Abstract

To drive active OSIS activities, national educational leadership is needed, namely leadership that requires a stable system, adequate funding, professional human resources and has the following requirements or characteristics: Devotion to God Almighty, high intelligence, have a strong physique, broad knowledge, self-confidence, can be a member of a group, fair and wise, firm and take the initiative, have the capacity to make decisions, have emotional stability, be physically and spiritually healthy. Based on the conditions that must be met to become an OSIS leader or administrator, it turns out that it is not easy, apart from having the will, ability and knowledge, apart from that you also have to be able to manage your time as well as possible so that lessons are not disturbed and go through several selections. OSIS as the only student organization in the school, is a means of organizational training and a forum for activities for students at school, so it can be concluded that the progress and development of school activities is very dependent on the OSIS work program, leadership attitudes and basic knowledge regarding good organizational management and activities. OSIS administrators who are guided by OSIS supervisors. Seeing this important role and position, the OSIS needs to be managed as well as possible. Organizations in general can be interpreted as providing a structure or arrangement, namely in arranging/placing people in a cooperative group, with the aim of placing relationships between people in terms of their respective obligations, rights and responsibilities, determining the structure, relationship of duties and responsibilities. It is intended to organize an activity to lead to a common goal. Discipline is an action carried out in accordance with applicable regulations or doing something in accordance with applicable norms. Learning outcomes are sentences consisting of two words, namely, "results" and "learning" which have different meanings. This research was carried out at SMPIT Widya Cendikia Serang. Abstract

This research aims to analyze: First, the level of implementation of the jigsaw type cooperative learning method; student learning activity before and after applying the jigsaw type cooperative method. This research was conducted at SMP N 10 Serang City, specifically in class VIII B. This research used the classroom action research (PTK) method, which is one of the efforts that teachers can make to improve the quality of teachers' roles and responsibilities, especially in managing learning. What focuses on the learning process is known as Classroom Action Research. The sample in this study was 38 students in class VIII B. The research procedures or steps carried out are divided into activity cycles which refer to the Kemmis and Kaggart model, where each cycle consists of planning (Plan), Implementation (Action), Observation (Observation), and Reflection (Reflection), these four activities take place simultaneously and the sequence can be modified. The research instruments used observation sheets, questionnaires, and skills/psychomotor assessment tests

Abstract

This service activity discusses strengthening the fifth pillar of Islam, namely the Hajj. This service aims to increase the understanding, knowledge and competence of Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) teachers at the Serang City Al-Qur'an Educator and Sakinah Family Coordinating Board (BKPAKSI) in Serang City regarding Hajj Manasik. This service methodology goes through a preliminary survey stage to find out the location that will be used as the location for the Hajj ritual training and training. then observe or carry out activities involving 25 TPQ teachers. This service activity was carried out at Wisma Haji (KBIHU) Mulyajati Cikole, Pandeglang Regency. The Hajj Manasik training for TPQ teachers went smoothly according to plan.  Material and practice of Hajj rituals delivered by Hajj and Umrah supervisors from KBIHU Mulyajati. By implementing this practical training on Hajj rituals, the PkM team hopes that TPQ teachers as educators can transfer their knowledge of Hajj rituals to their students properly and correctly so that the students will love the Kaaba and the Prophet Muhammad more.

Abstract

This research was conducted at DAKAR Early Childhood Education (PAUD) in Cilegon City, Banten, with the aim of determining the application of the singing method to improve early reading skills in children aged 4-5 years. Initial observations revealed that during learning activities, only a few children recognized letters and words, while the majority did not yet. Therefore, to assess the reading abilities of these young children, it is necessary to develop more engaging and effective learning methods to improve their understanding of letters during the early reading stage, including singing while introducing letters and words. The research methodology was descriptive qualitative, as the researcher aimed to describe or elaborate on an event by conducting in-depth research related to the research topic. The results of the study, through data collection through direct observation, interviews, and documentation, concluded that the implementation of the singing method was highly effective in improving early reading skills in children aged 4-5 years. Evidenced by the use of the singing method, children listened to the alphabet song sung with enthusiasm, repeated the vowel and consonant sounds requested by the teacher, imitated the pronunciation of letters A to Z, increased their vocabulary for communication, and developed their speaking skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran orang tua dalam mengatasi keterlambatan berbicara anak usia 4-6 tahun di TKIT Cahaya Pelangi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari 3 orang tua yang anaknya mengalami keterlambatan berbicara dengan rentang usia 4-6 tahun dan 3 guru kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab keterlambatan berbicara meliputi kurangnya perhatian dan stimulus dari orang tua serta pemberian gawai secara berlebihan. Dampak yang dialami anak meliputi kesulitan berkomunikasi dan mengungkapkan perasaan. Peran orang tua dalam mengatasi keterlambatan berbicara dilakukan dengan sering mengajak anak berkomunikasi, bermain puzzle, mendengarkan sholawat, dan mengajak bermain di luar. Kerjasama antara guru dan orang tua terlaksana dengan baik sehingga terlihat kemajuan pada anak.

Abstract

Fenomena rendahnya minat anak usia dini terhadap kegiatan membaca buku cetak akibat dominasi penggunaan gadget menjadi tantangan serius dalam pengembangan kemampuan bahasa anak. Kondisi ini juga ditemukan pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di PAUD Bilqis Kota Serang, di mana sebagian anak menunjukkan keterbatasan kosakata, kemampuan menyimak, serta keberanian mengungkapkan bahasa secara lisan. Padahal, literasi sejak usia dini memiliki peran strategis dalam menstimulasi kemampuan bahasa yang mencakup menyimak, berbicara, membaca, dan keaksaraan awal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran literasi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa anak usia 4-5 tahun di PAUD Bilqis Kota Serang. Pada era globalisasi, anak lebih menyukai gadget dibanding membaca buku, padahal literasi sejak dini memberikan pengetahuan lebih luas di kemudian hari. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah 14 anak kelompok A dengan satu guru sebagai informan utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran literasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa anak telah terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari kemampuan anak dalam mengucapkan kata dengan tepat, mengenal istilah baru, mengenal simbol huruf, menghubungkan kata dengan gambar, menyambungkan garis putus-putus pada huruf, mendengarkan dan menceritakan kembali cerita secara sederhana, menirukan suara tokoh dalam cerita, serta membedakan suara masing-masing tokoh. Strategi guru menggunakan metode membaca buku cerita bergambar dengan intonasi jelas dan mimik muka ekspresif membuat anak antusias dalam menyimak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the storytelling method of the Prophet Yusuf (peace be upon him) can be used to instill the value of honesty in 5-6 years-old children at RA Madinatul Qur'an. Honesty is a very important value to be developed from an early age, yet dishonest behavior still occurs among children. The method used in this study was a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and document collection techniques. The subjects in this study consisted of a teacher and five children. The findings of the study indicate that the storytelling method was implemented through sound planning and implementation, utilizing visual media and expressive delivery. The children demonstrated understanding and behavioral changes that reflect honesty, such as the ability to admit mistakes and summarize the story's content. The story of the Prophet Yusuf (peace be upon him) has proven effective as a means of instilling moral values that touch children's emotional aspects. Furthermore, the storytelling method is also recognized as a fun and meaningful approach to character education for early childhood.
