Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan literasi media pada UMKM Asinan Betawi 88, usaha mikro yang berlokasi di Kota Depok, Indonesia. Program ini dirancang untuk menjawab berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi mitra, seperti keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam pemasaran digital, strategi branding yang kurang optimal, rendahnya keterampilan dalam manajemen keuangan, serta minimnya pemanfaatan alat digital. Pendekatan partisipatif diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan, dan lokakarya langsung mencakup topik pemasaran digital, branding, fotografi produk, manajemen keuangan, serta pengembangan website yang dioptimalkan dengan Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Program ini juga menekankan pentingnya pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk menjamin keberlangsungan hasil kegiatan. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur efektivitas program. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi yang signifikan dari peserta, dengan nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 2,3 (dari skala 5) meningkat menjadi 4,2 pada post-test. Peserta menunjukkan peningkatan nyata dalam pengelolaan media sosial, pembuatan konten, dan penggunaan alat bantu manajemen keuangan. Program ini juga menghasilkan luaran berupa website berbasis SEO, konten pemasaran digital, serta portofolio fotografi produk yang secara signifikan meningkatkan branding dan kehadiran daring UMKM. Selain itu, kegiatan ini memberikan pengalaman belajar praktis bagi mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM), dengan mengintegrasikan pembelajaran ke dalam praktik dunia nyata. Inisiatif ini berhasil memberdayakan UMKM Asinan Betawi 88 dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk pertumbuhan bisnisnya, serta turut mendorong daya saing di era ekonomi digital. Program ini menunjukkan potensi untuk direplikasi pada UMKM lainnya sebagai langkah strategis dalam mendukung Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030 melalui transformasi digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, solvency, and activity ratios on the financial performance of construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. Liquidity is measured using the current ratio, solvency using the debt to equity ratio, and activity using total asset turnover. Company financial performance is measured through return on assets (ROA). This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods. The data used are secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of construction companies obtained from the official IDX website. Data processing was carried out using SPSS 26 software. The results show that CR has a negative and significant effect on ROA partially, and DER has a negative and significant effect on ROA. Then TATO has a positive and significant effect on ROA. Furthermore, CR, DER, and TATO have a significant effect on ROA simultaneously.

Abstract

This study examines the development of fintech and its impact on financial management behavior in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Semarang. Fintech, encompassing technologies such as digital payments, peer-to-peer (P2P) lending, financial management, crowdfunding, and digital insurance, has provided more inclusive and efficient access to financial services for MSMEs. Findings from various literatures indicate that fintech can enhance the operational efficiency of MSMEs through more accurate transaction recording, better financial planning, and more effective cash flow management. In Semarang, MSMEs have begun adopting fintech, although challenges such as limited digital infrastructure and low technological literacy still affect its effectiveness. This review also highlights the importance of policies that support fintech development and digital literacy education for MSMEs. This study contributes to the existing literature by integrating findings on the impact of fintech on MSMEs and identifying research gaps that require further exploration, such as the influence of local factors on technology adoption and risk mitigation strategies that can be applied. Future research recommendations include a deeper exploration of how fintech can be optimized to support the growth and resilience of MSMEs, particularly in local contexts like Semarang.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly influenced various aspects of daily life. One emerging trend is the use of Digital Archive Applications, commonly referred to as E-Archives. Within the Department of Office Automation and Management at SMK Negeri 3 Depok, students have been introduced to digital archiving practices; however, their experience has primarily been limited to using Google Drive as the main tool for storing digital files. This community service initiative was designed to provide education on digital archive management, highlighting the benefits and advantages of electronic archives compared to conventional manual systems. More importantly, the program aimed to enhance students’ understanding by introducing and demonstrating an E-Archive application developed by the community service team. Through this approach, students at SMK Negeri 3 Depok were expected to gain hands-on experience in managing data using the E-Archive system. The implementation of the activity involved presentations and live demonstrations of the E-Archive application. To reinforce learning outcomes, interactive sessions such as Q&A discussions and quizzes were conducted, enabling students to actively engage and broaden their knowledge of digital archiving.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) in BPKAD Semarang City, assessed based on the level of ease of use, usability, attitude towards use, and actual usage using TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Data were obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The population consists of all employees who are active users of SIMDA. The analytical model employed in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM), while the software used is SmartPLS 2.0 M3. The results of hypothesis testing and discussions indicate that perceived ease of use has a significant positive influence on perceived usefulness. Perceived usefulness, in turn, has a significant positive influence on attitude towards use. Perceived ease of use also has a significant positive influence on attitude towards use. Finally, attitude towards use has a significant positive influence on actual system usage.

Abstract

The use of technology has become a crucial element in various sectors, including in the realm of education. In the scope of education, technology plays an integral role in various aspects of learning and school operations. The focus of technology lies not only in the learning process, but also in the administrative and managerial aspects that underlie the daily life of school organizations. In this context, the use of technology helps achieve educational goals in a more efficient way, expands accessibility, and increases the effectiveness of educational activities. To make data management more organized and make it easier for users to manage documents. The activity method used in community service is qualitative, carried out by organizing teaching to socialize digital archives at SMK Negeri 3 Depok. Various communication techniques such as lectures and discussions are used: lectures for structured exposure, discussions for active participation of participants in discussions and questions and answers. From the results of the socialization of digital archives at SMK Negeri 3 Depok, 14 OTKP grade 12 students were actively involved. Students are invited to get to know various digital archive storage platforms such as g-Drive, spreadsheets, OneDrive, iCloud, and E-Library. From the various aspects discussed in the socialization of digital archives at SMK Negeri 3 Depok, participants have gained a broad understanding of digital archive storage platforms and services such as g-Drive, spreadsheets, OneDrive, iCloud, and E-Library. This introduction provides provisions for participants in managing digital archives, improves their skills in technology, and broadens their understanding of the benefits of digital archives in work. Participants have gained a lot of understanding and know how to organize data using various digital archiving platforms.

Abstract

The growth of MSMEs in Indonesia is currently experiencing rapid changes. However, many MSME players, including those in Alang - Alang Lebar District, Palembang, South Sumatra, do not fully understand the importance of accounting understanding and preparing financial reports based on EMKM Financial Accounting Standards in their business. This research aims to assess how accounting understanding influences the preparation of financial reports based on EMKM Financial Accounting Standards and subsequently has an impact on MSME business income in Alang-Alang Lebar, Palembang. The research focuses on MSMEs in the area, with data collected from 100 samples through questionnaires. Data analysis using SPSS 27.00 using t test and Path Analysis. The findings show that accounting understanding has a positive effect on preparing financial reports based on EMKM Financial Accounting Standards. Understanding accounting also has a positive effect on business income, both directly and indirectly through preparing financial reports based on EMKM Financial Accounting Standards. Apart from that, preparing financial reports based on EMKM Financial Accounting Standards has a direct effect on business income. These findings can provide valuable insight for MSMEs in developing strategies, especially in increasing understanding of accounting in order to improve the preparation of financial reports so that they can increase business income for MSMEs in Alang - Alang Lebar.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan usaha UMKM Warung Mpok Iyam yang bergerak di sektor kuliner di Kota Depok. Meskipun memiliki potensi usaha yang baik melalui fasilitas pendukung seperti mushola, area parkir yang luas, dan kolam renang anak, usaha ini masih menghadapi permasalahan berupa pencatatan keuangan yang belum terstruktur, sistem pembayaran konvensional, lemahnya branding, serta belum optimalnya pemasaran digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan partisipatif melalui tahapan observasi, perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keteraturan pencatatan keuangan, penerapan pembayaran digital QRIS, penguatan identitas visual usaha, serta pemanfaatan media sosial Instagram sebagai sarana promosi. Pendampingan ini mendorong pengelolaan usaha yang lebih profesional dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan digital.

Abstract

PT Dtrip Pacific Nusantara adalah perusahaan jasa perjalanan dan wisata yang terus mengoptimalkan berbagai aspek manajerial untuk memajukan bisnisnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan berhasil menciptakan sistem manajemen efisien, memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan, serta menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia juga menjadi faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan perusahaan. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi adalah persaingan ketat dan fluktuasi ekonomi yang memengaruhi daya beli konsumen. Kesimpulannya, dengan pengembangan strategi manajemen yang adaptif, PT Dtrip Pacific Nusantara memiliki potensi besar untuk bersaing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to analyze and assist the development of the Ilham Laundry MSME, located near the University of Indonesia. Methods used included direct observation, interviews with the business owner, and simple mentoring on promotion and business management. The results of the activity indicate that Ilham Laundry has been able to survive the competition and challenges of the pandemic through quality service and the use of digital technologies, such as WhatsApp Business and Google Maps. This Community Service activity contributes to improving the understanding of MSME business strategies and supporting the sustainability of laundry services in a more adaptive and competitive manner.
