Abstract

Education plays a central role in the advancement of a nation, while technological progress becomes crucial in the context of education and the increasingly significant evaluation of educational quality. This article aims to explore and implement technology, particularly Excel software, in optimizing grade processing. Using qualitative descriptive research methods, this study provides an explanation of the use of Excel as an assessment tool in learning. By utilizing Excel features such as formulas, filters, and formatting, this research demonstrates that this technology can be a powerful tool in creating a structured, easy-to-understand, and adaptable system tailored to individual needs. The results of this study highlight the potential of Excel as an effective tool in simplifying the summative grading process in Islamic Education (PAI), offering educators the opportunity to design more measurable and adaptive assessments according to student needs. Therefore, the implications of this research suggest that the use of Excel technology in the context of Islamic Education can significantly contribute to enhancing the quality of learning and educational evaluation overall.

Abstract

Toko Putri at Pondok Pesantren Al-Mashduqiah serves as a provider of necessities for students and the surrounding community. In an era of increasingly fierce competition, service quality has become a key factor in attracting and retaining customers. This journal uses a literature review method to analyze various business communication strategies that can be applied to improve service quality at Toko Putri, referencing literature published after 2020. This study aims to analyze the business communication strategies implemented at Putri Store in Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School to improve service quality. Effective communication is key to attracting and retaining customers. Employee training in communication skills has proven to enhance the ability to provide friendly and responsive service. The implementation of a feedback system also provides valuable insights for management to make continuous improvements in the services provided. By implementing the right communication strategies, Toko Putri has successfully increased customer satisfaction and built strong loyalty. This study is expected to contribute to the development of business communication strategies in the retail sector, particularly in the boarding school environment. Additionally, the results of this study can serve as a reference for other stores seeking to improve service quality through effective communication.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic business ethics in managing business units at Pesantren Al-Mashduqiah. Islamic business ethics emphasize values such as honesty, justice, trustworthiness, and responsibility as the foundation of economic activities. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach through interviews and direct observation. The results indicate that integrating Islamic business ethics with pesantren business management enhances consumer trust, strengthens business sustainability, and provides positive social impacts for the surrounding community. Beyond its educational role, Pesantren Al-Mashduqiah has succeeded in developing economic independence through professionally managed and sharia-compliant business units. These findings confirm that applying Islamic business ethics can serve as an effective strategy for developing pesantren business units oriented toward blessing and communal well-being.
