Abstract

Latar belakang: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai seberapa besar pengaruh Perilaku Konsumen Terhadap Keputusan Pembeli di Indomaret Pattimura Mudik Gunungsitoli. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang diolah adalah hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelanggan Indomaret Pattimura Mudik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Untuk menjelaskan deskripsi penelitian yang berkaitan dengan hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis: Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji t (Parsial). Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil analisis data untuk uji signifikansi uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel X (perilaku konsumen) Kebudayaan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Indomaret Pattimura Mudik, dengan R square: 18,2%. Pengaruh perilaku konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan berpedoman pada ketentuan nilai sig<0,05 diperoleh nilai Sig. sebesar 0,000. Kesimpulan: Dengan nilai ini dapat dikatakan variabel Perilaku Konsumen (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Keputusan Pembelian (Y) atau nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak, Ha diterima. Maka variabel X (Perilaku Konsumen) memiliki (ada) pengaruh terhadap variabel Y (Keputusan Pembelian).

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of suboptimal digital marketing strategies implemented by Murai Coffee Gunungsitoli, which have resulted in decreased visibility and sales. The research objective is to analyze the implemented strategies, identify challenges, and formulate optimal strategies to increase sales. The approach used is qualitative with interview, observation, and documentation techniques, as well as descriptive data analysis. The results show that previous digital marketing strategies have contributed to increased visibility, but have not been managed consistently and creatively. Challenges faced include limited resources, content planning, and audience interaction. Research recommendations include content consistency and innovation, optimization of social media features, and regular evaluation of digital campaigns to encourage buying interest and sustainable sales

Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumer behavior in making purchasing decisions for Gesits motorbikes at PT. Arken Ehowu Putra Motor in Gunugsitoli City. With the increasing attention to environmentally friendly vehicles, Gesits motorbikes, as one of the electric vehicles, are the main focus of this study. The research methods used include surveys and in-depth interviews to evaluate factors that influence purchasing decisions, such as price, performance, technical features, and brand image. The results of the study indicate that consumers in Gunugsitoli City are very important considerations. In addition, product constraints and after-sales support also play an important role in purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that PT. Arken Ehowu Putra Motor needs to focus on delivering clear information about the long-term benefits of Gesits motorbikes and improving the quality of after-sales services to meet consumer expectations and increase customer satisfaction.
