Abstract

This study explores the growth potential of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)-based mutual funds in Indonesia, while highlighting their implications for retail investors. Building on the findings of Sweta and Yadav (2025) in India, the research applies the PESTEL and SWOT frameworks to capture the local dynamics. The analysis reveals a regulatory paradox: on the one hand, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) promotes sustainable finance through its roadmap and taxonomy; on the other hand, government deregulatory measures such as the Omnibus Law tend to weaken environmental protection. This condition creates an investment landscape that is simultaneously full of opportunities and uncertainties. Key opportunities arise from Indonesia’s young and digitally literate demographics, cultural and religious values aligned with ESG principles, and the rapid growth of the fintech ecosystem. Fintech serves not only as a distribution channel but also as an educational tool, helping to overcome classical barriers such as low financial literacy and perceptions of product complexity. Nevertheless, significant threats remain, including economic volatility that suppresses retail investors’ purchasing power, the risk of greenwashing due to the absence of standardized disclosure, and policy inconsistencies that may undermine the credibility of the ESG market. This article recommends concrete measures to strengthen Indonesia’s sustainable investment ecosystem, including disclosure standardization, digital-based literacy campaigns, and the innovation of hybrid Shariah–ESG products. The synergy among regulators, asset managers, and fintech platforms is essential for building an ESG mutual fund market that is transparent, resilient, and trusted by investors. With these strategies, Indonesia has the potential to become one of the leading hubs of sustainable finance in Southeast Asia.** Purpose: To analyze the strategies and prospects of the emergence of ESG mutual funds in Indonesia, with a focus on retail investors. Methodology: This study employs a qualitative approach through literature analysis, regulatory review, and the application of PESTEL and SWOT frameworks. Findings: The analysis identifies a paradox between OJK’s regulatory support and the government’s deregulatory environmental policies. Opportunities arise from young digital-savvy demographics, fintech as a distribution and education channel, and synergies with Islamic finance. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah lanskap pemasaran dan menuntut perusahaan otomotif untuk beradaptasi agar dapat mempertahankan kepuasan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi digital marketing dan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) terhadap peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan JD Toyota. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei kausal, melibatkan 83 responden pelanggan yang dianalisis melalui SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden adalah laki-laki (56,6%) dengan dominasi usia 21–30 tahun (59%). Seluruh indikator digital marketing, CRM, dan kepuasan pelanggan memiliki loading factor di atas 0,7 serta composite reliability di atas 0,9 yang menegaskan validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen. Nilai R-square kepuasan pelanggan tercatat 0,768 yang berarti variabel digital marketing dan CRM menjelaskan 76,8% variasi kepuasan pelanggan. Uji path coefficient mengonfirmasi bahwa digital marketing (β=0,520; p<0,05) dan CRM (β=0,484; p<0,05) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

Kinerja keuangan merupakan indikator utama keberhasilan perusahaan dalam mempertahankan daya saing, khususnya pada lembaga keuangan mikro seperti PT BPR DP Taspen Bekasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap pembentukan brand love serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja keuangan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap 70 pegawai, dan data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) berbasis SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, sementara brand love terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa faktor emosional berupa brand love lebih dominan dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas dibandingkan kepemimpinan langsung. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada strategi manajerial, di mana perusahaan perlu memfokuskan penguatan brand love melalui inovasi layanan, personalisasi interaksi, dan penciptaan pengalaman nasabah yang berkesan guna mendukung keberlanjutan kinerja keuangan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of administrative employees at the Open Junior High School (SMP) in Jakarta which was influenced by the principal's leadership style, teamwork and job satisfaction. The method in this study used a survey method in all Open Junior High Schools in Jakarta. The questionnaire distributed 123 to respondents at random. The result of this study is that leadership style has a positive effect on performance, thus, the better the leadership style carried out by the principal, the more it will improve the performance of administrative employees, teamwork has a positive effect on performance. This means that the more compact teamwork will improve the performance of Tata Usha employees, job satisfaction has a positive effect on performance. That is, the higher job satisfaction, the more it will improve the performance of administrative employees, leadership style has a positive effect on job satisfaction. that is, the better the principal's leadership style, the more job satisfaction of administrative employees will be. Teamwork has a positive effect on job satisfaction. This means that the more compact the teamwork, the more it will increase administrative job satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract:Teacher productivity is a teacher's ability to manage all aspects of their professional duties effectively and efficiently to achieve educational goals. Productive teachers not only fulfill their teaching obligations but are also able to plan lessons effectively, implement meaningful teaching and learning processes, conduct appropriate evaluations, and continuously improve their professional competence. The level of teacher productivity is influenced by various factors, including principal leadership, the work environment, motivation, and infrastructure support.Objectives: The objectives of this study were to determine the level of productivity of elementary school teachers in Cibarusah District. To determine the application of transformational leadership by principals in elementary schools in Cibarusah District. To determine the work environment conditions of elementary school teachers in Cibarusah District. To determine the effect of transformational leadership on elementary school teacher productivity in Cibarusah District. To determine the influence of the work environment on elementary school teacher productivity in Cibarusah District. To determine how transformational leadership and the work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on elementary school teacher productivity in Cibarusah District.Methodology: The approach chosen for this investigation involved qualitative research methods, given their capacity to facilitate a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the subject under examination.Research Results: The study findings indicate that the implementation of a transformational leadership approach significantly improves teacher performance. Abstract

Abstract:Objective: The purpose of this study is to analyze how individual taxpayer compliance (WPOP) in West Java Province is influenced by e-filing, e-billing, and digital literacy. The phenomenon of tax digitalization serves as the background to this research. Although this trend is projected to increase the ease, effectiveness, and accuracy of tax reporting and payment, the current level of taxpayer compliance remains below ideal standards.Methodology: This is a quantitative study using a survey method. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 80 individual taxpayer respondents in West Java Province. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25 software.Research Results: The results indicate that, partially, e-filing has no significant effect on WPOP compliance, e-billing also has no significant effect on WPOP compliance, while digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on WPOP compliance. Simultaneously, e-filing, e-billing, and digital literacy significantly influenced taxpayer compliance with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.086. This means that the independent variables in this study explained 8.6% of the variation in taxpayer compliance, while the remaining 91.4% was influenced by factors outside the research model. Based on these findings, the Directorate General of Taxes is recommended to increase taxpayer socialization, education, and digital literacy to optimize the use of the digital tax system in encouraging tax compliance.Keywords: e-filing, e-billing, Digital Literacy, Individual Taxpayer Compliance.

Abstract

Tujuan : Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana aktivitas pemasaran media sosial mempengaruhi tanggapan pelanggan terhadap merek Nike melalui ekuitas merek. Dalam era digital saat ini, penting untuk menggali lebih dalam mengenai nilai merek dan dampaknya terhadap respons pembeli, khususnya dalam konteks brand equity. Metodologi : Metode kuantitatif dengan studi analitik empiris ini, menggunakan model persamaan struktural. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) yang berbasis pada Partial Least Squares (PLS), dengan dua tahap pengujian yaitu pengujian inner model dan pengujian outer model. Hasil Penelitian : 1) Aktivitas pemasaran media sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap ekuitas merek. 2) Kegiatan pemasaran media sosial tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap respon pelanggan. 3) Ekuitas merek berpengaruh positif terhadap respon pelanggan. 4) Aktivitas pemasaran media sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap respon pelanggan melalui ekuitas merek.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat telecommuting pegawai dalam rangka memperoleh hasil kerja yang optimal, maka upaya untuk meningkatkan telecommuting pegawai terlebih dahulu perlu diketahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi telecommuting pegawai dengan variabel Disiplin dan Kepercayaan sebagai variabel bebas, pengaruh Disiplin yang dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu tertentu akan mempengaruhi Telecommuting pegawai serta pengaruh Kepercayaan merupakan salah satu alat untuk mendorong dan mengarahkan aktivitas para pegawai untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Pada desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah pendekatan Regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Disiplin secara parsial memiliki pengaruh terhadap Telecommuting, Kepercayaan secara parsial memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap telecommuting dan Disiplin (X1), dan Kepercayaan (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap Telecommuting (Y).
