Human resources play a very important role in determining the progress of a country. Even though the country has abundant natural resources, if they are not supported or supported by quality human resources, the country will not be able to progress. The type of research used was associative quantitative. This research was carried out at the Medan Religious Education and Training Center office, the research population was 31 employees and the sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique because it counted the entire population as a sample, the data collection used was distributing questionnaires, research models This is an analysis process with measuring tools using Smart PLS version 3.3.3. The results of this research are as follows: Formation has a negative and insignificant effect on the Widyaiswara Discipline of the Medan Religious Education and Training Center. Formation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Medan Religious Education and Training Center Widyaiswara. Formation has a positive and significant effect on the motivation of the Medan Religious Education and Training Center Widyaiswara.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Work Conflict and Work Stress on Organizational Commitment with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an intervening variable. The type of research used was associative quantitative research locations at the Medan Religious Education and Training Center. the results of this study are. Work Conflict has no significant negative effect on Organizational Commitment. Work conflict has a positive and significant effect on OCB. OCB has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment. Work Stress has a negative and insignificant effect on Organizational Commitment. Work Stress has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Work Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment through OCB. Work Stress has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment through OCB.

Human resource management (HRM) is a science or method of how to manage the relationships and roles of human resources efficiently and effectively and can be used optimally so as to achieve the goals of the company, employees and society to the fullest. This study aims to see the Effect of Supervision and Work Discipline on Employee Performance with Competence as an intervening variable with an associative quantitative research type. This research was conducted at the Medan Religious Education and Training Center. research by distributing questionnaires and primary data sources are also used. The research model uses path analysis and the measurement tool uses Smart PLS 3.3.3. The results of this study are as follows: Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on competence. Competence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Supervision has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Supervision has a positive and significant effect on competence. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Competence. Supervision has no significant positive effect on Employee Performance through Competence.

Human resources are an important factor in an organization or company. In order for management activities to run well, companies must have knowledgeable and highly skilled employees and efforts to manage the company as optimally as possible so that employee performance increases. The type of research used was associative quantitative. The population used was 130 employees and after being scaled down using the Slovin formula to become a sample of 98 employees. The data sources used were primary data sources and data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and surveys. The results of this study are job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Commitment can influence job satisfaction and employee performance indirectly.

Employee job satisfaction is an employee's emotional condition where there is a match between the expected level and the real value of remuneration paid by the organization. Employee satisfaction will be reflected in the employee's feelings towards the institution in the form of a positive attitude towards his work. However, if there is no job satisfaction, employees tend to take aggressive actions, resigning from the organization. The population in this study was all employees of the Transportation Agency in Subulussalam which is 103 respondents. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and literature study. The questionnaire will be tested for validity and reliability aspect. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination. Hypotheses testing using t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of compensation and motivation on job satisfaction in Transportation Agency in Subulussalam, both partially and simultaneously. The signifcance of compensation and motivation in job satisfaction is 59%, while the remaining 41% is explained by other variables that are not included in this research model.

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the use of information technology and organizational culture on employee performance with competency as an intervening variable. The type of research carried out was associative quantitative, the research was carried out at the Panca Budi Development University, Medan. The research population was 153 employees, and the research population was all sampled and the sampling technique was a census sample. The research model used is Pahat analysis and research calculation tools using Smart PLS 3.3.3. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and surveys. Based on the results of research that has been carried out and data analysis as explained in the previous chapter, the following conclusions from the research results are presented as follows: Information Technology has a positive and significant effect on Competency. Organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on competence. Information Technology has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Competency has an insignificant positive effect on employee performance. Information Technology has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance through Competency. Organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through competency.

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing management information systems on the quality of human resources with competence as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at the Office of the Regional Financial, Revenue and Asset Management Agency (BPKPAD) in Binjai City. The population of this study was 173 employees. Sampling was carried out using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 121 employees was obtained. The type of research used is associative quantitative. This research model uses path analysis, and the measurement tool uses Smart PLS version 3.3.3. The results of this study are. Competence has a positive and significant impact on HR quality. Management Information Systems have a positive and significant impact on competence. The Management Information System has a positive and significant effect on HR Quality. The Management Information System has a positive and significant effect on HR Quality through Competence.

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of work motivation on employee performance with organizational support as an intervening variable. Associative quantitative research type. The population is 98 employees, and the sample uses a saturated sample because it counts the entire population as a sample. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires and primary data is the source. The research model used is path analysis and the measuring tool is sem PLS 3.3. The results of the research show that organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Support. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Organizational Support.

This research analyzes the influence of HR Quality on Organizational Commitment with Work Motivation as an intervening variable. This type of research can be classified as casual associative quantitative research. The population used was 108 employees and the sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique because the researcher wanted to use the entire population as a sample. The data source used is a primary data source and the data collection carried out is distributing questionnaires and surveys. The research model used is Pahat analysis and the measuring instrument used is Smart PLS 3.3.3 The results of this research are as follows: for H1 Quality HR has a positive and significant effect as proven by the original sample value of 0.243 and p value 0.041 < 0.05. For H2 HR quality has a positive and significant effect on work motivation with the original sample value of 0.426 with p value 0.000 < 0.05. For H3 work motivation has a negative and significant effect towards Organizational Commitment with an original sample value of -0.479 with an ap value of 0.000 <0.05. Work Motivation is able to be a negative and significant intervening variable, which means that indirectly Work Motivation is able to influence HR Quality on Organizational Commitment but negatively as proven by the original sample results of -0.204 with ap value of 0.000.

Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Workload has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction through Compensation. Work Skills have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction through Compensation.
