Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability to recognize numbers in children of group A in PAUD Yatina Penjor by using the method of playing foot and hand games. The type of research that researchers use is Classroom action research. The number of subjects in this study was 15 children consisting of 7 boys and 8 girls. Researchers used observation, test, and documentation techniques in data collection. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that through the foot and hand games method, children showed an increase in the results before the action was carried out, namely children who were completed or children who got BSH and BSB scores at the time before the action there were only 5 children with a score (33.3%) with an average score of 52, while increasing in cycle 1, namely children obtained completeness as many as 9 people with a score (60%) with an average score of 68.3. Meanwhile, in cycle II, the results were obtained that children with BSH and BSB scores increased to 13 children with a score (86.6%) with an average score of 84. It can be concluded from the results of the cycle that the foot and hand games method can improve the ability to recognize numbers in children of group A in PAUD Yatina Penjor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of initial reading skills through the Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic (VAK) method in 1st grade students at SDN 3 Pemenang Timur. This research is an effort to improve initial reading skills through the Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic (VAK) method in grade 1 students at SDN 3 Pemenang Timur. This research was conducted with 2 cycles, each of which has 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 1st grade students at SDN 3 Pemenang Timur with a total of 30 students. Data collection techniques was carried using observation sheets and reading tests. Based on the analysis of test results and observations, it was concluded that there was an increase in students' initial reading ability in each cycle. The average value result at the precyclical was 70.4 with a classical completion percentage of 47%. In the first cycle, the average value became 74.4 with a classical completion percentage of 67%. In cycle II, it increased again with an average value of 77.9 with a classical completion percentage of 83%. Thus, the VAK method can improve the initial reading skills in the first grade of SDN 3 Pemenang Timur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of gadgets on early childhood social emotional development. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach, the location of the study was carried out in RA Baytussalam North Lombok, the subjects in this study were RA Baytussalam Dusun Dasan Tengak students totaling 16 students, 1 teacher, and 2 guardians of students. The results of the analysis show that the impact of gadget use on the social emotional development of children in RA Baytussalam consists of positive impacts and negative impacts. The positive use of gadgets is to increase imagination, train intelligence, and improve the ability to recognize letters and numbers. While the negative impacts of using gadgets are being a closed person, having trouble sleeping, children getting angry easily, and being exposed to radiation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perilaku tanggung jawab anak melalui metode mendongeng interaktif. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi, Check Lis, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dideskripsikan dengan menggunakan metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan perilaku tanggung jawab anak melalui metode mendongeng interaktif pada kelompok B TK Al- Ikhlas Maraqitta’limat.

Abstract

Fatherless is a term that refers to a condition when a child does not have the presence, care, or role of a father. One of the causes of fatherlessness is caused by divorce, which results in the child being separated from their father. The absence of the father's role can have a negative impact on children. One of them is in terms of academic and social skills. This study aims to determine the impact of the fatherless phenomenon after divorce on the behavior and academic abilities of children aged 5-11 years in one of the sub-districts in North Lombok Regency. This research is a type of qualitative research with the number of respondents in this study were 8 mothers. The results of the research in terms of the behavior of children who experience fatherlessness are that children do not have attachment to their fathers, children's independence is not optimal, and children's emotional control is still low. Meanwhile, in terms of academic ability, children who experience fatherlessness are children who cannot focus on learning due to negative emotions such as shame, anger, and low self-control. Children who experience fatherlessness also experience failure in subjects and have low motivation to learn. Children who feel loss and severe disappointment psychologically towards the role of the father then result in a decrease in learning achievement at school. So it is necessary to do socialization to parents to provide an understanding of the importance of the father's role in parenting.

Abstract

This study aimed to understand the role of teachers as educators and guides in implanting the religious character of five-year-old children and to examine the impact of this on group B children at TK Fathunintention. The research employed data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation, with the data analysis following the techniques outlined by Miles and Huberman, which involved data condensation, data display, and verification. The study found that teachers played a pivotal role in implanting religious values through the use of breeding methods, which proved effective in shaping the religious character of the children. The results showed that, through these practices, children became capable of performing wudhu independently, memorizing short verses, correctly executing prayer movements, memorizing daily prayers, and reciting greetings. These practices not only enhanced the children’s religious knowledge but also contributed to their moral development and spiritual growth. It was clear that the teachers’ methods created a nurturing environment for the development of religious character, where the children could practice and internalize religious teachings in a meaningful way. Based on these findings, it was recommended that other institutions adopt similar structured methods to foster religious character, ensuring the integration of religious values into the daily lives of young children. Further research was suggested to focus on the long-term impact of these educational approaches on the children’s moral and spiritual growth, as well as investigate the role of parental involvement in supporting religious education. Teacher training programs were recommended to enhance the educators' ability to implement religious character education effectively, with an emphasis on pedagogical strategies that encouraged the holistic development of children's religious identity, ensuring consistency in the implementation of these practices across educational settings.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of parents in increasing the learning independence of children aged 4-8 years. This research examines the efforts of parents to familiarize their children with independent learning. This research is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. To measure the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation techniques, member checks, and peer discussion. The results of this research show that parents' efforts to increase the learning independence of children aged 4-8 years in Tanjung Village include accompanying children when studying at home, controlling children's daily activities, being good role models, and carrying out habituation and discipline.

Abstract

Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah menggambarkan peranan guru dalam mengembangkan membangun psikologi pembelajaran hafal Al-Qur’an pada anak usia dini di RA Teladan Imam Syafi’i. Sedangkan tujuan penelitiannya adalah untuk mendeskrisikan Peran Guru sebagai pendidik, pembimbing, dan sebagai motivator dalam membangun psikologi pembelajaran hafal Al-Qur’an pada anak usia dini di RA Teladan Imam Syafi’i. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Jenis penelitiannya adalah studi kasus. Adapun Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Peran Guru sebagai pendidik dalam Mengembangkan psikologi pembelajaran hafal Al-Qur’an Pada Anak Usia Dini khususnya kelompok B di RA Telasan Imam Syafi’i adalah sebagai pengayom, pendamping, dan pelayan bagi peserta didiknya. Mengayomi, mendampingi, dan melayani peserta didik merupakan kewajiban dan tanggung jawab seorang guru sebagai pendidik untuk merealisasikan psikologi pembelajaran anak penghafal Al-Qur’an khususnya dalam mengemabangkan nilai spiritual, emosional moral, sosial, dan intelektual dalam pribadinya. 2) Peran Guru sebagai Pembimbing dalam mengembangkan psikologi pembelajaran anak penghafal Al-Qur’an Pada Anak Usia Dini khususnya kelompok B di RA Telasan Imam Syafi’i adalah sebagai pengarah, pengontrol, pemantau, pengawal, dan pengingat yang dalam pelaksanaannya adalah senantiasa menemani, mengarahkan, mengingatkan dan membimbing peserta didik agar memiliki perilaku, budi pekerti, dan akhlak yang baik. Sebagai pembimbing guru tidak hanya membimbing peserta didik dari aspek jasmani tapi juga membangun mental yang baik, perilaku yang baik, dan moral yang baik. Begitu juga halnya ketika guru berperan sebagai pembimbing dalam pembelajaran hafal Alqur’an. Dalam hal ini ada 3 cara yang dilakukan guru RA Teladan Imam Syafi’i sebagai pembimbing psikologi pembelajaran hafal Al-Qur’an pada anak yaitu, encoding, storage, dan retrival. 3)Peranan guru sebagai motivator yaitu guru bisa menganalisis segala sesuatu yang menyebabkan anak didik malas untuk menghafal Al-Qur’an kemudian guru bertindak sebagai pemberi semangat dan memberikan kata-kata sederhana yang mampu diserap anak agar anak memiliki keinginan atau semangat lagi dalam memuroja’ah hafalannya. dengan kata lain untuk dapat menjadi seorang motivator yang hebat bukanlah hal yang sederhana, mengingat begitu kompleksnya masalah-masalah yang berkaitan dengan perilaku individu (siswa), baik yang terkait dengan faktor-faktor internal dari individu itu sendiri maupun keadaan eksternal yang mempengaruhinya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the learning of Audio Visual Media on the language skills of PAUD Mekar Harum I students in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research was conducted in class B2 with 12 students consisting of 6 boys and 6 girls with an age range of 5-6 years. The focus of this research is on the learning process of audio-visual media and language skills, especially on students' speaking skills during the audio-visual media learning process. This research uses a qualitative approach with an exploratory type of field research. Based on the results of the study that in the learning process, there are 3 stages carried out by the teacher, namely the preparation, implementation and assessment/evaluation stages. Preparatory activities are carried out by preparing lesson plans, preparing tools and media. At the implementation stage, the activity process is carried out with three stages, namely opening, core, and closing, while at the learning assessment/evaluation stage it is carried out by giving an assessment according to the results of students' abilities on the assessment sheet about students' attitudes, knowledge and skills. The supporting factors of learning include the availability of facilities, support from the principal, the availability of learning resources, and the teacher's ability to use audio-visual media while the inhibiting factors in the application of audio-visual media are determining videos according to the theme and interests of children, and the occurrence of internet network disruptions. The impact of the application of audio visual media on children's language skills is that it can improve the ability to speak articulation / pronunciation, improve the ability to speak in compiling sentences into a story, and help children in expressing their feelings. The advantages of applying audio visual media are durable and long-lasting, making the video screen on the TV larger in size, saving teacher energy in explaining, providing variations in learning methods, material is easy to understand, and can improve language skills in children. While the shortcomings of the application of audio visual media are cellphone connections to TVs that are often disconnected and cellphone audio visual media connected to this TV need extra care to be safe, not to fall and break.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the role of teachers in improving student achievement at SDN 2 Gondang in the 2024/2025 academic year. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, The research subjects consisted of teachers and students of SDN 2 Gondang. The results showed that teachers have a very important role in encouraging increased student learning achievement, both as educators, facilitators, motivators, mentors, and evaluators. Teachers at SDN 2 Gondang use a variety of active and varied learning methods, such as lectures, group discussions, contextual approaches (CTL), as well as the use of learning media in the form of pictures and teaching aids. In addition, teachers also take an individual approach to students who have learning difficulties, and establish communication with parents through liaison books and digital media. Students' learning achievements improve along with the use of appropriate learning methods and strategies as well as emotional and academic support from teachers. This finding confirms that the role of teachers is crucial in creating a conducive learning environment and encouraging students to achieve optimal learning outcomes.
