Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang potensi retribusi parkir dalam meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah Kota Parepare periode 2015-2019. yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi retribusi parkir terhadap pendapatan asli daerah Kota Parepare, sebagai manfaat untuk menambah wawasan tentang pemungutan retribusi parkir di Kota Parepare. Analisis yang dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini menggunan metode analisis potensi, dari periode 2015-2019. Adapun variabel penelitiannya adalah retribusi parkir di Kota Parepare. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi retribusi parkir terhadap pendapatan asli daerah Kota Parepare cenderung mengalami kenaikan dari tahun 2015-2019, adapun implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah: Penerimaan retribusi parkir perlu ditingkatkan untuk lebih menunjang Pendapatan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah Kota Parepare, Lahan parkir yang terdapat di Kota Parepare perlu pengawasan yang lebih ketat lagi agar parkir liar tidak semakin menyebar di mana-mana inilah yang menyebakan pengelolaan parkir tidak berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Kompetensi Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Balo’tawilayah Sulawesi-selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan KSP. Balo’tawilayah Sulawesi-selatan dengan mengambil delapan kantor cabang yang berjumlah 45 karyawan. Pengambilan data menggunakan teknik sampling yaitu sampling jenuh yang didistribusikan kepada 45 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, dengan bantuan software SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sementara kompetensi karyawan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kompetensi karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh tingkat signifikansi f hitung> f tabel(F hitung 14,441 > F tabel 2,85) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 maka tingkat signifikan<dari 0,05 Uji F.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk ini memeriksa interaksi antara lingkungan kerja dan budaya organisasi serta pengaruh kolektifnya terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Parepare. Penelitian ini menilai dampak aspek fisik, sosial, dan psikologis lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja personel. Selain itu, penelitian ini menggali peran budaya organisasi, meneliti bagaimana nilai bersama membentuk perilaku pegawai dan kinerja organisasi. Melalui analisis yang komprehensif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman teoritis dan memberikan wawasan praktis, memberikan informasi strategis untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen sumber daya manusia dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang maksimalkan potensi pegawai di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Parepare. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada diskusi lebih luas tentang efektivitas organisasi dalam konteks pelestarian lingkungan dan pembangunan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This journal discusses how to improve the performance of large companies through effective Human Resource (HR) plans. The research examined a wide range of companies and found that proactive career planning, skills-focused training, and adaptive performance appraisals can positively affect organizational performance. Abstract

This study aims to find out and find the relationship between the disciplinary and compensation variables on employee performance at the One-Stop Single Administration System Joint Office (SAMSAT) in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, both partially and simultaneously.The analytical method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Partial Test (t test), Simultaneous test (F test) and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2 test) with a sample of 43 respondents.The results showed that work discipline (X1) had a positive and partially significant effect on the performance (Y) of employees at the One-Stop Single Administration System Joint Office (SAMSAT) in Sidenreng Rappang Regency, with a t-count value of 3.278 > ttable 2.021 and a significant value of 0.002 <0.05. Competence (X2) has a positive and partially significant effect on the performance (Y) of employees at the One-Stop Single Administration System Joint Office (SAMSAT) Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a tcount value of 3.057 > ttable 2.021 and a significant value of 0.004 <0.05. Each variable has a positive and significant simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at the Joint Office of the One-Stop Single Administration System (SAMSAT) in Sidenreng Rappang Regency with an Fcount of 100.533 > Ftable 3.23 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The digital transformation of Human Resource Management (HRM) has become a strategic issue in response to rapid technological advancements and changing organizational environments. This study aims to systematically examine the development, key themes, and challenges of digital HRM transformation through a systematic literature review (SLR). Literature was collected from reputable academic databases, including Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar, covering publications from 2015 to 2024. The findings indicate that HRM transformation encompasses the digitalization of HR processes, the adoption of artificial intelligence and HR analytics, the strategic repositioning of the HR function, and changes in employee experience and work patterns. Nevertheless, the literature also highlights critical challenges related to ethical concerns, algorithmic bias, data privacy, and digital capability readiness. This study concludes that digital HRM transformation represents a complex and ongoing socio-technical process that requires the integration of technology, human capabilities, and organizational strategy. The findings are expected to contribute to the advancement of digital HRM literature and provide conceptual insights for managerial practice and future research.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal and analyze how much influence customer value and brand image to customer satisfaction PT Bussan Auto Finance Parepare. In this research, the authors used a sample with the Slovin formula to obtain a sample size of 383 customers. The data analysis technique used to process the questionnaire result data was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that all independent variables, namely customer value (0.441) and brand image (0.484), had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, in this case, customer satisfaction at PT Bussan Auto Finance Parepare, this is evidenced by the statistical results Fhitung of 353.562 with a significance value of 0.000. Therefore the significance value is smaller than 0.05. So this research is successful in proving the hypothesis which states that it is assumed that customer value and brand image have partially and simultaneously positive effects on customer satisfaction at PT Bussan Auto Finance Parepare.

Using a descriptive qualitative method, the study found that PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Parepare successfully implemented effective training such as On the Job Training (OJT) and Off the Job Training (Off-JT), which enhanced employees' skills and knowledge. This strategy improved productivity, efficiency, adaptability to changes, employee satisfaction, retention, and a positive work culture. In conclusion, the human resource development strategy at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Kota Parepare has improved employee performance and had a positive impact on the company. This strategy must continue to be implemented and adjusted to meet labor market needs to ensure optimal employee performance
