improve their morals to understand cultural diversity and contribute positively. This research aims to identify and describe strengthening moral education for teenagers in the current era of globalization. The method used is library research using a qualitative approach. The results of this research show that improving moral education in adolescents includes: Providing good attitudes, Providing understanding through real examples, Providing moral education programs, Providing family involvement in building cooperation with the school, Providing assertiveness in socializing, Providing space for open communication. Provide multicultural education, Provide space for self-evaluation. Through all these methods, you can certainly develop the morals of teenagers so that they are not affected by increasingly rapid technological developments.
