Abstract

Research objectives to analyze the law of sale and purchase agreements for goods in the automotive component industry based on the Civil Code (KUH Perdata) to provide legal certainty. This study uses Empirical Legal Studies , combining normative legal research, which focuses on literature studies, legislation, and legal principles related to the law of obligations and valid agreement requirements , with empirical legal research, which includes interviews and analysis of general cooperation agreements. The novelty of this research lies in adapting and developing a specific agreement relevant to the automotive component industry , moving beyond the general provisions of Article 1457 of the Civil Code to comprehensively regulate the rights and obligations of both parties, thereby acting as a solution for legal certainty in the supply chain. Findings show that implementing a clear and specific 16-article component Sale and Purchase Agreement in PT Bonecom Tricom's transactions with its suppliers, particularly those that fulfill the requirements of Article 1320 of the Civil Code , has a significant positive impact on supplier performance. For instance, a comparison of five target suppliers in the period January–June 2024 and January–June 2025 indicated an average performance increase of 0.18 points. This indicates that clear legal stipulations effectively improve compliance and performance in quality and delivery. The concludes that the Component Sale and Purchase Agreement successfully serves as a binding legal instrument to ensure legal certainty and is a concrete measure to enhance supplier performance within the company's supply chain. Abstract

In the digital age, the rapid dissemination of information often exceeds legal boundaries, making defamation on social media a complex social issue. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of laws on defamation cases on social media, particularly the effectiveness of the Electronic Information and Transaction Law (EIT Law) and the challenges in its application. The method used is a normative juridical approach with analysis of legislation, court decisions, and related legal literature. The results of the study show that, although the ITE Law has a strong legal framework, its implementation is hampered by difficulties in proving cases, lengthy court proceedings, and low public awareness of the limits of expression in cyberspace. These findings highlight the need for improvements in the reporting system, enhanced law enforcement capabilities, and digital education. This research increases understanding of legal changes in the digital age that affect public policy and the protection of human rights.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Hospitals can be established by the Central Government, Regional Government, or the Community. Hospital management organized by the Government can apply the financial management pattern of BLU or BLUD. Hospital independence can be achieved through healthy business processes. The dual role of hospitals as public services and business entities. The commercial health sector is increasingly closely linked to the global health industry. Collaboration between BLU hospitals and private business entities is often manifested in KSO contracts. KSO contracts must contain legal principles (rechtbeginselen) which serve as basic norms and guidelines in the formation or creation of legal regulations. The principle of personality in KSO contracts is important to ensure the parties' performance is balanced. This study uses a normative or doctrinal legal research methodology by examining primary legal sources in the form of KSO contracts between BLU hospitals and private business entities, the Civil Code, and other material laws. A study was also conducted on secondary legal sources in the form of legal materials consisting of books or legal journals regarding legal principles, the views of legal doctrines, and the results of legal research. Abstract

Masyarakat Indonesia menghadapi tantangan ganda dalam era transformasi digital, yakni kesenjangan akses pendidikan berkualitas dan degradasi kognitif akibat fenomena brain rot yang dipicu konsumsi konten digital berkualitas rendah secara berlebihan. Merespons kondisi tersebut, program Proyek Berbasis Masyarakat Universitas (PBMU) Universitas Siber Muhammadiyah merancang model edukasi interdisipliner berbasis webinar dan platform Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) sebagai solusi pemberdayaan yang inklusif dan melampaui batasan geografis maupun ekonomi. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui analisis dokumen terhadap empat program PBMU yang dilaksanakan pada September 2025 hingga Januari 2026, dengan total peserta mencakup pengelola BUMDes, pelaku UMKM, mahasiswa, dan ibu rumah tangga dari berbagai wilayah Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi proposal, laporan pelaksanaan, hasil pre-test dan post-test, serta evaluasi kepuasan peserta. Hasil kajian menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta yang signifikan, dengan nilai terendah naik dari 30 menjadi rentang 60–100, tingkat kepuasan mencapai 82–89,4%, dan completion rate platform MOOC 4u.mooc.or.id sebesar 80%, jauh melampaui rata-rata global sebesar 5–15%. Kolaborasi enam disiplin ilmu terbukti menghasilkan pemahaman holistik terhadap permasalahan kompleks masyarakat sekaligus membangun self-efficacy peserta untuk berinisiatif secara ekonomi.
