Abstract

Teachers play an important role in the disciplinary efforts of the students in the classroom. The disruption of class discipline is caused by several internal and external factors. Teachers are able to uphold and maintain the discipline of the class in various ways that can be done through orderly system and punishment so that it creates a sense of responsibility of the students. This study aims to understand the role of teachers in tackling disciplinary disorders of pupils. The methods used in this research are descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used are interviews and observation techniques. The results of this study show that the teacher of SDN Cipinang Cempedak 01 Morning can overcome the disturbance of discipline in his pupils through an internal approach with pupils as well as making agreements in drawing up order and punishment to create discipline and responsibility for pupils.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the Cooperative Script learning model can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade elementary school students. The method used in the research is the Classroom Action Research method. Data collection techniques use tests, observations and interviews. The subjects in this research are Class IV Elementary Schools with a total of 23 students. Cooperative Script learning can significantly improve the learning outcomes of class IV students. This can be used as a consideration for schools to be able to apply this learning model in an effort to improve student learning outcomes. The way that schools can take this is by holding regular innovative learning training for teachers. Abstract

Dalam proses pembelajaran, siswa slow learner membutuhkan banyak waktu dan perhatian lebih pada proses penyampaian materi. dari itu, diperlukan penerapan Pembelajaran. Salah satu jenis upaya dalam serangkaian pembelajaran adalah pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, yang mempertimbangkan kebutuhan siswa dalam hal kesiapan belajar, profil belajar, minat dan bakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk Memahami secara mendalam pengaruh pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada pemahaman matematika anak slow learner. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian case study dengan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa slow learner kelas 4 yang berinisial F. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa siswa slow learner tidak memenuhi standar pembelajaran. Seperti pemenuhan dalam media pembelajaran, teknik mengajar, dan evaluasi pembelajaran.
