Abstract

In the 21st century, with the rapid development of technology and science, the world seems to be challenged to improve quality in various aspects of life, one of which is education. Education is directed at preparing students who have thinking abilities and skills, especially higher-order thinking skills (HOTS), namely critical thinking. This study aims to determine the provision of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) based questions as a form of learning evaluation in order to determine the extent of students' critical thinking abilities. This research uses quantitative research, with samples taken by random sampling. The data obtained in this study were obtained from the results of a questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. Further analyzed with the collected data then recapitulated after the data was collected from various sources, then the data were analyzed using quantitative data analysis techniques. After analyzing the effect of giving Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) based questions on the critical thinking skills of students at MAN 2 Palembang using the product moment correlation formula, it can be stated that there is a significant effect between the two variables, namely giving questions based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) and ability. critical thinking. This is indicated by ttable = 2.02 and tcount = 3.17, then tcount> ttable. Then the coefficient of determination / destermination is 33%. This shows the effect of giving Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) based questions on students' critical thinking skills at MAN 2 Palembang. While the remaining 67% of students' critical thinking skills at MAN 2 Palembang are influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Some parents in Sungsang 3 Village, Banyuasin II District, Banyuasin Regency speak harshly to their children, because of the factor of living in the sea area, parents scold their children by saying impolite, lack of motivation of parents in doing spiritual activities, the lack of Parents' religious knowledge to children, some parents give authoritarian punishment to their children who make mistakes, the lack of moral education in the family for the child. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at MTs Nurul Waton, Sungsang 3 Village, Banyuasin II District, Banyuasin Regency. The population in this study were all students of MTs Nurul Waton Sungsang 3 Village, Banyuasin II District, Banyuasin Regency, totaling 180 students, while the sample used was 64 students obtained through the proportionate stratified random simpling technique (proportional stratified random sample). The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Product Moment correlation technique. From the results of the research that has been done, the data obtained are: 1) The characteristics of the personality of the parents in Sungsang 3 Village Banyuasin Ii District, Banyuasin Regency are included in the low category with an average score of 57.75 or 58, as many as 29 people or 45%. 2) The social attitudes of MTs Nurul Waton students are in the high category with an average score of 78.9 or 79, 24 people or 37%. 3) Based on the results of the significant correlation test, the results of the comparison of r table (0.3198)> r count (-0.267) with a significant level of 10%, it is concluded that there is no significant relationship between the Personality Characteristics of Parents and the Social Attitudes of Students at MTs Nurul Waton Sungsang 3 Village, Banyuasin II District, Banyuasin Regency.

Abstract

This study investigated the application model of character education in Islamic Religious Education learning and spiritual extracurricular activities in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Palembang. Data were collected using participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results show that the implementation model of character education is a collaboration between the integration model and the supplement. Character education is collaborated through learning Islamic Religious Education and spiritual extracurricular activities. These two activities produce knowledge, attitudes, and moral actions on the part of students. The success of character education can be seen from the behavior of students who have religious behavior, honest, disciplined, responsible, caring, polite, cooperative, creative, hard-working, curious, friendly, and social care. There were some factors that supported the success of character education and they include religious programs, dormitories, and facilities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for the success of character education were the negative influence of technology, limited supervision by madrasa institutions, and weak cooperation between madrasas and parents of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh: pertama, ada yang berpandangan bahwa konflik sudah menjadi hukum alam. Oleh karena itu, tidak dapat dihilangkan karena manusia diciptakan dalam kedaan berbeda-beda kepentingan Sebaiknya konflik dikelola sehingga membawa keuntungan bagi kelompok dan oragnisasi. Kedua, Konflik yang terjadi Fakultas Dakwah Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Ketiga, peran pemimpin dalam mengelola konflik di Fakutas Dakwah Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan mengambil lokasi di Fakultas Dakwah Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, triangulasi, display data dan kesimpulan data. Sehingga data yang terkumpul dikelompokkan dengan cara memilah dan memilih data yang akan digunakan, kemudian data yang ada diperiksa kembali dengan cara membandingkan data hasil observasi, dokumentasi dan data hasil wawancara. Selanjutnya data disajikan dalam bentuk yang sesuai sehingga mudah dibaca dan dipahami. Kemudian data dianalisis dan diambil kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) konflik adalah realitas yang tidak mungkin dapat dihindari seratus persen dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu sikap yang dapat diambil bukan menghindari konflik yang ada secara terus menerus, akan tetapi harus menghadapi dan dicoba dicari jalan penyelesaiannya. Disinilah perlunya manajeman konflik, bagaimana mencari solusi yang tepat menyelesaikan konflik sebuah konflik. 2) indikasi konflik yang terjadi di Fakultas Dakwah Universitas Islam Negeri Sunana Kalijaga adalah perbedaan pendapat antara dekan dan dosen Fakultas Dakwah terkait dengan kebijakan perubahan nama Fakultas Dakwah menjadi Dakwah Dan Komunikasi. Akan tetapi kalau dicermati lebih jauh, salah satu faktor ketidakcocokan tersebut adalah kerana perbedaan kepentingan antara individu atau kelompok. 3)menghadapi konflik semacam ini, maka cara yang ditempuh adalah dengan mempersatukan dan perundingan (kompromi), dari kedua metode yang ditempuh ternyata tidak mampu menyelesaikan konflik. Oleh karena itu cara yang ditempuh dalam penyelesaian konflik ini adalah dengan cara naik banding yaitu meneruskan permasalahan tersebut pada pimpinan yang lebih tinggi yakni Rektor UIN-SUKA Yogyakarta untuk mendapatkan penyelesaian.

Abstract

Education is considered as one of the potential development sectors in the effort to prepare qualified human resources. Because education is the actual meaning of education starting from the actual conditions of the learning individual and the learning environment. Learning is a process that will never stop as long as humans live on earth. No man will ever succeed without going through the process of learning, because in learning this man finds the knowledge and experience that smell. Each learning situation will be faced completely by people who learn as a whole individual as well. That is why in different situations every day, the lessons or problems encountered will also differ depending on the existing and available ways and learning.Type of research used in this research is descriptive research type. Approach in this research using approach qualitative and quantitative. The population of this study are all students of Islamic Studies Program of class of 2014 which amounted to 360 students both men and women.Sampling for students Prodi PAI conducted by randomly selecting students who are still active students of Semester V, and the technique of sampling using simple random sampling on this condition set some students representing each of their respective rombel respectively. From the above population were sampled by 72 students.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan salah satu unsur generasi muda, mengingat umur mereka masih belasan tahun. Dalam kurun terakhir ini, muncul kecemasan di kalangan masyarakat tentang tingkah laku remaja yang cenderung mengarah kepada perbuatan melanggar norma-norma sosial dan norma-norma agama serta aturan-aturan hukum. Munculnya perilaku negatif di kalangan remaja, seperti: perkelahian antar pelajar, melakukan pembunuhan, pemerkosaan, penodongan, melakukan hubungan seksual di luar nikah dan mengkonsumsi narkoba. Guna menanganinya, berbagai usaha telah dilakukan, mulai dari promosi pencegahan pemakaian, penegakan hukum yang keras, hingga pembentukan lembaga-lembaga yang melakukan promosi pencegahan, baik lembaga bentukan pemerintah maupun swadaya masyarakat. Begitu pula usaha untuk membantu penyembuhan para pecandu juga sudah cukup dilakukan. Berbagai tempat rehabilitasi dengan berbagai pendekatan mulai dari medis, psikologis, hingga spiritual, sudah banyak didirikan, baik oleh pemerintah maupun masyarakat sendiri. Namun usaha-usaha tersebut, masih bersifat parsial. Masing-masing pendekatan dilaksanakan sendiri-sendiri. Misalnya ada lembaga yang menggunakan pendekatan terapi medis saja, ada pula yang menggunakan pendekatan terapi psikologis atau terapi spiritual saja. Pendekatan rehabilitasi secara parsial seperti ini, tidak dapat menjangkau semua dimensi kerusakan yang dialami oleh pecandu narkoba. Sehingga tidak dapat menghasilkan kesembuhan secara total baik fisik, psikis maupun moral spiritualnya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu pendekatan baru, yang dapat mengakomodir semua dimensi kerusakan yang dialami pecandu narkoba, seperti dimensi fisik, psikis dan dimensi moral spiritual. Pendekatan tersebut merupakan integrasi dari pendekatan terapi biologis-medis, psikotrapi-psikologis, dan moral-spiritual.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze critically the professionalism of teachers in the form of PAI religiosity fourth grade students at SDN 2 Pengarayan. This research is a qualitative research taking the location of SDN 2 Pengarayan. Data collection are getting by observation, documentation and interIVews. Data analysis were carried out by examining all data, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verifying data. Data checking is done by triangulation with two modes, namely using multiple sources and multiple methods. The results of the study show: (1) PAI teachers in SDN 2 Pengarayan are professional, which is indicated by haIVng four competencies: pedagogic competency, personality competence, professional competence and social competence. (2) PAI teachers is forming the religiosity of fourth grade students in SDN 2 Pengarayan through five dimensions of religiosity (Belief, worship, appreciation, knowledge and experience), using habituation methods related to four competencies as follows : Pedagogical aspects: Prepare syllabus and lesson plans. Personality Aspect: Making the dhuhur prayer schedule in congregation and assistance, praying duha and reciting the Asmaul Husna. Professional Aspects: BATUHA (Read Write Al-Qur'an), PHBI (Commemoration of Islamic Day) and Muadzin. Social Aspects: Making Tambourine Music Group, Ramadhan pesantren and habit of greeting. (3) The obstacles faced by PAI teachers in forming the religiosity of students in SDN 2 Pengarayan are the limitations of place, time and superIVsors, the low support of parents when at home, the lack of harmonious cooperation between parents of students and the school, the cleanliness of places of worship become an obstacle in the implementation of prayer serIVces.

Abstract

Certification is one of the breakthroughs to improve teacher professionalism. This means that if the teacher's competence is good, then the performance will be good too. Certification should not be used as an arena for economic improvement, but the event to improve professional competence in teaching. So that certified teachers are professional teachers in educating students. The problem of this study is the impact of PAI SMA/SMK teacher certification on pedagogical competencies (study of PK Online values). Therefore this study aims to determine the impact of certification on the pedagogical of high school teachers in South Sumatra Propince, which includes Pedagogical 1 (learning painning), Pedagogical 2 (learning model), and Pedagogical 3 (learning assessment).This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The subjects in this study were certified teachers in the city of Palembang and the data used through data documentation. From this study it can be concluded that the implementation of certification followed by certified teachers in the Province of South Sumatra under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion. Teachers who have been certified both civil servants and non-civil servants who have received the Ministry of Religion and Ministry of Education in the Province of South Sumatra are 1219 people. Teacher's performance before certification cannot be measured. After the PAI teacher competency mapping activities, the competency of PAI and Budi Pekerti teachers was seen in the Province of South Sumatra.

Abstract

In fact, the realistic-empirical data shows that the morality and character of the nation is now degraded, thus in itself inviting various calamities and disasters that extend to the social, religious, and political spheres, even in education. The general public indirectly blames educators from elementary to college, as the party most responsible for the deterioration of this nation in its mindset and behavior patterns that are inconsistent with the guidance of the world's citizens who should be cultured and dignified. Religious education in this case Islamic Education, hereinafter referred to as PAI, should be the basis of morality. But today it seems to have been seen as having lost its vital role in the effort to form the character of the nation's child morality. This is due to the fact that PAI learning practices have only been concerned only with cognitive aspects and ignored the fostering of affective aspects, namely the willingness and determination to practice the values ​​of religious teachings. This imbalance results in a gap between knowledge and experience, between theory and practice, or in the practice of religious education transformed into religious teaching, thus unable to form moral persons. As an effort of ijtihad to restore the essence, function and strategic role of learning of PAI in the formation of morals of the nation of this research is done with the principal of research problem, that is through improvement and development of PAI quality learning model for character formation of learners by using Living Values ​​Education paradigm. The purpose of this research is to design and formulate the learning model of PAI based on living values ​​education and how to implement it in learning process of PAI. Then, this research includes library research, therefore the steps that will be carried out is the exploration of some data from various literatures, both primary data, and secondary data. The method of collecting data is done by collecting books, articles, journals, scientific opinion in which to reveal and study living values ​​education, then look for writing about the learning of Islamic religious education. The data analysis technique using descriptive-analytic method. The data have been analyzed and then presented with deductive methods that depart from general theory to lead to the conclusion which is the answer of the research problem formulation.

Abstract

This study was to analyze the Pedagogical Competency Development Strategy for PAI Cluster Teachers in MTs. Mu'allimin Islamiyah, Musi Banyuasin Regency, includes strategies for developing pedagogic competence and what factors influence it.The type of qualitative research is to inform the principal, and teacher of the PAI family. The method of collecting data is an interviews, observation, and documentation. Non-statistical qualitative data analysis techniques with descriptive analysis as data presentation are collection, reduction, display, verification, and triangulation.The results of this study indicate the development of the pedagogic competence of PAI cluster teachers in MTs. Mu'allimin Islamiyah Musi Banyuasin Regency on aspect 1). Understanding, mastering students, teachers developing dialogical communication between students, recognizing the stages of development and individual differences both morally, intellectually and the potential of students. 2). By mastering theories and principles, and learning, teachers develop varied teaching techniques and motivate students with reciprocal responses and stimuli. 3). In curriculum development, teachers can formulate, compile, organize, and design learning planning programs, and use media and learning models by utilizing information and communication technology media. 4). The development of the potential of student teachers can direct students to take part in extracurricular activities, OSIS. Amtrak, arts and culture, social services with the aim of activity and creativity, thinking skills, identifying interests and talents facilitate students to develop academic and non-academic potential. 5). In the development of educational learning activities, teachers have been able to pay attention to the level of needs, environment, opportunity, intellectuality, spirituality, psychological and emotional students by applying skills.
