Manajemen Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah adalah suatu usaha yang dilakukan Kepala Sekolah untuk mempengaruhi, mendorong, membimbing, mengarahkan dan menggerakan bahkan memberdayakan guru, staf, siswa, orang tua siswa dan pihak terkait untuk bekerja atau berperan aktif dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan. Kualitas pendidikan dalam artikel ini adalah kemampuan sistem pendidikan dalam mengelola dan memproses pendidikan secara berkualitas dan efektif untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah dan menghasilkan output dan outcome yang berkualitas. sehingga kebutuhan konsumen dan kepuasan pelanggan terpenuhi. Manajemen kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan di suatu organisasi sekolah. Dalam penulisan ini, digunakan pendekatan metode penelitian perpustakaan,(Library Research) yang melibatkan penyelidikan atas suatu permasalahan dengan mempertimbangkan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif sebagai cara untuk mencari solusinya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Manajemen Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan . (2) Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah yang ideal memberikan pengaruh bagi meningkatnya kualitas pembelajaran dan tercapainya tujuan pendidikan secara maksimal.

In the rapidly evolving landscape of the 21st century, the field of education faces unprecedented challenges that demand innovative solutions. This study delves into the transformation of Islamic education management as a response to the challenges posed by the 21st-century era. Drawing on a blend of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, this research explores the theoretical underpinnings of educational management, the principles of transformative education, and the specific issues confronting Islamic education in the contemporary era. By analyzing the findings, this study illuminates how the strategic transformation of Islamic education management can effectively address the multifaceted challenges presented by the 21st century. The conclusions drawn from this study emphasize the significance of reimagining traditional educational practices to align with the demands of the modern world, while remaining rooted in the principles of Islamic pedagogy and values.

The family is a living unit that provides a child's learning situation. The main task of the family for children's education is to lay the foundation for education. This means that families must also understand problems or matters related to how to educate children according to child development. The family's contribution to children's education is that children are trained to master how to take care of themselves, for example eating, talking, walking, praying. This is closely related to the child's personal development. This research method is literature, namely collecting important data or documents and looking at the nature of the research analyzed through qualitative research which is a descriptive research. ;1. Prioritizing religious and moral education for children. 2. Fulfillment of family income. Automatically Islamic education will become 5 parts 1) High moral formation due to Islamic education, without neglecting physical education, reason and practical knowledge; 2) Preparing and equipping children to look at life in this world and in the hereafter; 3) Grow and develop all aspects that can provide benefits; 4) Providing and cultivating scientific tips and enthusiasm by studying various sciences for the sake of science itself; and 5) Providing provision of professional skills for survival as capital for making a living

The process of forming a quality character needs to be formed early on and must be as maximal as possible. However, character education alone is not enough to build good character. Character education methods are needed that not only develop aspects of moral development but are also spiritually based, which were extracted from experts who were experts at the time, namely Imam Al-Ghazali. This research is library research, the data collection is done by means of data documentation. Meanwhile, the data was analyzed using an interpretation of the urgency of the context of child formation. The results of the research show that the urgency of character formation from Imam Al-Ghazali's perspective aims to make a noble soul, not just a mere process, nothing but a process that has a spirit, every activity is shown to the virtues consisting of moral values. The highest moral value is monotheism, namely the oneness of Allah Subhanahuwata'ala and noble character.

Higher education quality management must be able to provide quality programs and services so as to encourage increased utilization of student graduate output in order to encourage the realization of quality services. The SCL method must be able to change the mindset of students' learning systems, namely; 1) knowledge is seen as something that is ready-made, just transferred from lecturer to student, becoming knowledge or the result of the transformation of someone who learns; 2) learning to receive knowledge (passive-receptive), which is a process of seeking and constructing (forming) active and specific knowledge; and 3) carry out an instruction that has been designed, then carry out various strategies that can help students learn. The SCL method approach to improving Unzah students' soft skills emphasizes individual interests, needs and abilities, namely the learning model of giving priority to continuing to explore their intrinsic motivation in building a society that likes learning. while improving the quality of human resources needed by society and being able to adapt to changes and developments over time.

Education is a shared responsibility. Stakeholder involvement is very important in improving the quality of education. Stakeholders have different roles and responsibilities in realizing educational goals. Building effective partnerships and collaboration between stakeholders is the key to improving the quality of education. This article discusses the role of stakeholders in improving the quality of education based on analysis of data and facts, as well as quotes from experts' opinions. Several suggestions are also presented for increasing the role of stakeholders in education. In conclusion, by understanding the role of stakeholders and implementing appropriate strategies, schools can utilize existing potential and resources to improve the quality of education in a sustainable manner.

Integrated Islamic Schools have great potential to become superior educational institutions. This article discusses strategies and programs to improve the quality of education in Integrated Islamic Schools, including: Improving the quality of the curriculum, teachers and learning environment, strengthening competitiveness, increasing accountability and transparency, building a culture of quality, increasing efficiency and effectiveness. The implementation of these strategies and programs must be adapted to the conditions of each Integrated Islamic School. Commitment and cooperation from all parties is required, as well as involving external parties if necessary. With continued efforts, Integrated Islamic Schools can become quality educational institutions and provide benefits to society.

Improving the quality of Islamic education in a sustainable manner requires joint commitment from all stakeholders. This article discusses the importance of building joint commitment and implementing Sustainable Islamic Education Quality Management. Sustainable Islamic Education Quality Management is a systematic and structured approach to ensure that Islamic educational institutions consistently and sustainably meet or even exceed the needs and expectations of their stakeholders. This article explains the steps to build joint commitment, strategies for strengthening commitment, the benefits of implementing Sustainable Islamic Education Quality Management, and strategies for overcoming challenges in its implementation. In conclusion, building a joint commitment and implementing Sustainable Islamic Education Quality Management is very important to improve the quality of Islamic education. With the right strategy, Sustainable Islamic Education Quality Management can be implemented successfully and provide benefits for all stakeholders.

This study was purposed on determining the state of teachers’ quality manajement organization commitment and achievement motivation in pondok pesantren Al- Huda subdistrict Batanghari Nuban Lampung Timur as an endeavour to enhance teachers’ performances. This research is a case study by employing descriptive quantitative approach. The data source is primary and secondary data which obtained through interview, observation, field note, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted into three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The conclusion of the research is teachers’ organization commitment is not fully affect to teachers performances. It is due to the higher teachers’ achievement motivation to create one of the school objectives, so it can be stated that teachers performances is Good.
