Abstract

This study aims to present a bibliometric analysis of the research development on public services for disabilities from 2015 to 2023. The study utilizes data from the Scopus database using the keyword "Public services for disabilities" to identify and analyze relevant journal articles, conference proceedings, and books. The search method involves using these keywords in the title, abstract, and keywords of articles. Collected data includes the annual publication count, document types (journal articles, conference proceedings, books), influential primary authors, patterns of co-authorship among authors, and international collaboration among research institutions. Results of the analysis encompass trends in publications in this field, predominant document types, influential primary authors, and patterns of author collaboration. Key findings indicate a significant increase in journal article publications throughout the period, with specific attention to health, policy, technology, and social support aspects for individuals with disabilities. The analysis also highlights the development of specific topics receiving greater attention from researchers. This study provides insights into research dynamics in this field and identifies areas needing further attention to enhance inclusivity and quality of life for individuals with disabilities globally.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze students' perception and expectation values regarding the quality of academic services, the level of student satisfaction with academic services, as well as the cumulative influence of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and the quality of academic services on student satisfaction at the FKIP Sriwijaya University. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative. Questionnaires, documentation, and literature studies were used in data collection. 360 students from the FKIP Faculty of Education at Sriwijaya University were used as samples in this study. The SPSS 26 software was used in the data analysis of this research. The findings of the study indicate that tangibility and responsiveness do not have a significant effect on Student Satisfaction. Meanwhile, reliability, assurance, empathy, and service quality cumulatively have a significant effect on Student Satisfaction. The service quality variable has an influence of 67.50% on student satisfaction. FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya is expected to continue improving the quality of service and maintaining the already good service to always ensure student satisfaction at FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya.

Abstract

Extreme poverty is a multidimensional issue that demands a collaborative, cross-sectoral approach. Through the One OPD, One Fostered Village program, the Maluku Provincial Government aims to facilitate the involvement of five key pentahelix actors—government, private sector, academia, community, and mass media—to accelerate poverty alleviation in priority villages. This study investigates the dynamics of collaboration, the forms of collaborative actions, and the impacts of the pentahelix model in the implementation of the program. Employing a qualitative approach with a focused case study in six priority villages in East Seram Regency, data were gathered through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. Thematic analysis was conducted using the collaboration framework developed. The study offers practical recommendations, including strengthening cross-sectoral coordination, expanding the roles of collaborative actors, developing a sustainability roadmap, and improving policy frameworks to enhance the program’s long-term effectiveness and sustainability. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Paku, Kecamatan Kayuagung, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir, dengan fokus pada pendampingan produksi dan pemasaran digital produk Bolu Cupu. Program ini berangkat dari permasalahan yang dihadapi Industri Rumah Tangga (IRT) Bolu Cupu “Hikmah”, yaitu keterbatasan peralatan produksi, kendala dalam pengadaan bahan baku, serta lemahnya strategi pemasaran dan desain kemasan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, tim pengabdian menerapkan pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan mitra secara aktif dalam setiap tahapan kegiatan. Kegiatan utama meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknologi produksi, pelatihan pemasaran digital, pendampingan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kapasitas produksi maupun strategi pemasaran. Penerapan teknologi tepat guna berupa mixer dan oven tambahan mampu meningkatkan kualitas serta konsistensi produk, sehingga kapasitas produksi naik dari 1.000 menjadi 1.300 unit per hari. Selain itu, pengenalan kemasan baru membuat produk lebih higienis, menarik, dan memiliki nilai jual lebih tinggi. Pada aspek pemasaran, pelatihan digital marketing melalui pemanfaatan media sosial dan marketplace memperluas jangkauan promosi, meskipun masih diperlukan pendampingan lanjutan agar mitra terbiasa membuat konten promosi yang menarik. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan, pengetahuan, dan kemandirian mitra dalam mengelola usaha. Pemberdayaan melalui peningkatan produksi dan strategi pemasaran digital terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pendapatan dan memperkuat daya saing produk lokal. Program ini diharapkan berkelanjutan serta menjadi model pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis potensi lokal yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine how the tax morale of the Indonesian population is influenced by a sense of security. This research uses quantitative methodology. The secondary data used is secondary data from the results of the 7th World Value Survey (WVS) site survey. A total of 3,200 residents aged the same or more than 18 years were the research sample. The research findings show that residents' tax morality is positively and significantly influenced by their sense of security. Education level is one of the sociodemographic elements that positively and significantly influences tax morality; Educated people will definitely have higher tax morality.

Abstract

Palembang is known for its variety of traditional culinary products, including kue basah (traditional wet cakes), which serve both as a cultural identity and an economic opportunity for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). One of the main challenges faced by these MSMEs is low brand recall and brand recognition, particularly among younger consumers who rely on digital media as a reference for purchases. This community service activity aimed to empower kue basah MSMEs through digital innovation by implementing an interactive catalog based on Augmented Reality (AR) as a marketing strategy. The activity employed a participatory approach, including partner situation analysis, AR catalog design, product photography and AR training, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. The training involved the owner and employees of MSMEs Bunda Rayya as well as members of the South Sumatra Cake and Culinary Entrepreneurs Association (Aspenku). The AR catalog enabled consumers to explore 3D product visuals, descriptions, and additional information interactively. Evaluation results showed an increase in the participants’ average score from 62 to 79, with paired t-test analysis indicating a highly significant difference (t(9) = 3.28; p < 0.01), demonstrating the effectiveness of the training in improving product photography skills and AR utilization. This activity enhanced MSMEs’ capacity for digital promotion, strengthened the cultural identity of Palembang’s culinary heritage, fostered consumer engagement, and expanded market opportunities. These findings provide a foundation for the development of sustainable empowerment programs and the replication of digital innovation in other traditional culinary MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the synergy in accelerating the reduction of stunting in  Seram Bagian Timur Regency and to identify the factors that support and hinder the acceleration of stunting reduction in Seram Bagian Timur Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and document studies. This study uses the concept of synergy which includes two main dimensions: communication and coordination. The results of the study indicate that synergy in accelerating the reduction of stunting in Seram Bagian Timur Regency has shown progress through the active role of the local government in communication, cross-sectoral coordination, and the implementation of specific and sensitive interventions. However, the synergy achieved is not yet optimal. In terms of communication, there are still limitations in communication media such as pocketbooks and leaflets, which hinder information dissemination, and two-way communication or feedback has not been effective, as evidenced by the presence of audiences providing irrelevant responses. In terms of coordination, weaknesses lie in the low capacity of some cadres and the lack of awareness among village governments and communities regarding the urgency of stunting. Budget constraints and shortages of health workers such as midwives, nurses, and nutrition educators limit the scope of services, particularly in remote areas. Difficult geographical conditions further complicate efforts to accelerate stunting reduction. Therefore, it is recommended to enhance synergy in accelerating stunting reduction in Seram Bagian Timur District through: strengthening human resources, including improving cadre capacity and equitable distribution of health workers; increasing awareness among village governments and communities about the urgency of stunting; strengthening programme funding; and implementing interventions tailored to the geographical conditions of the area. Abstract

This study seeks to examine the impact of system quality, information quality, and service quality on user satisfaction with the online mail system among students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at Sriwijaya University. Data were collected via a quantitative survey approach utilizing questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The results indicate that system quality, information quality, and service quality positively and significantly influence user satisfaction. This suggests that enhancing system and information quality directly elevates student satisfaction. Thispoints out the importancethe necessity of creating a responsive, informative, and user-friendly online mail system. The administration of FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya ought to leverage these findings to foster ongoing enhancement, concentrating on the augmentation of technological infrastructure, data precision, and user service responsiveness to elevate administrative efficiency and the faculty's service reputation. This study theoretically enhances the DeLone and McLean model regarding digital academic services and offers practical recommendations for managing technology-based services in higher education settings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan Desa Wisata Widosari di Kabupaten Kulon Progo yang menerapkan pendekatan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat (Community-Based Tourism/CBT). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pelaksanaan kebijakan menggunakan model Charles O. Jones yang meliputi aspek organisasi, interpretasi, dan aplikasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui penelusuran berbagai sumber ilmiah seperti jurnal, buku, berita, artikel, serta dokumen kebijakan pariwisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan Desa Wisata Widosari telah berjalan efektif melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya lokal, peran aktif Pokdarwis, serta dukungan pemerintah daerah dalam pengembangan atraksi wisata dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Implementasi prinsip Community-Based Tourism memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan dan pelestarian budaya lokal. Implementasi kebijakan di Desa Wisata Widosari telah berkontribusi dalam memajukan desa wisata yang berdaya secara ekonomi dan sosial
