Abstract

Increasing the results of high quality products is one of the main objectives of production process activities carried out in a manufacturing company. This research aims to determine the production process at PT Adi Satria Abadi. This research uses library research, also known as a literature review, while the data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive techniques. This technique aims to analyze a problem that occurs in a study, namely PT. Adi Satria Abadi. The results of this research explain that the quality of raw materials and product quality is very important in the production process.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the process and impact of closing the Piyungan Final Disposal Site in the city of Yogyakarta to explore the economic impact. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, including document analysis, in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders, and field observations. The research results show that the closure of the landfill in Piyungan involves several crucial stages, including planning, technical implementation, and post-closure management. The effects of these landfill closures include causing significant changes in the local economy.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial training and career development on employee performance at Plastic Shops in Sleman Regency. Efforts to realize optimal performance from an employee, of course, require training and career development programs so that there are no significant gaps in goals, measures and assessments. This research uses multiple linear data analysis methods using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sample and research amounted to 21 people. The research results show that, with a t-value of 2.975 and a significant t-test value of 0.008 <0.05, training has an effect on employee performance. In the simultaneous test the F-count value was 20.740 with a significance of 0.000. Because the significance is less than 0.05, it can be concluded that training and development has a positive and simultaneous effect on employee performance at Plastic Shops in Sleman Regency.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee productivity at Joglo Girli Resto & Café in Kulon Progo, Yogyakarta. The company's access to high-quality human resources (HR) is very important. There is even an assumption that having access to good human resources is essential to achieving success. Therefore, to achieve high quality human resources, the organization as a whole must participate as much as possible in the process of developing its own human resources (HR investment). Regression, correlation, and hypothesis testing were used in statistical analysis in this study. The results of this study, employee productivity is significantly influenced by motivation by 14.6%. After hypothesis testing, the t value > t table, or (2.185 > 2.048). Employee productivity is significantly influenced by work discipline by 48.8%. After testing the hypothesis, the value of t count> t table (5.165> 2.101). Employee productivity is significantly influenced by work discipline and motivation simultaneously, as seen in the regression equation Y = 0.749 + 0.110 X1 + 0.665 X2. The contribution of influence is 45.8%, and the hypothesis test results in F count greater than F table, or (13.231 > 2.947).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and job stress on turnover intention in employees of one of the building construction companies in Batam city. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees at one of the building construction companies in Batam city, which amounted to 25 people. Sample determination using saturated sample technique where the entire population is sampled. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. After the instrument test and classical assumption test are carried out, then data analysis is carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, determination, t test, and F test. The results of the analysis show that there is no effect of job satisfaction (X1) on turnover intention (Y) in employees of building construction companies. Job stress (X2) has no effect on turnover intention (Y) in employees of building construction companies. Job satisfaction (X1) and job stress (X2) together have no effect on turnover intention (Y) in employees of building construction companies.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment on work productivity both partially and simultaneously. The population of this research is employees at the Jogja Electric Motorcycle Dealer (BANZ ELECTRIC MOTORCYCLE), totaling 20 employees. and the sampling technique used is saturated sampling. This type of research includes quantitative research. Data collection was carried out using primary data. The data collection technique in this research is a questionnaire. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. Data analysis uses multiple regression tests with the SPSS 24 program. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the Motivation variable has no influence and is not significant on Work Productivity, the Work Environment variable has a significant influence on Work Productivity, and the Motivation and Work Environment variables simultaneously have an influence positive and significant on Work Productivity. As a consideration, companies should pay more attention to the motivation provided, and continue to pay attention to the work environment so that employee work productivity results can increase.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the positive organizational culture and factors influencing employee retention at Bakpia Lanank Jogja. The research methodology employed a qualitative approach, gathering data through observations and interviews with company employees. The findings indicate that the majority of employees perceive a positive organizational culture, particularly in terms of job security, cooperation, company support, openness, and job appreciation. Additionally, factors such as well-designed job roles, clear career opportunities, and a positive work environment also contribute to employee retention in this company. These results provide valuable insights for company management to maintain and enhance a positive organizational culture and employee retention strategies in the future.

Abstract

SDM becomes one of the important factors in determining the success of a company with the presence of work motivation, then the performance of employees will improve and the objectives of the company will be realized. The research was done at the Phathok 25 bakpia factory. Using a type of quantitative research method of saturated sampling with a questionnaire. The sample was given to the employees of the Bakpia Factory at the 25th grade with (X) motivation and (Y) performance. This study was analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics program 26. Results from the data processing of the study found that giving work motivation influenced the performance of employees who stated that the Validity Test and the Reliability Test had a fairly large cronbach alpha coefficient above 0.60. Whereas the correlation test 0.012 < of 0.05 then concluded there was a significant.

Abstract

In the midst of increasing discussions on environmental issues, more sustainable actions are becoming a matter of deep consideration. Sustainability has become a primary focus to be realized across various aspects of society, including in business. Environmental preservation issues challenge all companies to integrate these concerns into their business activities and corporate strategies. It is crucial for companies to develop eco-friendly products or services in hopes of reducing the impact of industrial activities on the environment. This study aims to examine the influence of green awareness, eco-label, and eco-brand as variables of green marketing on consumer purchasing behavior, using quantitative descriptive analysis on a sample of 165 randomly selected respondents. The data collected and processed are primary data. The study variables consist of a dependent variable, namely consumer purchasing behavior, and independent variables including green awareness, eco-label, and eco-brand. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software, version 24. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression.
