Abstract

This research focuses on Digital Marketing Strategies to Increase Consumer Product Sales in the Digital Era. The findings highlight the positive role of digital marketing strategies, such as online advertising campaigns and consumer data analysis, in boosting sales. Technology Acceptance Theory and the Consumer Behavior Model are utilized to understand consumer responses. The results indicate that TAM concepts, like usefulness and ease of use, significantly influence consumer acceptance of online advertising campaigns. By understanding the consumer journey stages and personalizing messages, companies can create relevant customer experiences. Consumer data analysis helps companies stay competitive in the evolving digital market. The research conclusion emphasizes the need for continuous adaptation to technology and consumer behaviour for company success in the digital era.

Abstract

This reseacch aims to determine whether motivation and work ability have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Parepare City branch. This thesis uses a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collection methods through observation and questionnaires. Based on research, the results and conclusions obtained are that motivation variables influence employee performance. Based on the results of the t test, the calculated t value was 2.323 with a significant value of 0.032<0.05. The work ability variable influences employee performance. Based on the results of the t test, the calculated t value was 3.326 with a significant value of 0.004<0.05. And motivation and work ability variables influence employee performance in the study of PT Pegadaian Parepare City branch employees. Based on the results of the f test, the calculated f value was 48.021 with a significant value of 0.000<0.00.

Abstract

The importance of competence in performance management is also reflected in relation to individual behavior. Performance management not only involves technical aspects, but also how individuals demonstrate behavior that supports goal achievement. By understanding the complexity of the role of HR, especially civil servants at BAPPEDA Sidrap, this research aims to explore the relationship between work performance assessment, training, and competency development as the main factors in improving performance. Quantitative data, namely data obtained in the form of numbers that relate to the problems discussed in this research can be calculated such as income values ​​and other data that can support the discussion. Qualitative data, namely data obtained through a list of statements (questionnaires) from selected respondents and information related to the problems discussed in this research. The research results support that the training variable (X1) positively and significantly affects performance. This is shown in the Regression Coefficient X1 value of 0.397 which states that every 1 unit increase in training will increase training by 0.397 units. A probability value that is smaller than 5%, namely 0.000 0.05, indicates that training has a positive effect on performance. Training (X1) and Competency (X2) have a positive effect on the performance (Y) of employees at the Sidenreng Rappang Regency Bappeda Office. Statistical analysis shows a significance (Sig) of 0.05 and Fcount Ftable. Partially, Training (X1) and Competency (X2) also have a significant effect, with a Sig value of 0.05 and t count t table.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of work discipline and employee responsibilities at the West Bacukiki District Office, Parepare City. The approach method used is a qualitative descriptive type and data collection techniques use observation and interviews. In this research, primary data sources were used in the form of data obtained in the field during interviews and secondary data in the form of data from important documents at the West Bacukiki District Office, Parepare City. The results of the research show that the implementation of work discipline and employee responsibility at the West Bacukiki Parepare District Office is still not good. This can be seen from leaders and employees who do not comply with office operating hours, employees who do not make the best use of their time in carrying out their duties, not targeting their work, and employees' daily work reports that are not carried out.
