Abstract

ABSTRAKAdanya berbagai tuntutan stakeholder dan semakin meningkatnya kesadaranperusahaan akan keharusan bertanggungjawab secara sosial dan berlaku etisdalam menjalankan bisnisnya maka konsep tanggung jawab sosial perusahaanatau Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) menjadi bagian penting yangharus dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui motif pelaksanaanCSR perusahaan di dua negara yaitu PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk CilacapPlant Indonesia dan Delegation of the European Union to Malaysia. Metodepenelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dan termasuk kedalam jenispenelitian deskriptif kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motif PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk CilacapPlant Indonesia dan Delegation of the European Union to Malaysia dalammelaksanakan program CSR adalah bentuk perwujudan dari praktek bisnisyang bertanggung jawab sosial (Socially Responsibility Bussiness Practices)dan sebagai komitmen bisnis atas usaha bisnis yang dilakukannya untukberkontribusi mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hal ini dilakukandengan cara memberikan dukungan dalam kegiatan pengembanganmasyarakat (community development) melalui capacity building berupapemberian pelatihan dan pendampingan pada masyarakat penerima manfaat dibidang pendidikan, kesehatan dan lingkungan serta pemberian bantuan modalusaha di bidang ekonomi / UMKM sebagai upaya mewujudkan kesejahteraanmasyarakat serta menciptakan visibilitas dan meningkatkan reputasi positifperusahaan di mata stakeholdernya.

Abstract

The lack of public awareness and knowledge of the importance of managing household waste independently through a waste bank; The unavailability of an online information system that functions as communication, information and education related to the management of waste banks; Do not have promotional media for krajinan products originating from household waste; The lack of support from the village government in managing waste independently through this waste bank is a problem that occurs in garbage banks located in RW 17 Kradenan, Banyuraden Village, Gamping District, Sleman Regency, DIY. Based on these problems, this community service aims to empower the Kradenan Berseri waste bank through an online-based information system (SIOn). The use of online-based information systems (SIOn) will have an impact, waste banks are able to adapt quickly to stakeholder needs. In addition, this online-based information system (SIOn) can be used as a media for promotion and education as well as literacy related to the importance of managing household waste through waste banks to the public.

Abstract

Natural disasters are events that often occur in Southeast Asia, including in Indonesia. As it is situated in the ring of fire area and has faced different kinds of natural disaster events, Indonesia has their own experiences in disaster risk management, one of which is the involvement and active role of the community. Therefore, this study will analyze the important role of Umbulharjo Merapi Monitoring Community (UMMC)––a community that focuses on monitoring Mount Merapi in the Special Region of Yogyakarta––that is committed as the provider of information regarding Merapi condition through a direct monitor and plays the role in initiating programs that focus on disaster mitigation. The results of this study aims to show that the role of the community is necessarily required in the mitigation program so that it can be a reference for disaster management models in disaster-prone areas in the Southeast Asian region. This study used a qualitative descriptive method and the data were obtained through an in-depth interview process involving community members, academicians and the government of Sleman Regency. The results of the study revealed that the disaster mitigation carried out by UMMC consisted of four stages that are: identification, analysis, treating, monitoring and evaluation. Through these four stages, several programs for disaster risk reduction are arranged, such as counselling, training, collaborating with stakeholders, and mentoring.

Abstract

During COVID-19, the micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) sector was the most affected. Many MSMEs went out of business due to failing to adapt to these conditions. MSME Batik Lurik Mozaik Sumberadi Sleman Yogyakarta is one of the MSMEs affected and needs digital marketing assistance in marketing. This service method is carried out through several stages. The preparation stage was conducted through observations, interviews, and focus group discussions (FGD) to get an initial assessment. After that, the implementation, monitoring and feedback stages were also held. This service program has succeeded in increasing the knowledge of Lurik Mozaik MSME managers regarding digital marketing and repackaging by 85%. The implication is that MSME Batik Lurik Mozaik Sumberadi Sleman can expand its marketing network and focus on developing digital-based marketing quality.

AbstrakDalam mensosialisasikantagline baru kepada seluruh masyarakat kota Yogyakarta dibutuhkan proses sosialisasi dan disini peranan Humas Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta sebagai komunikator dan mediator antara pemerintah dan masyarakat kota Yogyakarta sangat penting. Di era komunikasi digital, pemanfaatan media komunikasi Digital Public Relations (PR) menjadi hal urgent yang dapat dilakukan dalam proses sosialisasi.Dengan memanfaatkan Digital PR, diharapkan proses sosialisasi Jogja Istimewa sebagai branding baru Kota Yogyakarta lebih cepat, tepat dan efektif  tersosialisasi kepada seluruh elemen masyarakat di Kota Yogyakarta. Dengan demikian Daerah IstimewaYogyakarta Yang Lebih Berkarakter, Berbudaya, Maju, Mandiri dan Sejahtera Menyongsong Peradaban Baru dapat dengan mudah terwujud. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dan termasuk kedalam jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian deskriptif menurut Whitney (dalam Nazir, 1988: 63) yaitu penelitian untuk pencarian fakta dengan interpretasi yang tepat. Mempelajari masalah-masalah dalam masyarakat, Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Humas Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta dengan pengkhususan pada implementasi digital Public Relations (PR) dalam mensosialisasikan “jogja Istimewa”.  Kata Kunci: Digital, Public Relations, Sosialisasi

Abstract

A lava flood disaster is a volcanic hazard that often occurs when heavy rains are happening at the top of a volcano. This flood carries volcanic material from upstream to downstream of the river, affecting populous areas located quite far from the volcano peak. Therefore, an advanced early warning system of cold lava floods is inarguably vital. This paper aims to present a reliable, remote, Early Warning System (EWS) specifically designed for lava flood detection, along with its disaster communication system. The proposed system consists of two main subsystems: lava flood detection and disaster communication systems. It utilizes a modified automatic rain gauge; a novel configured vibration sensor; Fuzzy Tree Decision algorithm; ESP microcontrollers that support IoT, and disaster communication tools (WhatsApp, SMS, radio communication). According to the experiment results, the prototype of rainfall detection using the tipping bucket rain gauge sensor can measure heavy and moderate rainfall intensities with 81.5% accuracy. Meanwhile, the prototype of earthquake vibration detection using a geophone sensor can remove noise from car vibrations with a Kalman filter and measure vibrations in high and medium intensity with an accuracy of 89.5%. Measurements from sensors are sent to the webserver. The disaster mitigation team uses data from the webserver to evacuate residents using the disaster communication method. Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a way to build a company’s positive reputation. In the new media era and during the COVID-19 pandemic, online media has become an effective communication medium for companies to communicate CSR and build a positive reputation among stakeholders. This study examines BRI Peduli CSR communication during the COVID-19 pandemic through online media on the bri.co.id website that can increase BRI’s positive reputation. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with case study method, data collection is done by in-depth interview and literature study. The data analysis technique was carried out by triangulating sources to get accurate results regarding CSR communications during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results show that effective CSR communication between companies and communities that are beneficiaries of CSR programs will greatly determine the program’s success. The CSR program is an official communication channel so that all stakeholders get accountable and reliable information. BRI has also applied the principle of digitization to new media but has not yet reached the level of interactivity and audience-generated media. Online media can build a positive image and be reported CSR Program massively during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini perlunya teknologi informasi bagi masyarakat desa menjadi hal penting yang harus dipenuhi. Dalam hal ini pemerintah desa harus memiliki Sistem Informasi Desa  (SID) untuk masyarakat, dengan berbasis pada kemajuan teknologi informasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan, kondisi Kecamatan Nengahan Trimurti, Kabupaten Bantul Yogyakarta memiliki beberapa masalah utama, yaitu belum memiliki sistem informasi berbasis web di tingkat Dukuh terkait dengan profil dukuh, sistem informasi desa yang belum optimal untuk mendukung kegiatan administrasi pemerintahan. Metode program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan sebagai solusi dari masalah yang ada untuk mendukung digitalisasi kelembagaan dusun berbasis teknologi informasi diantaranya pertama, identifikasi dan pengumpulan data akan dilakukan pada populasi dan data yang berkaitan dengan potensi dusun, melakukan manajemen data dan verifikasi data dan membuat format atau desain buku profil dusun dan papan monograf dukuh. Selain itu dapat meng-optimalisasi Sistem Informasi Desa dengan membuat situs web Padukuhan. serta, pemberian bantuan fasilitas modem untuk memperlancar jaringan internet di desa Nengahan sehingga dapat membantu pengelolaan situs website Desa Nengahan untuk digunakan secara berkelanjutan. Program Pengabdian melalui sistem informasi berbasis teknologi informasi ini telah dinyatakan masyarakat mampu memperkuat kelembagaan desa Nengahan, Trimurti, Srandakan, Bantul. Hal ini dilakukan melalui pembuatan buku-buku profil Buku dan monograf, pengembangan situs web dan media sosial, serta pelatihan dan bimbingan bagi petugas admin website. Guna mewujudkan digitalisasi kelembagaan berbasis IT ini, monitoring menjadi kunci untuk terjaganya efektivitas digitalisasi desa berbasis Sistem Informasi Desa
