Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio and Working Capital Turnover on Return on Equity at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. Return on Equity (ROE) is a key indicator used to measure a company's efficiency in generating profits from shareholders' equity. The Current Ratio measures the company’s ability to meet its short-term obligations, while Working Capital Turnover reflects the company’s efficiency in utilizing working capital to generate revenue. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification methods. Secondary data was obtained from the annual financial reports of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk for a specified period. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results show that partially, the Current Ratio has a negative and insignificant effect on Return on Equity. Meanwhile, Working Capital Turnover has a positive and significant effect on Return on Equity. Simultaneously, both independent variables have a significant effect on Return on Equity. These findings indicate that effective working capital management contributes more to improving company profitability than liquidity alone. Therefore, the company is advised to continue improving the efficiency of working capital utilization to provide added value to shareholders through increased return on equity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of communication and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Bima Regency Bappeda Office. The research instrument used in this research was a Likert scale questionnaire. The population in this study was all employees of the Bima Regency BAPPEDA Office totaling 113 people consisting of 64 ASN, 12 honorary workers and 37 volunteer workers. The sample in this study was 64 employees with ASN status at the Bima Regency BAPPEDA Office. The sampling technique was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The consideration is that there are 64 employees with ASN status at the Bima Regency BAPPEDA Office. The data in this research were collected by means of observation, questionnaires and literature study, then the data obtained were analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation coefficients, determination tests, t tests and f tests with SPSS version 26 assistance. The research results show that Communication and Organizational Commitment have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Bima Regency BAPPEDA Office.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees at the Bima Regency Livestock Service so that it can provide thoughts to the leadership of the Bima Regency Livestock Service. This research is quantitative research. This type of research is associative with the population used in this research, namely all employees at the Bima Regency Animal Husbandry Service, totaling 173 respondents, consisting of 60 employees with PNS status (Civil Servants), 58 SK Honda employees and 55 honorary employees. The sample in this study was 33 employees, 12 civil servant employees, 11 SK Honda employees and 10 honorary employees. The sampling technique in this research used Stratified Random Sampling based on criteria. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analytical tool used in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of this research are: 1) Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Bima Regency Animal Husbandry Service. 2) Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the Bima Regency Livestock Service. 3) Work discipline and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance at the Bima Regency Animal Husbandry Service.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang berbasis pada potensi lokal di Desa Talabiu, Kabupaten Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat. UMKM memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa, namun pengembangannya masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti keterbatasan modal, akses pasar, dan kapasitas manajerial. Desa Talabiu memiliki berbagai potensi lokal seperti kerajinan tangan, produk pertanian, dan makanan olahan tradisional yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang efektif dalam pengembangan UMKM di Desa Talabiu meliputi: penguatan kapasitas pelaku usaha melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan, pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran, serta dukungan dari pemerintah desa dan lembaga keuangan lokal. Kolaborasi antar pelaku UMKM juga menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya perencanaan strategis berbasis potensi lokal yang berkelanjutan guna mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi desa secara inklusif.

Abstract

Community service activities through the Community Service Program (KKN) are a form of implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education (Tri Dharma) in community empowerment. This study aims to describe and analyze the empowerment process of the Talabiu Village community through the organization of T-Fest (Talabiu Festival) by STIE Bima students, as an effort to preserve local customs and strengthen the local economy. This activity was motivated by low community participation in preserving regional culture and the lack of economic innovation based on local potential The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with participatory methods, in which students played a direct role in designing and implementing the festival activities with the community. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with village officials, traditional leaders, and MSMEs, as well as observations of activities during the festival. The results indicate that the T-Fest successfully raised community awareness of the importance of preserving Talabiu customs and culture. The festival featured a variety of traditional arts, a local product exhibition, a culinary bazaar, and social activities involving all villagers. From an economic perspective, T-Fest opened up opportunities for MSMEs to introduce their products, increase sales, and expand their marketing networks. Furthermore, this activity fosters a sense of pride and solidarity among residents through collaboration between students and the community. In conclusion, T-Fest is a concrete example of community empowerment based on campus-village collaboration, where preserving traditional customs and improving the local economy can go hand in hand. This activity demonstrates the strategic role of KKN students in building cultural awareness and promoting economic independence in village communities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi penguatan kompetensi pengurus dalam rangka mewujudkan keberlanjutan Koperasi Merah Putih di Desa Talabiu, Kecamatan Woha, Kabupaten Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Koperasi memiliki peran penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi pedesaan, namun keberhasilan jangka panjangnya sangat bergantung pada kapasitas manajerial dan kepemimpinan para pengurusnya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi yang melibatkan pengurus koperasi, anggota, serta pemangku kepentingan eksternal yang relevan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa tantangan utama yang dihadapi koperasi meliputi keterbatasan keterampilan manajerial, ketiadaan sistem evaluasi kinerja yang terstruktur, dan rendahnya kualitas pelayanan kepada anggota. Minimnya pelatihan dan dukungan kelembagaan turut menghambat kinerja koperasi dan partisipasi anggota. Studi ini merekomendasikan strategi yang bersifat kontekstual dan partisipatif, meliputi pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan, pendampingan kelembagaan, serta penyusunan sistem penilaian kinerja secara berkala. Penguatan kompetensi pengurus koperasi tidak hanya meningkatkan tata kelola organisasi, tetapi juga mendorong keberlanjutan jangka panjang dan kepercayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan sumber daya manusia koperasi serta menawarkan model bagi koperasi desa lainnya yang menghadapi tantangan serupa.
