Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran media relations dalam meningkatkan reputasi institusi kepolisian, dengan fokus pada publisitas melalui konferensi pers dan siaran pers. Di tengah tantangan reputasi yang dihadapi oleh kepolisian, terutama setelah peristiwa tragis di Stadion Kanjuruhan pada tahun 2022, hubungan yang baik dengan media menjadi krusial. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan studi literatur, penelitian ini memeriksa praktik media relations Polri dan dampaknya terhadap persepsi publik. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa konferensi pers memberikan platform langsung untuk menyampaikan informasi penting dan membangun citra kepemimpinan, sedangkan siaran pers memungkinkan pengendalian narasi dan respons cepat terhadap isu-isu kontroversial. Dengan memanfaatkan kedua platform ini secara efektif, kepolisian dapat memperkuat hubungan dengan media, meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat, dan membangun reputasi sebagai penegak hukum yang profesional dan peduli terhadap keamanan publik

Abstract

One of the innovations implemented by the Indonesian General Election Commission (KPU) is the Recapitulation Information System (SIREKAP), a digital application designed to support the vote counting and recapitulation process directly from polling stations. This training aims to analyze the impacts and benefits of using SIREKAP technology in elections, as well as the challenges faced in its implementation. Training results show that SIREKAP increases the speed of the recapitulation process, reduces the potential for human error, and strengthens the accountability of election results. The method of implementing community service activities is carried out in five ways, Socialization of KPU About SIREKAP Application, Demonstration Stage of SIREKAP KPU Application to KPPS Officers, Implementation Stage of SIREKAP KPU Application to KPPS Officers, Implementation of KPPS Members of TPS 04 Vote Calculation and Recapitulation Results, Evaluation of KPPS TPS 04 Vote Calculation and Recapitulation Results.

Abstract

Frontline bureaucrats, often called street-level bureaucrats, play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of public policies. They interact directly with the public in delivering public services and running government programmes. Therefore, understanding their role is crucial to realising effective, efficient and accountable policies. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by collecting data from various sources and then analysing it. Research Objectives to determine Public Service Delivery, Implementation of Government Programmes, Interaction with the Community, Policy Evaluation, Agent of Change. Abstract

In the midst of globalization and media developments, advertising not only functions as a promotional tool, but also as a means of conveying culture. This study aims to analyze the meaning of local culture in Sari Roti advertisements using Roland Barthes’ semiotic approach and cultural propaganda theory. The study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method, analyzing cultural elements such as traditional symbols, language, and social interactions in advertisements. The results of the analysis show that Sari Roti advertisements not only display local values, but also build narratives that strengthen Indonesian cultural identity. This advertisement becomes a medium that conveys ideology symbolically and fosters a sense of nationalism through local products.

Abstract

The emergence of gas through chimneys in Cilegon City, especially in the Ciwandan Area, has driven social, social and monetary transformation. The rapidly growing industry has changed the social and monetary order of an area that has been recognized as an agrarian culture into a modern culture. The existence of large organizations that utilize natural resources in Ciwandan has increased the hopes of the surrounding community for an increase in wages, through the Corporate Social Obligation (CSR) program. Therefore, the examination tries to uncover elements of CSR implementation in the PT. Chandra Asri area. This investigation is driven by interpretation techniques with emotional thinking as a context-oriented examination. Data collection is carried out through hierarchy collection, integrated discussions, and documentation studies. Meanwhile, the sources of the research include pioneers of the city corridor, city and regional government officials, pioneers in the areas around the current area, and CSR implementers of PT. Chandra Asri, The results of the examination show that CSR training has been carried out by PT for some time. Chandra Asri at least when he was still under joint administration with medical staff, especially those related to assistance in the field of government, including health, education, social and activities in the field of government. The desperation of this examination gave rise to problems that occurred at PT. Chandra Asri, will be fully responsible for things that hinder the environmental climate. Because after air pollution by these substances occurs, its occupants experience diseases such as shortness of breath, weakness, stability and disease. The purpose of this study, researchers can understand and know the response of PT. Chandra Asri, to the surrounding community affected by chemicals and gas leaks carried out by PT. Chandra Asri.

Abstract

Increasingly tight business competition requires companies to not only offer quality products, but also build customer satisfaction and strong trust in brand image. Customer satisfaction is the main indicator in assessing the success of service, while trust in the brand reflects consumer perception and belief in the consistency and integrity of the company. This study refers to the theory of brand image, customer satisfaction, and customer trust as a conceptual framework. The methodology used is a qualitative approach by applying meta-analysis studies obtained from several studies that have been conducted previously. The results of the study indicate that customer satisfaction and comfort obtained from the service have a significant effect on the positive image of the company. This study confirms that consistent improvement in service quality and management of positive brand image can increase customer satisfaction and build sustainable trust, which ultimately strengthens consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Currently, the business world is experiencing very rapid growth. causing various industrial sectors to compete with each other, including the cosmetics industry. In this era, the cosmetics industry not only focuses on beauty, but also functions as skin care. Of the various types of skin care that are currently popular, namely facial masks, they sell very quickly in the market. Among the skin care brands that exist today, skintific has emerged as a well-known skincare brand that is on the rise. Research Approach In this study, we used a descriptive qualitative research method. according to (Bungin, 2008) Qualitative research is research that aims to understand social phenomena from the perspective of participants or research subjects by prioritizing meaning, process, and contextual understanding. Qualitative methods are a set of ways to analyze and understand the meaning that is relevant to individuals or groups in the context of humanitarian or social problems. This qualitative research is exploratory, which means it is the first step in research with a broad scope. Exploratory research is very important because it can produce a strong foundation for obtaining detailed ideas related to the main problem, as well as for developing existing research. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi personal branding yang diterapkan oleh Adrie Febriansyah, seorang sales properti, melalui media sosial TikTok. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur, penelitian ini fokus pada penerapan teori personal branding dalam membangun citra profesional dan meningkatkan kredibilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elemen personal branding seperti keaslian, konsistensi, dan keunikan dapat mendukung peningkatan visibilitas serta daya tarik di industri properti digital. Adrie secara konsisten memanfaatkan fitur-fitur TikTok, seperti algoritma viralitas dan tren digital, untuk menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas sekaligus membangun hubungan emosional dengan calon konsumen. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa personal branding melalui media sosial merupakan strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan dan reputasi di industri pemasaran properti yang kompetitif.
