Abstract

Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Islam yang efektif dan berkelanjutan diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Artikel ini membahas langkah-langkah dan faktor penting dalam membangun Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Islam   yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. Faktor-faktor penting dalam membangun Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Islam   yang efektif dan berkelanjutan meliputi budaya mutu, keterlibatan semua pemangku kepentingan, pemanfaatan TIK, peningkatan kompetensi tenaga pendidik, penguatan sarana dan prasarana, kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak, dan peningkatan pendanaan. Dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah dan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor penting ini, diharapkan lembaga pendidikan Islam dapat mewujudkan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Islam   yang efektif dan berkelanjutan, sehingga mutu pendidikan Islam dapat ditingkatkan secara berkelanjutan dan menghasilkan generasi yang beriman, berilmu, dan berakhlak mulia.

Abstract

Organizing is a process of classifying and dividing activities/work according to the expected goals of an organization, so that by organizing tasks and responsibilities can be divided among the administrators so that everything can run effectively. In organizing this article, we review the factors that influence it, namely: Human Resources, Goals and Organizational Structure. a study of Human Resource Management literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: (1) Human or human resource management in an organization influences the organizing process related to the implementation of the organization itself. (2) Organizational goals influence organizing, where in its activities the organization must be oriented towards organizational goals. (3) The organizational structure influences organizing because the organizational structure regulates, including the division of tasks and authority, in a simple organizational concept map.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the concept, relevance, and implementation of an integrative curriculum based on Islamic values ​​in the context of modern education. An Islamic value-based curriculum is an educational approach that combines general knowledge with Islamic teachings holistically, aiming to produce a generation with Islamic character with intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence. This study uses a qualitative method with literature studies to analyze the basic principles of the Islamic curriculum, such as monotheism, morals, balance, relevance, and integration of knowledge. The results of the study indicate that this curriculum has strong relevance in building the morals and character of students amidst the challenges of globalization. The implementation of a curriculum based on Islamic values ​​faces various challenges, including limited human resources and infrastructure, but has great potential to be implemented in Islamic educational institutions. This study recommends intensive training for teachers, development of Islamic-based teaching materials, and continuous evaluation of the implementation of this curriculum. This research is expected to provide a significant contribution to the development of Islamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HR) in Islamic education is an important aspect in realizing optimal education quality. This article discusses the concept and strategy of HR management in the context of Islamic education, focusing on the important role of educators, education managers, and other stakeholders in creating a conducive environment for student development. Islamic education emphasizes moral and spiritual values ​​in the learning process, so HR management must involve aspects of faith, ethics, and professional competence. The managerial approach in HR management in Islamic education includes recruitment, training, evaluation, and career development of educators that are not only based on academic ability, but also on personality and faith qualities. In this case, effective HR management can improve educator performance and improve the overall quality of education. Therefore, HR management in Islamic education is not only aimed at producing quality educators, but also at forming people with noble morals, in accordance with Islamic teachings. This article is expected to provide insight for education managers in designing and implementing a better HR management system in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

The organization of Islamic educational institutions plays an important role in creating an effective education system that is in accordance with Islamic values. Islamic educational institutions, both at the formal and non-formal levels, require a clear organizational structure to achieve optimal educational goals. This article discusses various aspects of organizing Islamic educational institutions, including the role of leaders, human resource management, and curriculum management based on Islamic principles. This article also explains the importance of collaboration between various parties, such as teachers, parents, and the community, to create an educational environment that supports the development of character and intelligence of students. In addition, this study also discusses the challenges faced by Islamic educational institutions in facing developments in the era, such as technological changes and globalization. Good organization in Islamic educational institutions is expected to form individuals who are not only intellectually intelligent, but also strong in faith and morals. This study concludes that in order to achieve the ideal goals of Islamic education, Islamic educational institutions need to apply effective, flexible, and adaptive managerial principles to the dynamics of society.

Abstract

This article will discuss the problems faced in implementing the implementation of integrated quality management in SMP IT Wahdatul Ummah Metro City in improving the quality of graduates. The purpose of this study is to develop an effective quality management system starting from planning, implementation and evaluation to improve the quality of graduates at the IT Wahdatul Ummah Middle School in Metro City. This qualitative research was conducted through interviews with a sample of participants. The goal is to gain a better understanding of their experiences with mental illness. This research includes data on principals, vice principals for curriculum, vice principals for student affairs, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and documentation. Both methods provide valuable information that can be used to improve the quality of life of residents in a particular area. Another way to check the validity of data is to use source triangulation. This can be done by looking at different sources of information to see if they support each other. If data is found to be invalid, it may need to be revised or completely rewritten. Data analysis in this study includes triangulation and reference materials. Triangulation is a data analysis method that uses various sources of information to form a more accurate picture. Reference materials are documents or sources of information that can be used to help corroborate or support data analysis. this study found that the implementation of integrated quality management can improve the achievement of school goals starting from the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages are all important aspects of this process. Setting the school's vision, mission and goals is an important part of improving student achievement and the quality of graduates. Programs and activities must be oriented and focused on improving student achievement and meeting customer needs and satisfaction. Continuous improvement in all areas of the school's services is essential to ensure that the school remains focused on its goals.

Abstract

When Islamic educational institutions have low student achievement scores, teachers become the main target because they are considered ineffective, unimaginative, and boring. Therefore, it is widely believed that in order to meet this problem, Islamic educational institutions need access to higher quality human resources. This research is qualitative, in the form of a literature review. The main purpose of this study is to explain the basics, objectives, and phases of growth and training in Islamic educational institutions, as well as the criticality of practicing them. The human resources of Islamic educational institutions can be made more competent and professional through training, while development can motivate those already on staff to focus their ingenuity and initiative in new directions. Knowledge, problem solving skills, ability to foster morale, reduce stress and frustration, increase job satisfaction, independence and hard work, and ability to face modern challenges are all enhanced through planning, design, training, development and evaluation stages. Islamic educational institutions must conduct coaching and training efficiently if they want to produce superior educators and education.

Abstract

Education in Islam should be managed as well as possible. Management of Islamic education is one way to improve the quality of life of people from backwardness, both morally, materially, and spiritually. Good management will certainly produce good results in accordance with the expected plans and goals. The formulation of the problem in this research are: 1) How is the planning of learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an in a special program at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Darul Huffaz for the academic year 2021/2022? 2) How is the implementation of tahfidz Al-Quran learning in a special program at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Darul Huffaz for the 2021/2022 academic year? and 3) How is the evaluation of tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning in a special program at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Darul Huffaz for the 2021/2022 academic year?. so the objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the planning of learning Al-Qur'an tahfidz in a special program at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Darul Huffaz Academic Year 2021/2022, 2) To find out the implementation of learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an in a special program at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Darul Huffaz Academic Year 2021/2022., and 3) To find out the evaluation of learning tahfidz Al-Qur'an in a special program at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Darul Huffaz for the Academic Year 2021/2022. Based on the formulation and research objectives that the author has described, the method used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study found that: 1) Learning Planning uses rote targets prepared by the teacher Tahfidz waka of the curriculum and the head of the madrasa through coordination meetings. Tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning is included in local content subjects., 2) The implementation of learning is carried out in two stages, namely the pre-learning stage and the core learning stage.. 3) Learning evaluation uses an assessment in the form of a rote deposit system. But the implementation time is also like with other subjects, namely by doing daily deposit tests, also by making deposit tests at the end of each semester.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of technology and information, many schools have emerged by presenting new educational concepts. This makes schools in various places in Indonesia vying to make their schools so much in demand by students. This high level of competition makes school management need to formulate marketing strategies to increase interest in entering their educational institutions. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the use of digital media as a means of communication is very relevant considering the target market, namely prospective students and parents of students, also uses the media a lot. Strategies that can be carried out by educational institutions in the context of marketing communication are: Publication (Publication and Publicity), Event (Programming events), News (Creating news), Community involvement (Caring for the community), Inform or image (Notifying or gaining an image) , Lobbying and Negotiation (Approach and Negotiation), Social Responsibility (social responsibility). Marketing optimization can be done by using digital media channels, including: utilizing school websites, school social media, online communities, email marketing and digital advertising.
