Abstract

This research is a classroom action research (PTK) or commonly referred to as Classroom Action Research with the objective that the research can improve the cognitive learning outcomes of students through the application of Make a Match cooperative learning model of grade XI students. The research subjects consisted of 40 students with the implementation stage carried out two cycles (Cycle I and Cycle II), as for the data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that the application of Make a match type cooperative learning model can improve the cognitive learning performance of students of class XI.a Aliyah Madani Pao-pao Madrasah of Gowa District. The improvement was shown from the research results of cycle I to cycle II, namely the mean score of students’ cognitive learning outcome increased from 56.00 to 67.70 and the increase in the percentage of students who completed from 47.50 % to 87.50%. Based on the results of the quantitative analysis an improvement was obtained for students’ cognitive learning performance on excretory system material in cycle I and cycle II by 40% thus it can be concluded that there was an improvement in the cognitive learning performance of students of grade XI.a Aliyah Madani Madrasah Pao-pao Gowa District.

Abstract

 This dedication to the community is done as an embodiment of the implementation of Tri Dharma College Lecturer University PGRI Palembang and L2 Dictionary Palembang. The goal to be achieved by the implementation of this Community Service (CSR) is that the lecturers can apply and develop the academic skills they have, in addition after following this training the students are expected to be able to perform so that the students speak English directly. communicative and intelligent in the use of English with the title Application of Interactive Learning Media in the Introduction of Macromedia-Based English Communication Flash SMKN 4 Palembang.

Abstract

SWOT analysis has become an essential method in assessing company risks, particularly in coffee shop micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), in the current digital age. This study facilitates the identification of current strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, hence empowering MSMEs to effectively address potential risks through suitable strategies. This study employs qualitative methodologies in conjunction with the utilisation of big data to get more profound understandings of company operations and market trends that impact micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). By conducting interviews and directly observing the owners and management of UMKM Cava Brew, as well as analysing large data such as online customer reviews, consumer behaviour, and transactional data. The SWOT analysis, enhanced with big data, has led to the recommendation of adaptive tactics for Cava Brew. The ideas entail including sitting amenities and expanding the range of payment options, including the integration of digital payment systems like digital wallets and QRIS, to attract a broader customer base. These measures are anticipated to enhance customer happiness and bolster Cava Brew Kopi's competitive standing in the coffee shop MSME industry.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan fokus utama pada pembangunan motivasi siswa di tingkat sekolah menengah untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan berbagai metode interaktif dan pendekatan partisipatif untuk memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang manfaat pendidikan tinggi. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan penyelenggaraan seminar dengan siswa orang tua serta tenaga pendidik di beberapa sekolah menengah di wilayah tertentu. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mencakup distribusi materi informasi mengenai berbagai pilihan pendidikan tinggi, proses seleksi, dan sumber daya keuangan yang dapat diakses oleh siswa. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terkait manfaat pendidikan tinggi, pilihan karir yang mungkin, serta dukungan yang tersedia untuk mewujudkan perjalanan pendidikan mereka. Dalam partisipasi orang tua dan guru, kegiatan ini berhasil menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung dan memotivasi siswa untuk menjalani proses pendidikan lebih lanjut. Implikasi dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam membantu meningkatkan minat siswa untuk melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi. Oleh karena itu, keberlanjutan dari kegiatan ini dan implementasi strategi yang diperoleh dapat menjadi landasan bagi pengembangan program pembinaan motivasi di tingkat sekolah menengah lainnya.

Abstract

Storytelling or storytelling is an imaginary story that is considered not to have really happened, either by the teller or by the listener. Fairy tales are not bound by normative and factual provisions regarding actors, time and place. The perpetrators are imaginary creatures who have the wisdom or lack thereof to arrange human problems in all kinds of ways. Fairy tales are told mainly for entertainment, although many also depict truth or even morals. From the description above, the researcher concludes that storytelling or storytelling is a type of prose in old Malay literature that does not really happen in relation to the social environment. and passed down orally from one generation to the next. This community service is carried out as an embodiment of the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education for Lecturers at PGRI University in Palembang and L2 Dikti Palembang. The target to be achieved in the implementation of Community Service (PKM) is that lecturers can apply and develop their academic skills.
