Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is the practice of providing only breast milk to infants from birth until 6 months without additional food or drink, except for medications. At Padang Batung Health Center, exclusive breastfeeding coverage increased from 50% in 2023 to 64.3% in 2024, but remains below the national target of 80%. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and nutritional status of infants aged >6 to 12 months. An analytic observational study with a case-control design was conducted on 112 infants (1:1). The variables were exclusive breastfeeding and nutritional status, with secondary data analyzed using the chi-square test. Results showed that among 72 infants (64.3%) who received exclusive breastfeeding, 9.8% were malnourished, 80.4% had good nutrition, and 9.8% were obese, while of the 40 infants (35.7%) without exclusive breastfeeding, 20% were malnourished, 70% had good nutrition, and 10% were obese. Chi-square analysis revealed a significant relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and nutritional status (p<0.05). In conclusion, exclusive breastfeeding is significantly associated with the nutritional status of infants. Abstrak ASI eksklusif merupakan pemberian hanya Air Susu Ibu kepada bayi sejak lahir hingga usia 6 bulan tanpa tambahan makanan atau minuman lain, kecuali obat-obatan. Di Puskesmas Padang Batung, cakupan ASI eksklusif meningkat dari 50% pada tahun 2023 menjadi 64,3% pada tahun 2024, namun masih di bawah target nasional sebesar 80%. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan status gizi bayi usia >6 hingga 12 bulan. Metode penelitian menggunakan observasional analitik dengan desain case-control pada 112 bayi (1:1). Variabel penelitian meliputi pemberian ASI eksklusif dan status gizi, dengan data sekunder yang dianalisis menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 72 bayi (64,3%) yang memperoleh ASI eksklusif, 9,8% mengalami gizi kurang, 80,4% gizi baik, dan 9,8% obesitas; sedangkan 40 bayi (35,7%) yang tidak memperoleh ASI eksklusif terdiri dari 20% gizi kurang, 70% gizi baik, dan 10% obesitas. Analisis chi-square menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara pemberian ASI eksklusif dengan status gizi (p<0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pemberian ASI eksklusif berhubungan dengan status gizi bayi. Kata kunci: ASI eksklusif, status gizi, bayi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keputusan investasi dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu keputusan investasidan kebijakan dividen. Sedangkan untuk variabel dependennya adalah nilai perusahaan. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder menggunakan metode data panel yang merupakan kombinasi waktu (deret waktu) dan data antar perusahaan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah eviews 9 untuk mengetahui hasil dari Regresi Data Panel, Pengujian Model, Uji Asumsi Klasik Dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa keputusan investasi dan kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan studi pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor pertanian subsektor perkebunan yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2016-2021. Sedangkan berdasarkan dari hasil uji F yang telah dilakukan adalah keputusan investasi dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan persentase 86% dan 14% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of Inflation, Non Performing Financing (NPF) on Operational Costs on Operating Income (BOPO) on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Bank in Indonesia. Profitability in this case is indicated by Return On Assets (ROA). The sample in this study was determined using the purposive sampling method, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. with a number of samples that meet the criteria of seven Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia with an observation period from 2016 to 2020. The analysis technique used in this study uses panel data regression with the aim of obtaining a comprehensive picture of the relationship between variables. Based on the results of this study, it shows that partially Inflation has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), Non Performing Financing has no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA) and Operational Costs on Operating Income (BOPO) has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). Meanwhile, simultaneously Inflation, Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Operational Costs on Operating Income (BOPO) have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

ABSTRACT The rapid development of technology is often used by companies, including Islamic banks, to increase their markets by using existing technology. To improve service to its customers, the bank launched a transaction service media based on information technology, namely mobile banking. Mobile banking services make it easier for customers to carry out banking transactions via mobile devices or Personal Data Assistants.At the end of 2019 Bank Syariah Indonesia launched an online account opening feature in the BSM application service. To introduce this online account opening feature in order to attract customers' interest, promotional activities are important in communicating and influencing customers. In addition, the effectiveness of opening an online account in the form of convenience is also important, because it is immediately felt and used by customers.Therefore the researcher raised the title of the influence of the effectiveness of opening online accounts and promotions on interest in becoming a customer of Bank Syariah Indonesia. This study used a quantitative method, the sample in this study were 97 students, with data collection techniques using the Purposive Sampling technique, in which the selection of samples used certain criteria according to the phenomena and needs studied.Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students who met the criteria for opening an online account. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness variable for opening an online account (X1) has a significant and positive effect on interest in becoming a customer (Y), as evidenced by the results of the T test of 0.000 <0.05 with a tcount of 6.435 > 1.662. and the promotion variable (X2) also obtained significant positive results on the interest in becoming a customer of Bank Syariah Indonesia with a T test result value of 0.052 <0.05 with a tcount value of 1.970 > 1.662.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out and analyze the factors that influence the use of e-wallets and how the behavior of generation Z in the city of Jambi forms. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. While the data collection technique used in this study is using observation interviews and documentation. The results showed that the factors that influence the use of e-wallets in generation Z in the city of Jambi are divided into the main factors namely, Benefit, Convenience and supporting factors including, Cost Factor, Popular Factor, Efficiency Factor, Speed Factor, Factor Security, Convenience Factors, Promo and Discount Factors, and Pulse/Token Payment Service Business Factors. Thus there are two main factors and eight supporting factors. Transaction purposes that indicate that using e-wallets encourage people to be more consumptive are top-up Games and Online Shopping. Based on observation from 112 informants, out of 112 informants, 62% of them feel more consumptive when using e-wallets. Meanwhile, 38% felt that they were not consumptive and 4% were mediocre.

Abstract

Bullying masih menjadi salah satu tantangan besar dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk di sekolah dasar dan madrasah ibtidaiyah. Perilaku ini sering disalahartikan sebagai candaan, padahal menimbulkan dampak negatif yang serius terhadap perkembangan psikologis, sosial, dan akademik siswa. Program pengabdian masyarakat melalui Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) di MI Raudhatul Ulum Riduan dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mencegah praktik bullying melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dan penguatan karakter positif. Metode kegiatan mencakup empat tahap, yaitu persiapan, wawancara dengan guru, sosialisasi kepada siswa, serta evaluasi. Pada tahap sosialisasi digunakan pendekatan interaktif berupa presentasi, diskusi kelompok, permainan edukatif, role play “tukar peran”, dan sesi tanya jawab berhadiah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa dapat mengenali berbagai bentuk bullying, memahami dampaknya, serta mengemukakan strategi pencegahan. Perubahan perilaku positif juga terlihat, seperti meningkatnya empati, keberanian menegur teman yang melakukan ejekan, serta interaksi sosial yang lebih harmonis. Guru menilai program ini efektif dalam memperkuat kesadaran dan membangun karakter prososial. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berkontribusi nyata dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman, inklusif, dan bebas dari bullying, sekaligus mendukung upaya nasional dalam penguatan pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

Background: Early marriage has detrimental effects, including poverty, limited access to education, and domestic violence, which can result in physical and mental trauma and perpetuate intergenerational poverty. Addressing early marriage is crucial as it leads to poverty, isolation, and reduced opportunities for children. A strong commitment to reducing early marriage rates is essential to ensure children grow optimally, receive proper education, and achieve their dreams. To reduce early marriage rates, particularly in Astambul Subdistrict, South Kalimantan, the Midwifery Department of Poltekkes Kemenkes Banjarmasin, a health educational institution, supports government programs through community service activities. Objective: In 2024, enhance adolescents' knowledge and understanding of healthy reproduction through the Maturation of Marriage Age program and establish a youth forum focused on the importance of marriage age maturity in Kelampaian Tengah Village, Astambul Subdistrict, Banjar Regency. Methods: This community service activity was implemented through a health promotion program involving health education about the Maturation of Marriage Age. The steps included preparation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The participants comprised 33 adolescents, 4 health cadres, and 1 midwife from the village. Results: Activity evaluation revealed a significant improvement in adolescents' knowledge regarding the importance of marriage-age maturity. Before the intervention, 17 participants (51.5%) had limited knowledge, with none possessing good knowledge. After the intervention, 20 participants (60.6%) demonstrated good knowledge, and a youth forum for marriage-age maturity awareness was established. Conclusion: This increase in knowledge is expected to contribute to marriage-age maturity, with the youth forum serving as a platform for discussion and awareness among adolescents.

Abstract

Kabupaten Sidoarjo merupakan daerah penghasil udang yang mendukung pengembangan produk olahan bernilai tambah, seperti terasi udang. Produk Terasi Udang Qonjamadu merupakan salah satu pilihan konsumen yang mampu bersaing di tengah persaingan pasar yang semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel produk, harga, tempat, dan sikap konsumen terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian produk Terasi Udang Qonjamadu. Alasan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran kepada pelaku usaha mengenai faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pembelian sehingga dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan daya saing. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 50 konsumen yang telah melakukan pembelian. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik incidental sampling, yaitu pemilihan responden secara kebetulan berdasarkan siapa saja yang ditemui peneliti dan sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, serta dilengkapi dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji F, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, keempat variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara parsial, variabel produk, harga, dan tempat memiliki pengaruh signifikan, sedangkan sikap konsumen tidak berpengaruh signifikan karena sikap positif belum cukup mendorong pembelian yang lebih dipengaruhi kualitas produk, harga, dan lokasi. Produk menjadi faktor paling dominan yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian karena cita rasa khas, aroma kuat, kemasan menarik, dan daya simpan yang baik.
