Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberi pembekalan untuk peneliti agar mengimplementasikan etika dalam membuat kuisioner, terutama bagi peneliti yang bergabung pada Ikatan Cendekiawan Muda Akuntansi (ICMA). Dalam pembekalan etika dalam membuat kuisioner, tim pengabdian melakukannya secara online. Dalam hal ini tim akan menggunakan teknik edukasi dan pelatihan pada workshop dengan manual untuk memudahkan pemahaman etika dalam membuat kuisioner pada ICMA. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilakukan oleh tim, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa etika dalam membuat kuisioner untuk partisipan pada ICMA telah mencapai kepuasan yang baik.

Abstract

This study examines the percentage of Indonesian households accessing the internet in the past three months, disaggregated by location, during the period 2015–2017. Using secondary data from the National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the study applies descriptive statistics to identify access patterns and chi-square tests to evaluate potential relationships between household conditions and internet access location. The findings show a steady increase in household internet access over the three-year period, with home-based access emerging as the most dominant and growing mode of connectivity. Conversely, access via mobile vehicles declined, while internet use at workplaces and public facilities remained low. Chi-square analysis indicates no significant relationship between household conditions and access location. These results highlight the increasing reliance on household internet access and its potential role in supporting learning and digital literacy in Indonesia. However, persistent disparities across regions and socio-economic groups suggest that policies must go beyond infrastructure expansion to address issues of affordability, inclusiveness, and digital literacy. This study contributes to the literature on digital inclusion and provides implications for policymakers, educators, and stakeholders in advancing equitable access to education in the digital age.

Abstract

Saat ini, banyak kaum muda produktif terutama alumni-alumni perguruan tinggi, telah berinisiatif untuk mengembangkan kegiatan ekonomi dengan membuka usaha dan mempekerjakan banyak orang. Namun terlihat dalam proses produksi, pemasaran, wirausahawan muda ini masih terlihat memiliki kendala, terutama dari cita rasa dan kualitas produk yang belum memiliki keunggulan komparatif dengan produk-produk yang ada. Hal ini disebabkan pengetahuan pembuatan produk hanya meniru produk yang sudah ada serta penguasaan teknologi yang masih terbatas. Indikator Bisnis dan Program Magister Manajemen Institut Bisnis dan Teknologi Pelita Indonesia melaksanakan sosialiasi dan seminar bagi Wirausahawan Muda kota Pekanbaru dengan tema “Pengembangan Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia di Era Technopreneur bagi Wirausahawan Muda Kota Pekanbaru”. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan materi, tahapan sosialisasi dan tanyajawab serta evaluasi penyampaian materi terhadap peserta. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 100 orang peserta. Kegiatan berjalan kondusif dan peserta sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan dan bertanya selama sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab. Kegiatan Sosialisasi dan Seminar bagi wirausahwan muda di Era Technopreneur sebaiknya dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dan konsisten dengan tema dan materi pelatihan yang lebih dinamis disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dunia usaha dan dunia industri.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the effect of the Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, and Total Assets Turnover variables on the Profit Growth. The population in this research were all consumer non cyclicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the samples taken in this research were 43 companies using purposive sampling method. Secondary data were obtained from the IDX. The independent variables used are Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, and Total Assets Turnover. The dependent variable used is Profit Growth. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Analysis using the Smart PLS program. The results of this research indicate that the Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets have a positif and insignificant effect on the Profit Growth. While Total Assets Turnover variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the Profit Growth. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan consumer non cyclicals yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 43 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data sekunder diperoleh dari BEI. Variabel independen yang digunakan adalah Current Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, dan Total Assets Turnover. Sedangkan variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah Pertumbuhan Laba . Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan Program Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel pertumbuhan laba. Sedangkan Total Assets Turnover berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel pertumbuhan laba. Kata Kunci : Consumer Non Cyclicals; Current Ratio; Debt To Equity Ratio; Return On Assets; Total Assets Turnover; Pertumbuhan Laba.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of leverage which moderates the effect of business intelligence, intellectual capital, and financial performance on firm value and is controlled by the variable firm size and sales growth in manufacturing industry companies on the IDX in 2013-2021. This study uses secondary data and panel data, a sample of 420 manufacturing industry companies in 2013-2021. The results of the first model study before moderation show that the independent variables of business intelligence, intellectual capital and company performance have a positive effect on firm value. However, for the leverage variable it has a negative effect on firm value, which shows that the higher the debt owned, the lower the company's value. The application of business intelligence can be done through the improvement of a good integrated system. Companies should optimize their intellectual capital. The use of debt to finance a company can increase the value of the company, this increase should be considered before making a decision by considering the risks that will arise and the cash flows that will be received.
