Abstract

The use of technology has become a crucial element in various sectors, including in the realm of education. In the scope of education, technology plays an integral role in various aspects of learning and school operations. The focus of technology lies not only in the learning process, but also in the administrative and managerial aspects that underlie the daily life of school organizations. In this context, the use of technology helps achieve educational goals in a more efficient way, expands accessibility, and increases the effectiveness of educational activities. To make data management more organized and make it easier for users to manage documents. The activity method used in community service is qualitative, carried out by organizing teaching to socialize digital archives at SMK Negeri 3 Depok. Various communication techniques such as lectures and discussions are used: lectures for structured exposure, discussions for active participation of participants in discussions and questions and answers. From the results of the socialization of digital archives at SMK Negeri 3 Depok, 14 OTKP grade 12 students were actively involved. Students are invited to get to know various digital archive storage platforms such as g-Drive, spreadsheets, OneDrive, iCloud, and E-Library. From the various aspects discussed in the socialization of digital archives at SMK Negeri 3 Depok, participants have gained a broad understanding of digital archive storage platforms and services such as g-Drive, spreadsheets, OneDrive, iCloud, and E-Library. This introduction provides provisions for participants in managing digital archives, improves their skills in technology, and broadens their understanding of the benefits of digital archives in work. Participants have gained a lot of understanding and know how to organize data using various digital archiving platforms.

Abstract

The growth of MSMEs in Indonesia is currently experiencing rapid changes. However, many MSME players, including those in Alang - Alang Lebar District, Palembang, South Sumatra, do not fully understand the importance of accounting understanding and preparing financial reports based on EMKM Financial Accounting Standards in their business. This research aims to assess how accounting understanding influences the preparation of financial reports based on EMKM Financial Accounting Standards and subsequently has an impact on MSME business income in Alang-Alang Lebar, Palembang. The research focuses on MSMEs in the area, with data collected from 100 samples through questionnaires. Data analysis using SPSS 27.00 using t test and Path Analysis. The findings show that accounting understanding has a positive effect on preparing financial reports based on EMKM Financial Accounting Standards. Understanding accounting also has a positive effect on business income, both directly and indirectly through preparing financial reports based on EMKM Financial Accounting Standards. Apart from that, preparing financial reports based on EMKM Financial Accounting Standards has a direct effect on business income. These findings can provide valuable insight for MSMEs in developing strategies, especially in increasing understanding of accounting in order to improve the preparation of financial reports so that they can increase business income for MSMEs in Alang - Alang Lebar.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan usaha UMKM Warung Mpok Iyam yang bergerak di sektor kuliner di Kota Depok. Meskipun memiliki potensi usaha yang baik melalui fasilitas pendukung seperti mushola, area parkir yang luas, dan kolam renang anak, usaha ini masih menghadapi permasalahan berupa pencatatan keuangan yang belum terstruktur, sistem pembayaran konvensional, lemahnya branding, serta belum optimalnya pemasaran digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan partisipatif melalui tahapan observasi, perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keteraturan pencatatan keuangan, penerapan pembayaran digital QRIS, penguatan identitas visual usaha, serta pemanfaatan media sosial Instagram sebagai sarana promosi. Pendampingan ini mendorong pengelolaan usaha yang lebih profesional dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan digital.

Abstract

PT Dtrip Pacific Nusantara adalah perusahaan jasa perjalanan dan wisata yang terus mengoptimalkan berbagai aspek manajerial untuk memajukan bisnisnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan berhasil menciptakan sistem manajemen efisien, memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan, serta menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia juga menjadi faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan perusahaan. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi adalah persaingan ketat dan fluktuasi ekonomi yang memengaruhi daya beli konsumen. Kesimpulannya, dengan pengembangan strategi manajemen yang adaptif, PT Dtrip Pacific Nusantara memiliki potensi besar untuk bersaing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to analyze and assist the development of the Ilham Laundry MSME, located near the University of Indonesia. Methods used included direct observation, interviews with the business owner, and simple mentoring on promotion and business management. The results of the activity indicate that Ilham Laundry has been able to survive the competition and challenges of the pandemic through quality service and the use of digital technologies, such as WhatsApp Business and Google Maps. This Community Service activity contributes to improving the understanding of MSME business strategies and supporting the sustainability of laundry services in a more adaptive and competitive manner.

Abstract

The digital transformation era has significantly changed consumer behavior, demanding faster, more responsive, and accessible services. In response to these shifts, this community service program was conducted in the form of an educational seminar entitled "Optimizing Customer Service and Digital Marketing for Handmade MSMEs in Depok." This initiative aimed to enhance MSME actors’ understanding and skills in customer service and digital marketing through participatory methods combining lectures, interactive discussions, and practical training. The program was carried out by a team of management students at Jakarta Global University and involved selected handmade MSME participants. During the seminar, participants were equipped with knowledge about effective customer service strategies and the use of digital platforms such as Capcut, Instagram, and online marketplaces. The results showed increased participant awareness, improved ability to create promotional content, and readiness to apply digital marketing in their businesses. This initiative demonstrates the strategic role of higher education institutions in bridging theory and practice, while empowering MSMEs to become more competitive in the digital economy.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan laporan keuangan pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) melalui penerapan aplikasi keuangan berbasis digital pada Toko Sembako Ibu Lina Olshop. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang meliputi tahapan identifikasi kondisi awal, analisis permasalahan, perancangan solusi, serta implementasi dan monitoring. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya transformasi sistem pencatatan dari metode manual menuju sistem digital yang lebih terstruktur dan sesuai dengan prinsip Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (SAK EMKM). Implementasi aplikasi keuangan memungkinkan mitra menyusun laporan laba rugi periode November 2025 secara sistematis dengan laba bersih sebesar Rp 23.575.000. Penerapan sistem berbasis aplikasi tidak hanya meningkatkan akurasi dan konsistensi pencatatan transaksi, tetapi juga memperkuat literasi keuangan dan kapasitas manajerial mitra. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi antara literasi akuntansi dan digitalisasi pencatatan dapat menjadi model pendampingan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan dalam memperkuat tata kelola keuangan UMKM sektor perdagangan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Shopee e-commerce and Instagram social media marketing on the growth of food MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Depok City, both partially and simultaneously. The researcher employed a quantitative research approach using a questionnaire as the research instrument, measured with a Likert scale and processed into quantitative data. The sampling method used in this study is Non-Probability Sampling with a purposive sampling technique, adjusted to the criteria of respondents who are food MSME actors in Depok utilizing Shopee and Instagram in their marketing activities. The data analysis process was conducted using SPSS version 27. The results indicate that both Shopee e-commerce (X1) and Instagram social media marketing (X2) have a significant and positive influence, both partially and simultaneously, on the growth of food MSMEs (Y) in Depok City. The coefficient of determination results show that the two independent variables Shopee E-Commerce and Instagram Social Media Marketing contribute 61.9% to the growth of food MSMEs. Meanwhile, the remaining 38.1% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study, as indicated by an R Square value of 0.619.This study aims to analyze the influence of Shopee e-commerce and Instagram social.

Abstract

Industry players’ understanding and concern play a crucial role in shaping the implementation of green accounting and its implications for business sustainability among pempek MSMEs in Palembang City. Employing a quantitative approach, the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The findings reveal that industry players’ understanding and concern have a significant positive effect on green accounting implementation. Furthermore, green accounting implementation exerts a significant positive influence on business sustainability. In contrast, understanding and concern do not directly affect business sustainability. Mediation analysis further confirms that green accounting implementation fully mediates the relationship between industry players’ understanding and concern and business sustainability. These results indicate that awareness and concern alone are insufficient to enhance sustainability performance unless they are translated into concrete green accounting practices. Within the context of pempek MSMEs, green accounting emerges as a key mechanism that converts environmental awareness into sustainable business outcomes. This research enriches the literature on green accounting and MSME sustainability while offering practical insights for policymakers and pempek MSME development initiatives in Palembang City.

Abstract

The laundry service MSME sector in Depok City faces significant challenges in the form of intense competition and reliance on conventional marketing methods, resulting in low visibility in the digital era. The objective of this community service activity is to improve the digital literacy and branding skills of laundry MSME operators in the Beji area to Grand Depok City. The implementation method uses a participatory-educational approach that includes three stages: pre-implementation (survey and needs identification), implementation (strategic seminars and hands-on workshops), and evaluation. The results of the activity show that through education on digital marketing strategies, customer complaint management using the LEARN method, and practical video editing training using the CapCut application, participants are able to transform their business identity to be more professional. The success of this program is marked by increased competence of participants in optimizing Instagram Business accounts and producing creative, aesthetic content. Strengthening digital literacy and visual skills has proven to be key for laundry MSMEs in building brand awareness and maintaining customer loyalty sustainably amidst the dynamics of the modern market.
